I used minute key yesterday at Lowes on ustick and it couldnt have worked any better!!..More so the employee named Howard at the returns desk went totally out of his way to walk me through his step-by-step and to show me things after doing the best return Ive ever done in my life.He was fast very helpful and although I didnt have my receipt you checked three of my credit cards to see if I had used them in order to get the product that I was returning.He is an asset to your company and the best customer service rep I have ever seen.All of your stores would be in the top bracket and Home Depot would be left behind in the dust if you had more employees like Howard.

Copies made of keys didn’t work— disrupting my vacation plans. Called to get refund which I did, but not one word of regret for my inconvenience. It’s too bad; I thought the kiosk and digital key was a great idea until now!

Found a kiosk in Lowes. Super cute keys. My 9 year old son LOVED the dog picture on his key. He has locked and unlocked the door anytime he goes in and out. Works perfect.

A little confusing at first but the instructions were very helpful. The process was quick and easy, In about 5 minutes I had 2 copies of the key I needed and both work well. Excellent experience.

3 times Ive had the keys not work on various locks. They issue you a refund, but it is frustrating. Not a replacement for a real person!
