This is a great store, well managed and a bit understaffed, nevertheless positive employees, eager reps and organized inventory. From bar b qs to building supplies, lowes has it.

Better than Home Depot. Bigger store too. I like coming here.

Very helpful staff and love having so many locations to choose from. I recommend the online purchasing tool. Very user friendly and you can pick up your orders in the lockers at the front of the store to save time standing in line.

We ordered some appliances here September 30th and the lady that helped us told us the soonest we could get the appliances delivered was October 20th! After a few days of waiting we called back in to see if we could get the items sooner. Tom Scott in delivery confirmed they had our items in the store and got them scheduled for delivery same day. Thanks to him we got our stuff 16 days sooner!! Thanks Tom! We are loving the appliances.

Large, well-maintained big-box store. I have spent many thousands of dollars there. The Meridian ID Store has very poor handicap carts. They are typically running out of juice Within a few minutes of entering the store. Theyre not well maintained. I tend to favor Home Depot, or the other Lowes in Boise. Kudos for giving a 10% veteran discount, but frustrating when you have to walk your way back out from the back of the store. Have talked repeatedly to the store manager, 20 years no change. Easier to go to a different store.

Asked for help over 5 times to retrieve a product from the top shelf. I wasn’t helped for over an hour. I was straight up ignored by employees.

Purchased black iron pipe fittings. Its way over priced but I needed certain parts and didnt want to wait for Amazon delivery to complete my project. Lowes is convenient and the staff are friendly.

Highly recommend you stay away from Lowes in particular this one!Fraud / False Advertising. If only I had the $$$ to File a law suit against you!Spoke to 3 of the very hard to find employees and they were all rude and obviously unable and unwilling to help. Horrible customer service!

Picked up a grill that i ordered online. The whole process was super easy. The little gal that helped us was so friendly and helpful! This grill probably weighs 3x what she did but she drug it or from the back and was happy to help. Good experience for my first time using the in store pickup option.

So Im the wife that dreads going to Lowes because I get bored way to fast while my husband stares at a walk of screws trying to find the perfect one. So tonight we needed to go to lowes to find some outdoor house lights. We needed 3. We found 2. My husbands solution was to go to another Lowes. Uugh! Thats when we walked passed Emily the Lowes best employee EVER. She was busy working and she looked up to see if she could help us find anything. We asked if she could see if another Lowes has the matching light. She found that their store actually had more. She came over and searched for awhile with us. They were up high and not in the right section. She went and got the lift and got us the box down. She never once acted like she was being inconvenienced. She had a great personality and was my hero for taking the time to find us what we needed so we didnt have to go to another Lowes. For once my Lowes experience wasnt painfully boring.

Limited on what we were looking for. We actually needed a specialty item. The worker was super nice and apologized and even gave us a suggestion as to where we might go to look. That doesnt happen very often !! We have bought many other items from them in the past and will certainly purchase from them again.

Hi I am not a frequent customer here at Lowes, but this is definitely my go-to place when I need help, and quality items. Ive had nothing but good luck. The salesmen have always been helpful. Theyve helped me find bargains on everything from tools to a quality affordable refrigerator when mine died, the landlord left for vacation, and it was over 104ﾟoutdoors. I really appreciate these guys.

Needed a new lawn mower. We got such a good deal we bought two. Lol one was for a family member. They carry name brand quality products. And you can order online and have it ready to grab or load up when you arrive.

Such good prices and very knowledgeable employees. Such a great team they have. You cant go wrong with this place.

I came to look at something they said was on display and they never heard of it when I came to the store. On the flip side. They did try to be helpful.The problem I find in any of their stores is they always seem to put products in oddest places. I found our air register in plumbing section.

Pat, in the lumber department was so helpful and courteous. He found 4 50lbbags of sand in the last 2 dozen that were not torn, loaded them on a cart, escorted me to checkout and loaded my trunk.As a 74 year old veteran WAC, I really appreciate the thoughtfulness.Thank you Pat and Lowes

Lowe’s, using Floform as the installer, installed my quartz countertop and had miscut the slab, so they were forced to jam the slab into the wall resulting in direct damage to the wall. They have subsequently refused to repair the damage stating that it is incidental. I contend that it was intentional to prevent them from having to properly remeasure and recut the slab. I do not recommend Lowe’s, as they will not take care of their customers. See pics and email attached.

