Caliber Collision was great to work with. Did have to wait a bit to get an estimate but everyplace is busy so not unexpected. Work was very professional and no issues with billing or quality of work. Work was completed before time promised so that was great.

I havent had any work done on my vehicle here, but I brought my truck by because I am currently having a disagreement with the shop that did the repairs and needed someone to verify that the work was done incorrectly in writing. Jaimie could not have been more helpful. I only asked her to evaluate the alignment of the body panel but she reviewed all the work that had been performed including having a tech come look at it as well. They found quite a few issues with the work performed and Im so glad they did because they were items I probably would not have noticed until further down the road when it is much harder to prove the body shop did the work improperly.
Seriously great service. Scott and his team did such an amazing job on my truck, the work they did makes it look brand new(2005 Ford F-150). Timely communication and open, transparent pricing. Jaimie was also super helpful. Would definitely come back.

I highly recommend this place, they were very professional. They are very honest and up front about everything, maybe a little to honest haha. They wanted to be up front with me that the paint on my car could be a hard match, they then said dont worry because they can usually get it to match. So of course I freaked out, called my friend that is in the industry and has been for 35 yrs to verify their information, he said that they were correct it could be hard. They called me the next day to say that my car was done. I went and got it, EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT!! They do amazing work! :)

The first 3-4 days didnt go well and delayed the overall process... They owned the issue and got back on track and were awesome... I would suggest staying on them in the beginning to make sure things go as planned... they were all nice and easy to work with... I would go back.

Sadly I was rear ended one month after I bought my new Audi, but these guys did a great job with the repairs! Not only did they replace the rear end and paint match it to the rest of the car, they also discovered damage to the front end as well that I was not aware of and they got that taken care of for me! My car looks as good as new and they had it done a week early during the holiday season! I am very pleased with the work they did and would highly recommend.
The manager went out of his way to make sure the car was right when it was done. The quality of work was great as well, looks like it just rolled off the line at the Nissan factory. Trustworthy and professional with excellent communication throughout the repair.
I experienced a mix of good and bad customer service. The good customer service I experienced was before the repairs, when they were trying to earn my business. After the repairs I was treated in a rude fashion. The gentleman that I was expressing my concerns to over the phone told me that I could not prove that the issues I was speaking about occurred before the vehicle was repaired. Even though I pointed this particular damaged area out to him prior to the initial estimate. He would not let me finish speaking cut me off and said, let’s just cut to the chase, I can’t help you... I have been going to a body shop in Washington (Bellevue Auto Nation) for 20 + years where I have been treated with respect and dignity and I have never been disappointed when they have repaired a Mercedes ML 430 time and time again to its original perfection. It was a rude awakening to experience such poor customer care in a profession that one may argue requires a very high standard. I would NEVER send anyone I love to Meridian Caliber Collision.

Second trip to Caliber and it went as well as the first. Had appointment to help get a window fixed. We have an older Honda CRV and the window was half way down and it wouldn’t roll up or down. We got the panel off but still couldn’t figure out if it was the switch or motor, so we hired Caliber to fix it and they had me back on the road within an hour. I hope I don’t have to go back but if we have any other body work, we will for sure be going to them. Thanks guys.
The staff was very nice but it took almost two weeks after they received the car for me to find out it was totaled. Which would have been fine but I was kept out of the loop. I had to call them for updates ( I never received a text from the automated system that I signed up for ). All in all I would i would do business here again but wish the communicated with me better.
I used them this spring but they were super busy. We set an appointment for repairs about 4 weeks out, and it still took FOUR and a half weeks to repair. I was hit again, and they could get me right in, and have a shorter wait then other shops. Staff is awesome, friendly and professional. Quality of work on last repair was great, again it took SOOO long to get it back even though it was a long wait to get the car put in... can upgrade this to a 5 star if wait is not so long this time.Unfortunately we are delayed a week before start of repairs, again.Scott made sure everything was fixed. Unfortunately his tech had cut the wire harness to my cap instead of unplugging it. Brought truck back in, they could not find the problem, ended up taking it to an ARE dealer that Scott recommended. They couldn’t find the issue at first and had to charge me $65 to rewrite. That’s when they found the cut wire harness that has been over crimped when put back together. Good news is Scott didn’t question it, called the company and they reversed my credit charge and Scott paid the bill. Inconvenience, but in the end they took care of it. Would definitely use them again if needed!

