Wow, I dont think I can leave a review that expresses the amazing quality and service this company offers. From the first call to the finishing touches Jack and Trent were outstanding. We didnt have to wait weeks to months before getting on the schedule, price was more than reasonable, and the customer service was something you just dont see anymore.You can see from the pictures, one of my trees had grown over my patio but that was not a problem for Jack and Trent. If you need youre stump(s) removed then dont waste your time calling anyone else.

Jack was actually across the street removing the stump in my neighbors front yard, and I thought Id see if hed remove the small stump in my back yard since he was already there. It’s was pleasure meeting Jack, his customer service and work ethic are one of a kind.Before I called Jack, I tried renting a stump removal machine from a local place and it was a zero success, machine lasted only 40 minutes and died on me.My lack of experience and the machine failure resulted on a very stressful day and sense of failure as an ok DIY handy man.Jack made it look extremely easy, he has a top of the line equipment and overall he is a great people’s person.When it comes to stump removal, please save time and money by hiring Jack.

Stand up company that operates with great character. Customer service was fantastic as owner called me back with in an hour of leaving message to schedule estimate, and scheduled the work with in a week of giving the estimate. Pricing was the best out of several contractors that i got pricing from. Not only did he take care of everything I needed he went above and beyond to do more with no additional charge! I have worked with hundreds of contractors over the years and this company is hands down top of the list. No need to call anyone else to take care of your stump removal.

I have NEVER written a review for a service like this, but I had to take the time to do it because of how impressed we were with this family owned business. Jack was so easy to communicate with, very personable and nice to be around, and did in incredible job on several stumps on our property. Jack and his work was great. He ground up a bunch of stumps that were along a fence line that were going to be really hard for us to get out ourselves. We had OLD BIG butterfly bushes that had huge stumps and they were terrible. He gave a bid, came back the same week, and was in and out in 30 minutes. Hes such a nice guy and does awesome work. Also, he did a great job of keeping his distance from us which was appreciated. He is highly recommended!!!

Hired Jack to remove a small tree stump from our front yard after we were unsuccessful. He was able to come out the day after we called to give us an estimate. The utility companies had already marked our utility lines so Jack offered to remove the stump immediately. Jack was efficient, very reasonably priced, professional and above all just a nice guy! Jack was very cool, he even showed my kids from a safe distance how the machine transforms, he was quick to swing by and give us an estimate and did the job quickly. I also got othet quotes before going with him and he was very fair priced!

We appreciated that addition to doing this type of work for many years, he worked for our arborist previously as well. Jack did a fantastic job with our back and front yard. In total we probably had around 10 stumps that needed to be removed. Jack came right out a day or two after our trees were cut down and got rid of the stumps quickly. We appreciate his hard work in helping us aim for our dream yard :)

Very good communication and professional job done. Stump was ground down 13-14 below the surface which we needed to be able to set deck posts. Also he used a safety barrier shield so any debris would not hit and damage my house. Would use them again on another project.

I could tell in person he was very passionate about his company and that he took the time to listen to you and what the you wanted. He offered a free inspection and I took him up on that offer. Jack has brand new and very impressive pieces of equipment to get the job done completely. They are also fun to watch rip up that eye sore on your property. I had a very busy schedule and we agreed he could come while I was gone at work. He called the next day to ask if he missed anything and if needed to come back. I was being picky and did not like a root that was not all the way gone, He told me no worries and that he will come out on Sunday when I was home to make sure we got everything I wanted. He showed up at my house on time and performed his job while minimizing impact to my yard. He also took extra time to chase the roots. I’ve had stump grinding services before and was disappointed as they didn’t grind very deep and left roots.

We thought it would be easy to take care of the roots after cutting down a cherry tree. Many hours/days later we still had a firmly established stump. So when I saw Jack at work for an elderly family friend I decided to ask for a business card and Im so glad that I did. We had other stumps and roots to deal with.
