UPDATED REVIEW: My initial experience with Reddaway was unpleasant. But after I filed a complaint and made a compelling case, they agreed and decided to work with me to a workable resolution. I really appreciate a company that is willing to take the time to acknowledge when employees may have made mistakes. It shows that management is aware and cares about their image as well as their customers. Thanks Reddaway for rectifying the situation and helping me have confidence in your organization.
The company we bought an item from chose Reddaway, we didnt. Reddaway called a day in advance to schedule our delivery. They give you a 2 hour delivery window. Two and a half hours BEFORE our 2 hour window started I get a call from Reddaway to tell me that the driver is at our home ready to deliver. He kept saying well we are just guesstimating when we set that window. Learn to guesstimate better or give a longer window of time, you are inconveniencing the receiver no matter what. At least a longer delivery window will keep your driver from being inconvenienced as well.
They have no clue what they are doing. Communication with staff is horrible

We ordered an item to be shipped to our company by reddaway.after being over a week late, we find out that the item thats being delivered wasnt even our item! And they have no ida where our item is! We will never use this company again!!!
Very pushy and never the best rate. Always shop around with other trucking lines to see it there are better rate. Usually there are. Always changing invoices on you after they have already sent out one.
My hubby has reached his 1 yr. anniversary with this awesome company!
