Best place to live in Meridian and the staff makes all the difference. Wanda the property manager helped me so much throughout the process of moving. From the first time I visited she left a meeting in order to show me one of the units. After moving in and not yet having my place situated she invited me into her office to be able to fax documents for work. Recently Keith, the maintenance manager single-handedly installed a washer and dryer into my second floor unit at no additional charge. Southern hospitality does not begin to describe it. The units themselves are spacious and well laid out. Also, located right next to two grocery stores and about 8 minute drive from downtown. Absolutely recommend The Woodlands to anyone looking at moving into the Meridian area.

I would definitely recommend this community, All of the staff is amazing especially Ms. Imara smith she is incredible and very patient she answered all of my questions. I am looking forward too leasing at the property. I felt so welcomed and cared for .

As a medical resident, I have spent approximately one decade going from apartment to apartment over my medical career. I can honestly say that the woodlands or one of my favorite Apartments. The staff were incredibly friendly and were always available when I need them. The scenery was unbelievable, my apartment was directly in front of the lake on the second floor. Of all of the apartments I have stayed and, I definitely miss these!

Moving into an apartment here has worked out great and that could not be accomplished without the hard working dedicated staff. The manager Ms. Wanda is always so pleasant and there to make sure that everything is spot on and that if there is any concerns one may have she is quick to get them taken care of. The Maintenance Marcus and Keith are always so polite and are there to assist you. They are quick to respond and do excellent work. The grounds are well maintained and very clean. If you choose The Woodlands Apartments here you will be made to feel right at home.

I loved the community when I visited. I was given great customer service from the time I walked in the door. The office and grounds were very clean and maintained. I will be back to lease just for the simple fact she cared about my needs and what I want for my new apartment. Hope my interview goes well because I just found my new home.

My coworkers lived here at one time. When I went to visit them their apartments are very nice and somewhat spacious for the price. If you are looking for a nice place to stay and have peace of mind with safety, I personally would recommend it. On the higher side but well worth it for the amenities.

These arent apartments, these are mini houses! I love this place! The people are friendly and u get treated like family not tenants!