Was one of the best movie houses in Boise, pre pandemic. When they opened back up, they changed from Coke product to Pepsi. What a tragedy. Now I need to find another movie house to spend $7.75 on Diet Coke...

Ive been dealing with the PRO desk and both the sales manager Jennifer, and the order fulfillment supervisor, Ashley, were extremely helpful and made placing an receiving the large orders I recently placed, a simple and stress free process. I havent had a negative experience at any Lowes stores yet. They do an awesome job. The only reason I didnt give 5 starts is because I would prefer to be asked if I need help rather than having to track down a store worker. However, given the employee shortages lately they may not have enough employees to manage that.

As a veteran I have been going to Lowes for there discount for a long time. This is without a doubt the worst Lowes I have ever been in. The store was filthy and the staff including management lacked in customer service. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else. It will be worth it.

Excellent customer service by Sandy for curbside pickup. Our refrigerator became unusable so we ordered a new one from Lowes and she ensured it was available as fast as we could get there. Sandy was friendly, efficient, easy to talk to, professional and generous. Our experience was outstanding.

Great experience here, went shopping for house plants and Shannon was very helpful, knowledgeable and enthusiastic about plants.

5 employees at the pro desk, 3 helping one customer, 2 standing around. 7 people in line, no one moving to open another register. Customer service use to be better here.

Employees that have absolutely no idea what they are doing, where anything is, or who to get that may actually know. What a mess. Get the app, order for pickup...avoid wasting time and money inside.

Meridian store said the Boise ID store had the items I was wanting. The Boise store system said they had it. The salesmen couldnt find it, said they would call me later that day to let me know when I could pick it up. I had to call them later and nobody really knew what was going on. Said they would call me back. I had to call them the next day afternoon. When I had talked to the 1st salesman he asked me how my previous service had been. I told him not good. He said my customer service would always be good from there and introduced me to 2 other people. Well my experience was terrible. Again.

Lowes is my go to home improvement store. They have just about everything and anything you need to any project. As a veteran I always appreciate the 10% discount and has saved me so much money over the years. Now, while its always great - here is my negative. Sometimes finding stuff is difficult because of how much is here. Finding staff to help find what your looking for can prove to be difficult at times. Alot of times. Plain and simple they need to hire more staff. Checkout can be a painstakingly long process because besides the self checkout usually only 1-2 checkout stands are staffed. The employees are always great and very respectful.

Awesome staff. No question is too dumb. They answered everything without making me feel foolish for asking. Even helped me with things I didnt know to ask.

Lowes not only had the product I wanted, but they offered FREE DELIVERY on the day of my choosing! No other places in Meridian did that. Thanks Lowes!

Don’t care about their customers the same as Home Depot. Although I live closer to Lowe’s, I always go to Home Depot due to multiple issues with returns and/or customer service. Took the time to write and review because they screwed me again on a minor $30 return that Home Depot would honor. I also spend about $300/month at Home Depot and proud to continue my support there.

I run a contracting company and came to this Lowes because the other companies were out of the material I needed refused to take back some of my lumber because it was cracked and the lady at the service desk was very rude and told me while I can go to Home Depot if I don’t like it this is why contractors do not come to Lowe’s we deal with Home Depot they treat us rightI will never be shopping at Lowe’s again I will go to Ace hardware before I go to Lowe’s

Not very busy that day. I was looking at plumbing fixtures for my bathroom remodel. Pretty good assortment of shower heads and attachments. I was able to find tile that I liked for the shower stall and it was in stock. There werent very many store personnel around though.

Got some very helpful information here about storm doors. Found exactly what I needed. Fast friendly service.

Staff is super nice and helpful. Manager was awesome and happily fixed our appliance to the lower price it had dropped to after 10 plus days of our purchace 🤩they had a great labor day sale too which was when we originally ordered 😁

Bought huskvarna bagger attachment, got home and not to my surprise, missing all the hardware, one out of three baggers, tube attachment, theres more. As far as my experience I wouldnt give it any part of a star.

