They dont care about people or their families there is an employee there that works there and they wont even let them have the time off for family emergencies when peoples lives are stake

I have used their services for several years...interior, exterior and blind cleaning, and have been happy. However, a couple weeks ago, I was unhappy with some of the services and left them 2 voice mails to call me back, and responded to a survey they sent me to call me...no calls back!! This is what made me the most upset!! Finally 10 days later I called and left another voice message and received a call back, and the representative offered to have someone come back to redo....I declined as I was so upset that it took 10 days for them to call me back! I will not be using their services in the future! Poor customer service!

Wow, they did a great job! When I called, the person was friendly and she did a great job of explaining things. They were very accommodating as I work during their core hours. Three technicians showed up promptly at the scheduled time. My windows were pretty dirty, I must say. It took the three of them over an hour of solid work. They cleaned inside and out, including the screens, and window wells. They even killed some wasps near one of the windows. The end result was amazing....not one streak anywhere. Im not sure what cleaning agents they use, but the job made my home look brand new and fresh. I will definitely make them part of my home maintenance routine from now on! My 1500 sf, single level home has a lot of windows and doors for a small house. The invoice was $150. I felt this was very reasonable, considering they use background checked, insured employees (not independent contractors). Sure, I could have found some fly by night person doing this kind of work under the table, but I really prefer to deal with reputable, above board, tax paying small businesses. Im very happy with my choice!

I was down the street and saw window wizards truck parked outside. I decided to go over and check them out. When I got to the house the tech cleaning the house was personable and fast. I am a window cleaner myself so I could tell he knew what he was doing. Just wanted to give them a shout-out. Never used these guys but if the company is as good as the employees then they are a great company!

I had all my exterior Windows and all interior blinds cleaned yesterday. Scheduling was easy because previous owner had Windows done before. 2 trucks and 3 employees showed up on time and were fast, efficient and courteous. Juan was great and gave me good feedback. I was so impressed I sent them back with 11 screens that need to be redone before I sell my home. I wish I had them come sooner but will call them first when I purchase my next home!

Highly recommend! Service far exceeded our expectations. We had our blinds and windows cleaned at the same time. I thought it was going to take all day. 23 Windows (altogether) 17 of those were with blinds. These guys are very professional and pros at what they do. I couldnt believe how fast they did the job. Shout out to the workers. I wish i could remember both their names. The blinds guy worked so fast that i didnt even catch his name. Cruz also did a fantastic job!

Came home to find clear. shiny windows. However your company had called and asked about when to come. I suggested that later - intoFebruary - would work best for me and give shine when Spring is closer to arriving . Clean windows - at any time- are better than dirty ones.

I am usually not compelled to write a review but I was compelled to do so this time. My technicians name is John. He did an outstanding job cleaning my gutters. He is courteous and very personable. When he first came to the door, he introduced himself and shook my hand. Not only did he do an awesome job cleaning my gutters but afterward he cleaned where the debris landed and where it touched. Very conscientious and meticulous about his work. Next time I need this done, Window Wizard will have to send John !

Window Wizard aims to please. Ive used them twice. Both times we had problems with the exterior windows being done correctly but they came back out and took care of the problem. Even though they say that you dont have to be home when they do your exterior windows, be home. It will save everyone time and effort. Mistakes happen. If you are home, they can be remedied on the spot. But, this is a good company that does a good job with cleaning windows inside and out.

Justin Park came and cleaned our windows and was such a nice and respectful man! He even pressure washed our front patio! He went above and beyond in every aspect! We will for sure be coming back for more and will be asking for Justin everytime!

Window Wizard in Boise (Meridian) have washed the windows at my office (Crowne One Network) for almost 10 years. They have always done a great job. Never a problem one. They are the type of vendor I like. No problems no hassles and perfect work every time.

Super easy to work with and prompt. Workers a neat, clean and VERY professional. THE ADDED BONUS: They do screen repairs! Yep, just remove them, take them to get fixed then they dont just return them---they install them to their former glory!! So glad to get that nagging chore taken care of.
