We used Busy Travelers on August 21 and August 28th 2021, to take us to the pier for our cruise and then to pick us up at the pier to take us to the airport. We had Robin as a driver and she was very professional. She was easy to talk to, talked with us both times on our 45 minute rides. She told us about things we asked about in the area, helped with our luggage, played some great music, and laughed with us! We had 8 of us in the shuttle and there was plenty of room to accommodate us and a few more if needed. Thanks a bunch Robin!! We will highly recommend you and use you for future trips!

We had a mishap with transportation, and we were struggling to find someone who would get us from rental car place to airport. Found busy traveler and got a quote and hands down was so pleased with finding her. Our driver exceeded our expectations in pickup, loading our luggage, unloading, conversation in the van. She was by far one of the friendliest people we came across while visiting Florida! we will definitely recommend this to friends and we will use this service again when we travel back to cocoa beach both ways!

After a terrible experience with Lux2transfer shuttle service and sitting at port for over an hour and a half. Busy Traveler transport offered to bring us back to the hotel. Couldn’t have asked for a nicer company to deal with after our terrible time with the other company. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED TO USE THIS SERVICE!

My driver was extremely friendly and very helpful. She was a great driver and very good company for the long ride. She assisted with my luggage, loading it into the vehicle and also removing it from the vehicle and taking it all the way to the check-in desk at my hotel. I had a great experience and highly recommend this company.

I used Busy Traveler in August, 2015. I reserved the shuttle in advance for my party of 9 including a 14 month old infant. We traveled from Orlando to Port Canaveral for a cruise. I was extremely pleased and would recommend Busy Traveler to anyone. Busy Traveler kept me informed by phone and text on the day of travel. I was greatly relieved that our party of 9 had a seamless, comfortable, worry-free trip to Port Canaveral. All of the staff were extremely courteous and helpful. Thank you Busy Traveler for taking such good care of us.

I have to leave a review for this charming lady not only she was there when i call from the airport that we have all our luggage she help us to the van and off we went to port Canaveral cruise line on the return she text us early in the morning to wish us a good morning and she was waiting on us for our return back to Orlando airport what a awsome stress free relief knowing someone was out there for us thank you Robin we will use your service again.

2 hours for a 40 minute trip. I should’ve paid the $10 extra and got a Lyft or Uber. Driver had a rude demeanor and was very condescending on the phone. Would give 0 stars if possible.Edit after the owners response:Robin called me at 10:15 last night to question my review. My problem was with the customer service portion more than the time. She spoke to me in a way on the phone that made me feel demeaned before the trip and she had a snappy tone of voice. My suggestion is to just have a little more empathy and change the way you talked to clients. I would’ve been okay with the delay if you weren’t rude.

I tried to use Busy Traveler Transportation Inc but wound up canceling. I had to call them 3 times not counting calling to cancel to try to get them to acknowledge my reservation. The first call I was told my request was too early and to call back less then 1 week before departure. When I called back to second time I was told they do not do reservations over the phone, I had to go to their web site and fill out a request for a quote. I did that but got no indication that my input was in error and no response from the request. I tried asecond time later and finally got the information to request a reservation. I filled that form out and submitted it. After waiting for 2 days for a confirmation, I called and with a calm voice explained why I was calling. The lady said before anything you must calm down and that complaining was not going to do me any good. She added in very sarcastic tone words to the effect that if I could fill out forms properly maybe I would not have these problems. Im reasonably sure that she had not even looked at them at this point. Furthermore they had not given me any indication of any problems with them. At this point I replied and hung up. She called back and said that I had a reservation and gave me some information. I did not get the pick up time and asked when that would be. The lady replied in a rude tone said I have already told you that. After a short pause I explained I had missed it and asked her to repeat it. She did condescend and give me the information. I later got an email confirmation. After thinking over their lack of concern and rudeness to a customer I could not have confidence in them and canceled it. As another reviewer said Horrible customer service. I definitely do not recommend using Busy Traveler, Find another company.

