Beware of using this company! I was scheduled twice for lawn aeration and seeding. I prepared my lawn which included raking leaves this last time and keeping my dog in. I was left a message both times around 5:30 pm saying sorry that they wouldn’t be able to do the service and that it would be rescheduled. I never received a follow up call the first time and when I called on the first service was told I would be called in one to two days. I was not contacted and again had to call and was told they were coming this past Monday and the exact same thing happened. I just canceled my services as clearly they can’t provide them anyway. Don’t waste your time with them like I did!

Mike came to do an estimate. He advised against what I had hoped. I so much appreciated his honesty and frankness. He could have taking me for the expense of a treatment or two but opted for honesty. You cant beat that especially in this day and age.

What a great crew! They listened to us and were very professional and courteous. They showed up when they said they would and did a great job cleaning up. They did such a great job removing the 60 foot tall juniper that fell on the neighbors roof partly in a storm that we hired them to take out 2 more junipers that died. I reccommended them to my sister and they did a great job for her too. I highly reccommend them for any tree removal job! Thank you guys!

My lawn turned out to be absolute trash by the time I cancelled my services with Senske. The cancellation process did not have any follow up with little to no concern on my cancellation. Overall, I am very underwhelmed with services that Senske provided.

The crew was professional and thorough. They were very polite and got the job done much faster than I anticipated. We had massive trees that needed some serious TLC and the results are amazing!

I had a lawn aeration and over seeding scheduled for 4/21/2021, between 8:00AM and 12:00 noon. I made it clear when I scheduled the service that I wanted to be there and that I would be gone in the afternoon. The technician called at around1:00 PM and said he could be there at 2:00 of 2:30. Since I would not be home I told him to cancel the appointment. Then, when we returned home on 5/31/2021 after being out of town for the Memorial Day weekend, I noticed that the lawn had been aerated and an invoice was on the front door. I had not rescheduled the service. I have called Senske trying to resolve the bill, but have been told each time a supervisor would call me back to discuss the issue. No one has called back.

You MUST install cameras due to the only areas treated are the boarders NOT the ENTIRE yard you are paying for. If your yard is UNDER 25 feet x 25 feet I think they might be able to handle it if they can just show up whenever..

I think they are probably a very good residential company but my experience in trying to use them on a commercial project was terrible. Stood up on site repeatedly and very poor communication.

Very dissatisfied and disappointed with the way Senske takes care of their paying customers.We went through them twice for holiday decor and have paid a total of $800.I noticed that our rain gutter was completely bent and that the plastic clips to hang the Christmas lights were left inside the rain gutter. I had the rain gutters installed not even two years ago.The person who took them down clearly didn’t take the time to take off the lights one by one. Instead, they tore them off my rain gutter and caused it to bend permanently.I have constantly tried to contact the management team through Senske. All they do is ignore my emails and my phone calls. The few times that I’ve gotten a hold of management, they make excuses and put it off as if it doesn’t matter.Very unprofessional business if you ask me. And I would NOT recommend them to anybody unless you want damage done to your property.My next step will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General because it is obvious they don’t want to take responsibility for damaging my property. Which in my opinion, makes them look a lot worse.

Great if you want something simple done such as pest control or weed control. DO NOT HIRE to do bigger jobs, such as landscaping, or back yard renovation.We hired them to completely redo our backyard back in June and what a mistake that was. The team that came out to do the tree trimming and shrub clean up were awesome, three younger gentlemen, who were very courteous, professional, and on time. They did a great job. The problem lies in the management. Joel was they guy who came out to give us the estimate and was the so called project manager .. please dont even waste your time hiring the guy. Great talker and easy to work with at first. He told us he would be out on site of the job to make sure everything was going to plan... DID NOT HAPPEN. We called him multiple times and never got a response always seems to blame it on poor cell service via text. He never followed up with project. Not once.Chris the guy who runs the projects I actually feel a little bad for because it seemed like there was never any communication back and forth between Joel and Chris. Chris never had answers and would direct us to Joel, who would never answer the phone.Then it came to the billing side. We had put half of the estimate down and they still tried to charge us the full amount plus interest after we refused to pay because even to this day the job is not complete. After back and forth for almost a month we finally got it resolved and only paid for the work that was done. Now we have to find someone else who will come finish the shoddy job they did. I was told anything that was damaged during the reconstruction would be replaced and I had an entire drip line completely tore up and I will now have to replace that myself.Thanks for nothing...

Called for Aphid treatment at referral of next door neighbors. Mike came out on Monday 5/4 for estimate. He told us we would have a bid back soon and could probably treat that same week. Two weeks have nearly gone by now. No call, no follow up.. nothing. I called, left a message, sent emails... nothing. Totally blown off. Unprofessional. Do not recommend and will not use this company. Called Organic Solutions and was taken care of.*Update*Senske called a few days later from this post. Thank you for reaching out. Unfortunately I have already received services from another company and have nothing to discuss. Your competition identified other issues you did not (we have other infestations beyond aphids that were killing our trees) and came up with a treatment plan back to me the next day. Sorry, not trying to bash you guys, but I review on my experience. Which, this was just..bad. competition took the time to really look around and identify other issues, which you did not. And please make sure that you emphasize getting back to people in a reasonable time is incredibly important. This was just unacceptable. Thanks.