They were so busy, and my card acted weird when they took my money for two plants. Later I got notification that something was weird, so Ive got to wait and check tomorrow to see what was weird...hmmmm, mostly I have no issues... Love Lowes... Those one in meridian ISD extremely busy!

I have become a regular... lots of home projects and they have an answer to most of my needs all in that store.

After reluctantly going to home depot for a washer first and finding out that they keep NOTHING in their store in stock and false advertising such on their website for appliances, I went over to lowes and found the exact same washer IN STOCK and Steven was a tremendous help despite having his arm in a sling. He needs to be recognized for sure amongst the lowes corporation.

Must have known i didnt know what i was looking for! Was approached by a couple employees looking to help me find what i needed. Check out was speedy and helpful!

Bought a new grill, paid for assembly and delivery. Due to faulty assembly, it almost hurt several people. Misaligned gas port caused a huge fireball and almost burned my daughters face. Tried to contact the manager and continued through “in-store-customer service” until reaching David-no last name was given upon request only to be told they couldn’t find my order based on receipt information!!! Matt Masropian couldn’t be reached... will follow up shortly with the official reply. Still waiting for resolution. Next step is to call my attorney and the state AG, THEN corporate.

Home Depot is closer to me but whenever they dont have what I need or are not very eager to help Lowes usually delivers.

My go-to store for home improvement needs. Good service and lots of selection.

More concerned with masks and being closer than 6ft than helping customers. Walked around for 25 mins looking 4 help and a exhaust fan. Had to call store to get help and isle location.

Generally good experience. Clerk help was available without a very long wait. Oils are cluttered in places in not passable new to merchandising displays and forklifts etcetera

Very disappointed during one visit two employees extremely rude and unprofessional as I was asking a question employee walking away, The other employee throwing my card towards me. Lowes usually known for great customer service seems like they’ve been there too long or they hate their job.

Giant store and the layout is daunting but man have they got it all and a pretty helpful friendly staff.

Every visit, less and less employees. not one person working in or near lighting. theyre trying to entice customers to spend $225 on lights that look like they were assembled half-hazardly with a hammer.. cracked glass globes, bent and crooked candelabras, dusty. No sense of pride. just get it out of the box, mismatch the bulbs, slam it up on the display.

Dale in the plumbing department is always helpful and full of lots of knowledge.

Went here. Love it here. everyone is so nice here. Its very clean here and organized. I go here for things like rakes, flower poots, tools, shelves, lights, pest control, ladders, cabinets, washers, dryers, air vents, tape measure, hammer, holiday decor. You need to go here. Plus they carry Craftsman stuff and thats the best! #USA

Asked a friendly employee where the space heaters were, he said aisle 26. I circled the vicinity of aisle 26 and in my haste could no locate any space heaters. Asked a second employee who seemed to be of status in the store and he said aisle 26. I said I already checked there and couldnt find any. He says then we dont have any. oooooook.....🙄 I say. He says let me check my computer, so he does and then says they are on aisle 29. Ok awesome I say, then proceeded to check aisle 29 and there they are. I check out with a friendly cashier and head out the door. Not a bad experience but the second employee could have exerted some level of effort before shrugging me off. I am sure if I had not of indicated I was annoyed (which I wouldnt normally do) hed have let me leave the store without my desperately needed space heater. Oh well, the other 3 employees I encountered were great, so I will give each of them 1 star ⭐

We had issue with another Lowe’s giving us unneeded grief when we went to get paint, but the gent working the counter, Randy, didn’t give us such here. He did what we asked and even tinted it for us without us asking. Quite the fellow! Thanks!

Came here on Memorial Day. Place was hoppin. Employees were attentive and helpful though. I was asked about 14 times by 8 different employees if I was finding everything I was looking for.

I like Lowes, but boy do they ever need to get some help in this store. Even the staff members complain of being short handed, getting a three star rating because it took about a half hour longer than it should have taken to get our stuff. Hey management, hire some folks to help your crew out.

Slow to get service but once we found someone to help our order was placed quickly. Workers were friendly and helpful, once they were found.
