The work is fine, the work ENVIROMENT however, is extremely toxic. Theres no HR department so your forced with the option of quitting since theres no one to help handle internal issues. They pay is attractive but dont seel out your dignity to foremen who treat you less than human π
I wasnt going to post until I saw others rate and say the same: THEIR DRIVERS SUCK. Got ran off of I84 as the driver merged, almost scraped the entire side of my car and then just sat there while I used my horn, holding up traffic. Terrible
Almost got run off the road by one their vans today. Mustve been a major refrigerating emergency to completely disregard the safety of other drivers.
I needed my refrigerant recharged and chose them due to their location and how they were upfront about their reasonable pricing. I was pleased that the technician was able to answer all my questions, find and fix additional things that were wrong, and not try to sell me a new system when I didnt need it. The technician was quick, experienced, on time, and trustworthy.

I will start by saying this was 100% my fault and I cannot prove any foul play has taken place but I thought I would share my story.I was purchasing a house and the inspection came back stating there was no hot air being produced through the furnace. I was purchasing the house as is but the owner said he would get an HVAC specialist out to check out the AC and Furnace. I received an invoice from TVR stating that I did not have a furnace, only an air handler, but the AC and components were in working order. Once I moved into the house and it started getting hot (2 months after inspection) I turned on the AC to find that the evaporator coil was completely freezing over. I had someone come check it out and found that I had a freon leak and that there was none left in the system.I called TVR and believe I spoke to the owner. I found out he was a relative to the owner of the house I purchased but he had sent one of his employees to check it out. According to the owner he remembers this inspection and recalls that all output readings came back fine and that nothing was wrong. I asked for him to send the final inspection report so I could verify this. He said they dont keep reports that come back with no issues.Long story short, I trusted a report from this company that everything was in working order, it wasnt and now I am having to replace my entire HVAC system.

Our furnace malfunctioned at 4:30 p.m. on a Friday. I called TVR, and they dispatched Raymond, who arrived within 20 minutes. Raymond was professional, smart and courteous. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem without trying to upsell me or sell me services I did not need. TVR will be my go-to shop for all my HVAC needs from now on. Top-notch in all respects.
We order our custom water heater pans from them. They are fast and get your stuff to you on time.
Person came out Monday (Memorial Day) changed a capacitor thing, thought he fixed leak and left. Called the next morning to walk me through turning it back on but said compressor must be out call me later if it doesnt work. Called at noon told him its still not working and havent heard a thing since. Have tried to call and text him numerous times. Moving on to another company today Friday... 4 hot days later
A friend at work recommended me to TVR about a year ago when my furnace stopped working. The first guy I called said the whole system needed to be replaced and gave me a quote of over $8K. The team at TRV came out and fixed one small unit for around $600 and its been working like a champ ever since. Ive utilized their services a few times since then for our home as well as a rental for my daughter, and the experience has always been the same. From the moment you talk to Erica in the office to the end of your service call, they are always friendly, helpful, professional and courteous. They are respectful of your schedule and will not try to sell you anything that isnt absolutely necessary. Thanks for being there for my family TVR!

I was so surprised at the price they set just to point at my dirty filters and told me to change them. I literally thought it wasnt going to cost anything, since he didnt do anything. Okay Thatll be $80, maam. At least change them for me or something? I felt taken advantage of after he left.
Asked them for help once when one of there employees hit me for no reason. no reply.
Impaitient and rude, use any company but this one!
