Always helpful, always kind. My vehicle is almost always done ahead of schedule and I have never had to take it back because the problem wasnt fixed. And most importantly they are never rude or condescending to me like a lot of places are to a woman.

There is no better shop in the valley! I was told by another shop that I needed a hub/wheel bearing on my 06 silverado. Johnny checked it out and realized the exaust braCkets had loosened and when I turned left it was rubbing on the body. Fixed it quick and Bob the customer service expert told me to come get it. Great automotive repair and maintenance with fair prices. Many times they have serviced my parents Cadillac at up to half what the dealer would have charged. They dont do unnecessary maintenance or work and are honest and fair with the work they do. A mechanic that can be trusted. I had an electric issue with my motor home. After several attempts to fix the short, somewhere behind the dash, I wised up and took it to Bob Geisler. Bob and his guys quickly fixed the issue and called me within two hours, stating it was ready. I was shocked at the cost too. Very very fair. The team at Gieslers really dug into the problem and didnt quit until they had it fixed. And even when it took more time than theyd ever expected, they charged me a very reasonable and fair price. They did a great job for me and I highly recommend them!

Very honest in what my car needed. I brought it in wanting more done because of the mileage but it just didnt need it. He only recommended doing what needed to be done.

I took my car in to test for a blown head gasket. They quoted me a price going in, but when it failed immediately they reduced the price significantly, since they didnt have to do all of the work.

My wife went into Gieslers Auto Shop and asked for a mere tune up, they said that they would do the work, so she left the car there. Later on a worker there by the name of Robert called her on the phone and stated that she needed a whole new engine. They turned what should have been a simple repair, into a major one. The car was derivable when it went into the shop but by the time they got through with it, it was in over a hundred different pieces. They did this without permission in hopes of putting us. in a position in which, wed have to pay the sum of $2400.00 and when we refused to do so, they refused to put the engine back together again. In good conscious I couldnt recommend this shop to my worst of friends or enemys. They make a practice of trying to rip people off on top of that, they actually wanted us to pay them for destroying our car. We had to call the police to get it back. I took the time out to warn people about this place, so they dont get into a similar type of situation.

Took my truck in to get the AC looked at. I asked how much it would be and he said its free. One hr later I get a call and he said it would cost $86 and I told him he said it would be free. And he stated Well my mechanic took stuff apart and had to put it back. Ive got to pay my mehancic hes spent an hour on it. And it did not get fixed by the way. If your a woman beware he took full advantage of me. Had I known more about this I would have not paid the A-hole. I hope my $86 is worth a bad review on you people.
