This is our first time using a Christmas Light service so we shopped around to a few companies. AJ was quick to respond, very helpful, detailed and overall had the best customer service and price. The price included the purchase (not lease) of the lights, timer and power cord, install, removal and they store the lights for future installs and removals....saving our garage space. He and his team were on time, detailed in their install and made sure we were happy before they left. I dont usually do reviews but I was happy to in this case.

AJ and his brother did a fantastic job doing my holiday house lighting!! I contacted them this morning and they got back to me right away with a quote and were able to come by tonight to hang my holiday lights. They had a choice of colors and gave recommendations on how best to showcase lights on my house. They provide all the lights and a timer for the lights so its completely turn key! Rick and his staff is amazing. Whether you have your own stuff (lights, hooks etc.) or ask him to bring his, he and his crew are just amazing. Hes quick in responding to text messages, and got the work done the very next day. He also suggested a few things related to setup that came out to be good with the setup. No problem communicating whatsoever. We called him to get some adjustments done too, and he sent his crew right away. All in all - were very happy with his services, and look forward to getting more work done with his team in future.

This company does 3 things very well... windows, holiday lights, and customer service. They are very professional and they are perfectionists! I have used several window companies around the TV and this team blows away the competition. I thought I would try out there holiday lights and I was absolutely impressed.

So easy to schedule our annual window cleaning with ProShine - they are immediately responsive. The crew shows up on time and is very friendly and courteous (even to our toddler and crazy lab running around!). We have some very large windows and ones in obscure places and they do a great job! They clean our screens, sills, interior and exterior and keep working at them until you literally could walk through the window - they sparkle!

I was amazed how thorough and clean they cleaned the windows. The sun shined brighter in the house. Everything was put back to place. Professional service and I hope to use them again.

Very disappointing. I hired this company to wash my windows because of all the 5 star reviews, but it turned out to be a waste of money. The 16 year old kid the company sent out to wash my windows was inept for the job. He used the same bucket of water to wash all of my 30 windows as well as spit in trying to remove spots. Two windows I later learned had not even been washed. I requested all window frames and 5 screen channels to be cleaned but they were left dirty. After I contacted the company, the owner came out and upon hearing the complaint actually said this is how we do our work, you got what you paid for and if you want better work, hire somebody else! He then became extremely rude with other comments. I am really appalled at the service and treatment I received. The kid told me the owner of the company was a school teacher and that he was one of his students whom he uses to wash windows.

Disappointing. I hired this company to clean our gutters because of all their 5-star reviews, but it turned out to be a waste of money. I climbed up a ladder the next day to check out the gutters for myself and there was still a bunch of junk in them. The two kids who came out for the company to clean our gutters intended to do a great job. They tried with what I think was their best effort. Its just that they just did an incomplete job. Plus there was no follow up to see if we were happy with the service. Their effort, plus the owner scheduling the appointment on such short notice, was the reason Im giving them 2 stars instead of just 1. The effort was there. The execution just sucked because I still have crap in my gutters.

AJ and the guys from Proshine Window Cleaning were awesome. The windows were sparkling inside and out when they finished. Before leaving, they went back and inspected everything and made sure if any window needed a touch up it was done before they left. They were neat, polite and removed their shoes when coming inside. They also made sure none of our plants were hurt around the house. I will make sure to have them come back the next time our windows need cleaning. Outstanding job! AJ and his crew were prompt, polite and did an excellent job. They were extremely careful around all of the flowers and shrubs near the windows and left behind a clean worksite. We only had them do the exterior windows this time, but when we have them back it will be for both the interior and exterior windows. Cant say enough good things about the job they did.