I love Mario! He is my Pest Control Technician. He is such a cool dude! Always smiling, looking sharp and professional. I can trust him servicing my house. Such a great personality. I hoped all in the service industry had his character.

We had major issues last year with asking management multiple times to fix problems... we paid nearly $2000 only to have 8 dead trees from spiders and clover control was ridiculous... they could not control the clover and it was brand new sod... ..they have very poor communication between technicians and management...I have plenty of pictures for proof.

The Lawn Tech said he put granular fertilizer down on my yard in 6min i have a video showing he did not do anything. Manager was rude did not honor guarantee and argued with me.

I had a ruptured irrigation drip line which forced me to turn off my house water. I called Senske and they came out shortly to restore my water. They then sent Sebastian to repair my problem. Not only did he do an excellent job but he gave me a short tutorial on drip lines. I was thoroughly pleased with their response and knowledge.

Mario is very efficient and thorough. Not to me mention he was also very friendly! He also went that extra step for me and my family which is greatly appreciated. Definitely will be calling them again and I recommend others to do so as well! Make sure you ask for Mario!

That I have not received a response from!I have been trying to get Sebastian, or anyone, to come do what Sebastian has not been able to accomplish in the multiple visits he has made since doing the turn on service for me. 2 sprinklers near my front entryway still need attention. One has a cover on it that needs to be removed and the other, water just dribbles out of it.I have called multiple times and have been told that a message would be sent to Chris and he would call me. That has not happened. I am very aggravated with this situation!I should NOT have to pay for someone else to do the job that your employee could not accomplish and that you will not make right!

Miguel Contreras does a great job! He is very conscientious as he sprays the inside of the house, and the outside. Our pest problems have beennon-existent since having Senske Services do our Pest Control! We are very happy with the service they provide.

Paid them 60 dollars for them to diagnose a problem they said they would fix on another date (which was fine) but then I never heard from them again. I called them after the 10 day window the repairman said he needed to get parts and such in but nothing ever came of my calls. I was told they would look into it. Another 5 days later I got tired of waiting for my sprinklers to be fixed and I switched to another company who came out within two days!Edit: A few days after my review was posted they called me to ask about what went wrong. I explained to them yet again what had gone wrong and that I found someone else to service my yard. Kind of funny that they were only concerned with helping me after I posted a negative review on Google...

As many providers of this type of service, they tend to come and leave not announced or without any advance service notice so you have little or no idea what and how much was done. I do like customer service over phone - they seem to be very involved and motivated.

Ive have used Senske for my personal lawn pest control for two years now and they have been great in the past. However, for the last month I have been trying to get them to come out and spray a rental units lawn for pests and have been 100% disappointed. We have called 8 times and set up appointments each time, each time they never show up and deny even having the appointment scheduled in the first place. The customer service department gives no explanation and cant seem to see that weve had an appointment scheduled. My business will now go elsewhere.

Mario treats our house for pests. He is the best! He has integrity and always goes above and beyond. We rarely have pests between treatments, but if we do, he takes care of it right away. ( never a charge for the extra visit) He is pleasant..a great representative for Senske.

Daniel does an excellent job. Also leaves notes as to what the problems are and what hes done to fix as well as the standard watering information etc. If I call and/or leave a note for him to check something - its always followed up on.

Mario, the Tech., does a great job of putting down the Barrier to keep the Spiders, Earwigs and Pest from getting inside. When we had a Spider sneak in, Mario carefully treated the rooms close by as well. VERY Happy with Mario and Senske Services.

I signed up for pest control and tree trimming. Pest control was efficient and Mitch is a friendly guy who likes his company and his job. For the tree trim, Tony quite knowledgeable and quick to come out to estimate the work. Tree trim scheduling was backed up, but Shawn gave me a call from home just to talk with me and promised to get a resolution. We had a meaningful conversation, and I was impressed by his willingness to try to make it happen. He coordinated with his arborists and they were at my door before noon the next day. Their work was done with concentration and heart. These guys know their business and love trees, and by love, I mean they gave my locust tree a hairstyle, not just a haircut. The company went out of their way to create a way to get this job done to fit my schedule. The tree now looks handsome and truly enhances my yard. Senske has turned our lawn around, instead of a field of yellow its green again. We spent hundreds on different fertilizers, weed killers, and insecticides and nothing seemed to work. I have used Senske pest and lawn care service for many years in Idaho. Mario is great for pests and has come out in between visits to spray for wasps. Brett does an excellent job with the lawn. They were able to take care of a nasty clover problem my husband just couldnt seem to eradicate himself. They are wonderful to work with.

Daniel Carroll was our service tech that came by our home for a few lawn applications. We was very helpful and most professional. I would recommend Daniel to all of our friends. Very impressed.

Daniel provides excellent courteous service. He listened to all our concerns and was efficient in the application of fertilizer as well as very helpful. My husband had a special concern about some divots in our lawn and Daniel diagnosed we had vole problem and provided some advice. Daniel also provided a treatment for some necrotic ring spots that occasionally pops up in our 25 year old lawn.

Mario was awesome!! He removed a basketball sized hornets nest from a tree in our front yard! It was very high up, as high or higher than our two story house! He was professional and great to work with- thank you Mario!!

First time with Mario at Senske. He was fantastic. He walked me around and showed me where the wasps were maki g new nests in the ground also. He took down all the webs nests and sprayed all around. He also kindly put mouse traps in the garage. What a nice guy