We like to give BIG !!!Thanks to Robin she was wonderful we are a big group and she accommodate everyone.Are flight was a little late because some one got sick and we have to do an emergency landing. But when we finally got to Orlando Robin was there waiting for all of us about 14 people, same when we came back from are cruise she was there early, Robin was so nice to stop again in are hotel because we forgot a purse and she rescue are purse !!!!Heyyy!! Used busy traveler for transportation from Port Canaveral to Orlando airport this weekend. Not only were they very helpful during the reservation process, but they were excellent in working on the day of service when we requested an earlier shuttle than we reserved.When we returned from our cruise this weekend it was very cold so we really did not want to wait outside in 40 degree weather for 2 hours. They quickly worked on it and found a ride for us with another vendor who took us all the way to Orlando with just two people.Thank you. Busy Traveler Transportation!!

If I could give them 0 stars, I would absolutely do so.We booked a shuttle through Busy Traveler for our WEDDING to take our guests from the hotel to the venue. Everything sounded fine, they called the day before to let us know we could decorate the shuttle if we wanted and confirmed the pick-up times, etc. However, on the day of the wedding, they never showed up. All of our guests had to scramble to find transportation to our wedding, missed out on our pre-ceremony surprise, and werent able to fully enjoy our open-bar as they had planned. When we called Busy Traveler and spoke with Robin, she was incredibly rude saying that she did what she was supposed to do and didnt know what happened. Ridiculous answer. When we requested that she find out exactly what happened to ruin our wedding day, she told us she would call us back after speaking with someone else. She called us instead and badmouthed us, thinking she was speaking with the other person. I then got a different phone number from her, Im guessing the shuttle owner, who told me that it was put in the system wrong and she couldnt help me. I wound up filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and it closed without any response from Busy Traveler. They did give us a refund, but the amount of unnecessary stress this put on us on the most important day of our lives is just absolutely uncalled for.

Wonderful shuttle service from airport to cocoa beach. Highly recommended Robin as a driver, great communication and cheapest prices around especially over uber, taxis, etc. They are reliable and will pick up and drop off at exact location.

My husband and I were originally going to use a different shuttle service, but the lady said that she could match the other services price and get us to the destination sooner. So we agreed. She did state that she wanted to wait for other customers before we left. In the mean time we had very pleasant conversation she even told us about being frustrated about other customers not following through with their scheduled ride. She mentioned a few times that she didn’t want to take just the two of us but we were under the impression that she was just waiting for a few more people. Then without notice or any type of conversation she got in the shuttle and just left us standing there. I’ve never experienced this type of unrofessionalism. If there was a possibility that she could not take us then she should have been upfront and we would have used the original transportation we had planned.

Was initially impressed by online quote system and attractive price, but received no confirmation after paying online. My follow-up phone calls were met with rude, confusing customer service, and 2 hang-ups. Take your business elsewhere!

We originally booked a 10:30 am pickup from the Disney Fantasy. We later found out that we had to be off the ship by 9:00 am. I called at 7:30 that morning to see if we could have an earlier pickup. They said they would try to make it work. We were ready for our pickup at 9:30. They told me several times the shuttle was on the way, but it definitely did not show up early. In fact, their shuttle was running late so they sent another companys shuttle to pick us up, which didnt arrive until 10:45.We booked a private 12-passenger van. They showed up in a van that could only accommodate 11 people. I had to hold my son on my lap without a seat belt for the 45-minute drive to the airport.When we arrived at the airport, the driver would not let us out because he said we had not paid. We had in fact prepaid. Once he confirmed this, he said he would not see any of the $25 gratuity since Busy Traveler contracted out with his company. So we gave him another $20.I called Busy Traveler to complain about our experience. No adjustment for being late. No adjustment for bringing a van that could not accommodate our entire party. No adjustment for making us wait at the airport until they could confirm payment. They only agreed to take the additional $20 gratuity off my bill.I try to avoid conflict. I gave them three opportunities to make it right. They still believe they did not do anything wrong and provided a great experience.Horrible customer service. Paid full price for a D- experience. I definitely do not recommend using Busy Traveler. Find another company.

