I loaded a 26 truck in two days with all my shop equipment and tools. Day in a half into my drive the truck crapped out. Had to transfer all of my stuff from one truck to another in -14 degree weather in the middle of the night. Granted they sent three other people to help me. Finished at 11:30 pm and lost a day of travel. It wasnt the most fun but it wasnt the worst either.

Turned my truck into this location for a 1 way move. Had to call corporate because they charged me for an extra day because the person at this location messed up the turn in from what I was told by the person on the phone at the district office. Penske is refunding me for the mess up. I recommend finding another location to avoid a similar headache

Finding the place is very hard to find. None of the phone numbers match, front door and website. The office lady was rude.

We returned a truck that had travelled across the country. She was less than kind, rude more like it.
