We had a great experience this past Sunday surprising my mother for her 70th birthday. Driver showed up on time and was very professional to say the least. I recently put together a ladies night/bachelorette for 11 of us. The service we received from Liberty was phenomenal. They made the reservation process super simple and painless, our bus was clean and smelled nice, and our driver was AWESOME! I cant wait to have a reason to use them again.

Very disappointed in the service from Liberty. I will say that the initial discussions with the office staff made me feel comfortable as they seemed to be well organized and knowledgeable. The driver that was assigned to drive the party bus on my wedding day was the opposite. The plan was to take the groom and groomsmen to the church and then pick up the bride and bridesmaids and bring them separately. All of the pick up and drop off points were close to each other yet we allowed for an extra 15 mins of time in the drivers schedule for any traffic, accidents, etc. The driver was using a gps and google maps on his phone and got lost several times to the point where the ceremony had to start 30 mins late. Once the driver realized he was lost he showed no sense of urgency nor provided any apology for the confusion. We were frustrated to the point where we provided him step by step directions and he would still mess up. There were literally a couple instances where we would say turn left and he would turn right. Since the ceremony started late, the time for pictures between the ceremony and reception had to get reduced. This caused us to skip pictures we wanted in certain locations. Most importantly, our plan was to go to the cocktail hour at the reception to thank and mingle with guests. Since we were behind on schedule we completely missed cocktail hour and thus threw off everything planned for the reception.Bottom line is although the office staff is very helpful, make sure the driver is familiar with the area (or at least knows how to use a gps). Im sure hes probably a nice guy but unfortunately he isnt suited for this line of work.Also worth noting...I very rarely post negative reviews but since my wedding was ruined as a result of the services provided by liberty I wanted to share my story to make other customers aware.

Hired for a wedding I was in. Showed up on time. Then we were on the road and instead of going south we headed north and we’re 40 minutes late.

Superb service all the the time! Alway on time & know there way around as for alternate routes when needed due to traffic.