DONT USE. Lousy service. Pick up was on time at our hotel but driver was curt and surly. They were a no-show at the ship in Port Canaveral. Had to call to confirm our pick up. They obviously had forgotten us. They called me back and said they had confirmed our transportation with another shuttle and gave me a contact name. When we approached the contact she knew nothing of the request and had no room anyway. Called back to Busy Traveler and was referred to another shuttle. Same situation. Ended paying $110 for a cab to the Orlando airport!

Ridiculous! Driver was supposed to pick us up at 11am it is now almost noon and still nothing. I definitely will never use this service again. Got off the plane their website says wait by space 15. Doesnt specify A or B so we were blamed for not knowing which side being new to Orlando. The sales rep wouldnt close her mouth long enough to ask when the next shuttle and wouldnt answer the simple question just was blaming us not knowing. We were told we missed the shuttle. We asked to speak to a manager or owner then we were hung up on. DO NOT USE!!

She was helpful in lining up a reservation the day of our trip. Took us from MCO to Cocoa Beach where we stayed. Only $55 for two of us - great price! But you get what you pay for. There were two other people in the shuttle with us. Driver made a stop at Wal Mart for them for 20-25 minutes while we sat in the parking lot with warm air blowing. That was annoying. Then after they got dropped off, she did not close the trailer holding our luggage so our luggage fell out. Luckily the hotel called me and we went back to get it. But two times she blamed the customers who got off at the hotel stop for not closing the trailer door - its not their job! Lastly, she texted while driving at least once and picked up the phone a couple other times. Just not ideal for a passenger.We did reach our destination, but probably 45 minutes after we should have been there. Cheap fare and got us booked the day of, but almost would have rather payed the $125 other companies were asking for a better experience.

I had run out of gas in a rental car on the last exit before the Orlando Airport. The taxi never came to pick me up that the rental car supposed sent. In desperation, I got out of the car with my luggage and started walking on the shoulder of the expressway. One of the Busy traveler Drivers picked me up on the 528 and took me to my flight and refused to take my money that I offered. She asked me to take their card for the next time I needed help to the airport and help the next stranger that I met needing help.This is called way beyond the call of duty. I will never use this service again, Robin hung up on me twice when I asked her about an eta for my shuttle. When arriving to the airport I called to let them know I was there (confirmed reservations at 10:30am for pick up) and she informed me that the shuttle service doesn’t pickup until 11 am. So when I proceeded to ask why and to inform her about my confirmation she said they’re coming and are on the way and hung up on me. I let that one go and when they arrived at 11 am it was a small Van. Not a shuttle. The van barely had enough space for someone to climb in the back. The poor old van couldn’t climb above 50 miles per hour as it would shake badely. But whatever it’s $20 pp. When arriving back to the port I called as informed (confirmed pick up for 9am) it was 8:39 am and Robin said I don’t know where the driver is and I’ll have to call him and call you back, I ask her where we should stand she says IDK. I said ok. 10 min went by and I called Nancy back and she says you have to wait as he is picking up other riders. I said ok what’s his ETA and where should I stand. She says I don’t know his eta he’s picking up other riders so you’ll have to wait and I’ll call you back I say ok we’ll you never called back the first time I just need an eta she says well if I had one I would’ve called you back to let you know and hung up on me. Ok so at that time I secured another shuttle (an actual coach bus for $25) that was already at the port waiting. I informed the driver that his boss is unprofessional and rude and that I would not utilize his services. Robin proceeded to call me back multiple times as I told her she was unprofessional and rude and hung up on me twice. She denies that she was any of the such and I told her not call me again as I secured another shuttle. If she would have just apologized I would have included it in this review. This service is unprofessional and Amature. Robin seems frazzled, unprepared, and unaware of what’s going on. Her shuttle/rickety vans should be doing rounds at specific times to avoid the unnecessary I’ll call you back and forth mess. I will never use again. I advise to pay alittle more for peice of mind. I can’t wait on you to call me back when I have a plane to catch.
