I called to get a price on a diagnoses for a laptop. He didnt even say hello when I called, he answered with Who is this? I ask Are you the PC repair company? He said Your number came up private, who the hell is this?I then said nevermind, because he shouldnt address customers like this. I hung up and moved on. He was very rude.
