The reason for 4 star review is that we hired Top CT Limo to pick us up from the airport in NYC, and we had to wait about 40 minutes for the driver because he was late to pick us up due to the trafic. He told us there was an accident on the road. He kept in touch with us the whole time giving us his ETA so that was good, and the rest of the service was great and went smoothly.

I used Top CT Limo to take my wife, son, and myself to JFK with a lot of bags and our driver was the best. He took care of us from door to door. Id recommend this company to anyone that wants to make it to the airport with no issues and in a classy vehicle.
