Ive been with Tim Nelson and his team for years. THEY NEVER DISAPPOINT! Always professional, friendly and on top of everything I throw at them!! Hannah is top notch and always extremely helpful! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! 5 STARS for the entire office!

There was a slight mix up with my policy. Hannah and the rest of the Farmers team were helpful and responsive to my concerns and resolved the issues almost immediately. It was a pleasure to work with them, (which isnt a phrase that many people would use when referring to insurance companies), and I would happily recommend them to others.

THEY PUT ME OUT OF BUSINESS> Got my commercial trucking insurance through Tims office a month ago. They failed to file the proper paper work with the federal motor carrier safety administration... (something I cannot self report) This caused my commercial operating authority to be revoked. Which completely put me out of business. I have never experienced such incompetents. The people in his office including himself did not even know what the federal safety admin was... yet they called me to get me to buy their commercial insurance.I Have since offered a below reasonable amount for compensation, I keep getting the run around, so now it looks like I have to sue Tim to get any compensation. I would not recommend doing any business with Tim. Im now forced to filing complaints with the state insurance board and will be writing to my state representatives. As well I will be reaching out to farmers corporate managers. A lot of work i didnt want to do...Negligence like this office has is not something you want to deal with, it cost a lot of time and effort to try and make these type of things right. Youre better off going with someone else. Hope this helps others from dealing with a mess like this. Its too bad cause Tim seems like a nice guy in his normal day to day.

Hannah is fantastic! She’s very knowledgeable and professional. She can explain the details of the policy and also provide lots of useful resources. .. I highly recommend this place.

She was very kind, curious and professional to all my needs.I was comparing current coverage I have with another company to Farmers Auto. I am happy to have a person answer the phone right away!! This particular farmers office is amazing! We have been with them for years, yet they continue to take care of little things that make my life easier. We have had some tricky vehicle situations and they are always willing to work with us. They even send emails to make sure i am aware if something happens to our kids cars that are out of town. Dealt with Abbey today with switching over coverage from my daughter’s old car to her new car. She did an awesome job and got back to me within minutes. 🙂!! Also she did everything she said she would. Good job Abbey! And Tim is a very good and caring agent 🙂!!

I appreciate that Tim answers his phone most of the time when I call with a question or have (usually) a glass claim. He is always attentive to my needs. This agent did not serve me well. After dealing with a claim for over 2 months it was his secretary who finally called the underwriter and found out I had coverage for the claim. He does not do his homework and look after the needs of the client. He is very proficient at passing the buck and finding scapegoats, if that is what you want for an agent. The one star rating is being very generous. After 16 years with coverage from Farmers and 1 claim with them, there is no way I recommend this agent nor the company to anyone.

Abby is a very sweet lady and easy to work with, she fast at taking care of your needs, and will return call ASAP. Tim Nelson should be very thankful to have such a great employee as Abby.
