The tax work that I needed done was completed by Ms. Linda Frye in a very professional, efficient, and timely manner. She kept me advised of all aspects of State and Federal taxes that I should consider going forward. I was very pleased with the overall experience and feel that the cost were fair, warranted, and well earned.

Teresa was unbelievably helpful and took the time to explain in detail both our federal and state taxes, federal refund and payment due to the state. It was a fast drop off and had a phone call after the drop an hour later. Taxes were completed less than 48 hours later and filed the next day. Tremendous attention and quick turnaround. We will definitely return next year.

Tatyana was amazing. Shes just a wonderful person, but she ALSO noticed something we had not, and saved us 1/3 of what we would have paid to the IRS and H&RB combined! I will be back to see her, and will recommend her to everyone I know!

With this being my first occasion to use H and R online, I needed more information on the entire process. Especially when it came to reading and accepting the return and e signature. I was very confused. However, the folks I spoke with on the phone were extremely friendly and helpful.

I usually do my own taxes, this year I was tight on time.

Liked my tax person. She is very well versed and very kind and patient.

I have used H&R Block for 5 years+, never again. Harold omitted both my children as dependents on both ID and federal returns. He also forgot to select that I had health insurance through work for both ID and federal returns. These omissions caused my return to appear $4,000 + lower than it actually was. I told Harold clearly when I came in that I needed accurate figure for ongoing financial divorce negotiations. My ex wife received a $9,000 refund instead of a $5,000 refund.He provided me with the faulty figures but the forms had Test Copy stamped on them. When the issue was escalated to the local district manager he did absolutely nothing, instead siding with Harold and his branch manager. If Harold and the branch did not want to provide accurate figures, they should have refused the business at the outset. Customers must not mean much.Harold made several errors that an entry level tax preparer would not have made. The manager of this branch Bill refused to even refund the $300+ tax filing fee. H&R Block has lost a customer for life. They may get you in the door for an appointment, but they do NOT stand behind their services whatsoever.

I’m on permanent disability. I told Leon I was sure I didn’t have to pay the 10% penalty for early withdrawal from my IRA.He said he took care of that. I also had taxes withheld. He only put in what I took out for federal not state. Thank goodness Beth overheard conversation and came over to correct. Long story short I went from being told I owed $3000 to being told I was getting back $3000. I’ll never go back. I paid over $250 for someone who had no idea what he was doing.

I lost out on money because Donald Atha told me I had to have my stepdaughter’s passport for the W-7 form to obtain an ITIN to claim her on my taxes. When in fact, as I later found out, I could have used other documents such as school and medical records.

You folks straightened out a huge mess I had made of my taxes on Turbotax over the last three years for me last year. This year we had excellent service from Mr. Leon Maynard and he saved us several thousand dollars.

I must say ask for Tatyana whenever you visit this location. She spends good amount of time to make sure you end up owing least amount and max refund from federal & state tax filling. I had very complicated tax filing from 3 states and Tatyana was extremely particular to check each & every details of tax structure of all 3 states. Highly appreciate her time & efforts. I was owing a big amount in TurboTax but H&R Block helped to get refund. Thanks..!

Because for the last few years, I have worked with great people there and I will keep coming back as needed whenever I have to file. Great company, and I never walk out upset as I am well aware of whether the need to pay or get money back rests with me, not the employees.

I phoned today (June 28, 2017) to see what the status is on a refund for my tax preparation. I had found a $4,000 mistake that resulted in a tax refund and a reduced tax liability on my federal taxes so according to the H&R Block opening web page, I should be due a refund for my tax preparation cost. The lady who answered the phone told me it had probably been denied by the Corporate Office. When I asked if she could give me the phone number of the corporate office, she said she couldnt. She asked if I was coming back next year and I said probably not (this has been an on-going issue since March) and she said well, good luck. AND HUNG UP ON ME!!! Who does that!She does, apparently.