Had a rear ended accident and these guys took care of everything and fixed up my suv super fast and the paint job looked amazing couldn’t even tell that I was rear ended! I showed up unexpected so they where surprised to see me. I dropped off my friends vehicle for repiar. They where helpful, well organized and prossesed all the paper work quickly.
They were suggested by our auto insurance company for a repair to our car after someone did a hit and run on us. Our car got shipped to a different location and took 3 weeks to be finished. When returned to us there was black paint over sprayed all over our windshield, you could see every place they circled with whatever pen they used and they didnt clean up the interior from the accident. Our toddler had been eating a pouch when we were struck and it squished it across the ceiling.... that was still there when it was returned.I will say every single person we dealt with was VERY nice. They may have been over run with repairs at the time or something.... we ended up trading the car in for something else before getting the car back in for them to fix... I am sure they would have fixed the situation.

Threatened to send me to collections in a week after no bill or attempt to collect when the other persons insurance didnt mail payment on time (I wasnt at fault), they lied and said it was mailed to me framing me to be the one to take the money and run, made a simple call to the other persons insurance and solved the issue right there, proving they never even attempted to make a call about where their payment was. Staff is lazy, not there to work for you, and was threatening on the phone, will never get my car repaired here again. Also in addition when my car was being worked on I never recieved updates or was called when it was ready. I called and asked if it was done and they said its been ready since yesterday
Terrible customer service lady at the front desk looked like ahe did not want to be there did not even greet me when I came in when I asked to get a estament done on my car she just said No there I no availability today did not talk to anyone or check computer she just dissmissed me like I was garbage. When I called in to tue number they told me to go in so waisted time and gas gor nothing.
We had a terrible experience with this shop. On Friday, they said the car would be ready by Monday. On Monday they said it would be ready on Tuesday, on Tuesday for Wednesday, etc. And they never called us with updates in spite of saying they would. We had to wait until after the time they said it would be ready and then call them. In the meantime, we kept having to put off our vacation because we were waiting for the car. They did not care and never offered us anything in the way for compensation for their continued mess-ups which included them putting the wrong parts on the wrong car since they had two Rav-4s in the shop at the same time. Needless to say, by the time we did pick up the car we were not at all confident that it would be fixed correctly, and sure enough, we had to take it back in for something that they easily should have caught in the test drive. Nice people, but no sense of customer service. A very frustrating experience.

While I was away in Military training my wife brough our 2009 Jeep into Kadels to have body work done because it was recently involved in a wreck. We used our USAA insurance to file a claim. I believe that this information was used to know that I would more than likely not be around and that they could take advantage of my wife. Here is why, It took over a month to do a pretty simple body job. Furthermore, they gave her the Jeep back with a broken horn and a rattling sound in the steering column (all places they worked on). She called about the horn and they advised her to bring it back in, she did and turned her away saying nothing was wrong with the horn, and they did not keep any record of this visit just that she had called. When I got home a few months later I took it in to have the rattling sound and horn looked at again! He told me that they would take a look at it and see if they could see a problem (to me this sure sounds like he did not believe me). Even though I had heard the sound multiple times, he said that there was no issue, or rather said he moved one cable even though it was in the right place and that might fix the problem. I took back possession of the Jeep with the rattling not resolved. I have given up trying to get them to fix their mistakes and have contacted my insurance to have another shop look at it. Terrible buisness practices!
