Great, timely service. They kept us informed during the entire process. The product and warranty is second to none. The installers did a good job on the roof with a minor technical issue with the satellite dish. Overall very satisfied and would recommend Nanfito for roofing service.

I cannot speak highly enough of the service provided by Nanfito. We needed a complete roof replacement and they did an outstanding job. The whole project took just 1 day (it was a long one for the crew). They arrived at 7:30 am and began work promptly at 7:30. They were amazing to watch throughout the day. The team of 5 worked diligently all day. There cleanup at the end of the day was amazing. You would have not even known they were there. I cannot say enough about this team. I highly recommend this company.

Compared a few proposals before deciding on Nanfito. They offered the best combination of quality and price. (Others will lower their bids by skimping on materials, but that’s not what value is all about.)The team assembled for the install was conscientious and professional. The job was challenging — a large roof with many steep pitches. They were done on time, though. We also had to replace skylights as part of the job, and the install required some repair to interior drywall, which Nanfito completely took care of — they look like they’ve always been there!Also, given the pitch of the roof and the age of the house, we opted to upgrade our old gutters to improve capacity. Again, very nice install and no more overflow, so they were right when they recommended the solution they installed.

Very disappointed. Be aware that if you work with Joe he could email you the quote and then beyond that you’re rolling the dice. I’ve never had a contractor send people out to do work w/o a deposit or agreed date/time and then have them do different work w/o consulting with me and then not be able to take Amex or Discover as payment on top of it. The whole thing was a mess and he wouldn’t budge on the price so now I gotta call you out on out my podcast & on my new Hardcore Home Improvement show. It’s too bad cause if you gave me even a slight discount or didn’t charge the 3% CC charge I probably would’ve moved on. Plus a little cover for a chimney is not $550 including labor come on! The only thing keeping this from being 1 star is that Walt does good work, the flashing he fixed looks good. The rest of the process stinks. Do better next time. I’m using someone else for my other houses now.

I do not recommend this buisness at all, They were contracted for Windows, soffit, Facia, Chimneys and attic gable vents, the project ended up needing to be cancelled after the first week. Heres the story.V. Nanfito subcontracts, they do not do the work, so as far as knowing how good they are, who knows, what i do know is this. The work done to my home was contracted to Limos Home improvement, V. Nanfito did not provide a foreman, did not oversee the work, did not communicate, neglected to provide guidance or ensure the job was done in accordance to connecticut state and local guidelines. Work was delayed multiple times, and when work was finally started the Sub-contractors violated connecticut state building code N1101.11. They removed windows but never prepped the opening, the thermal envelope was not prepped or completed prior to installing the new windows. No silicone, no flashing, no tape, nothing was used to ensure a proper waterproof/ air leak proof installation was made. Connecticut building code states in plain english that All materials, systems, and equipment shall be installed in accordance with the manufacturers instructions and this code. V. Nanfito did not follow steps 1 through 5 on the manufacturers given instructions. Windows were not centered in the opening, install flashing was step 2, they didnt even purchase it, the mounting flange of the wood must be sealed is step 3, no method of sealing was used, Run a continuous bead of 3/8 width around the inside peremiter of the mounting flange, no silicone was even purchased for this job. then to top it off, the contract clearly stated that the interior insulation was to be spray foam, they decided it was cheaper to just put fiberglass in, contrary to what i paid for. I have procured an attorney for this matter, if anyone had work done by V. Nanfito, i highly recommend ensuring the work was done in accordance with state and local building code.-Update 8-4-21Official communication with V. Nanfito Roofing and Siding to cancel entire project and loan was made, but today i sent an official email to the company to do so. The company is saying they are Waiting on instructions from the owner on how to handle this situation, it has been a week since the verbal cancellation of the project. I fear they will refuse to cancel the loan. But only time will tell.-Update 8-5-21V. Nanfito Roofing and Siding has agreed to the terms outlined in my official request with timelines for all actions to take place, and formally requested the removal of the negative posts on this platform and others. Providing V. Nanfito adheres to their timeline and completes the task in the official request I will consider that request at the time of completion. As a sign of good faith I will remove the images attached to this post.

My roof was leaking and I called Nanfito as they have a good reputation and I had them do some smaller jobs for me before which they did well. Alan told me that patching would be iffy and might not work and it would be best to get a new roof. I had already determined I wanted a new roof, so no problem there and I got a winter discount on top of that. The roofing was delivered and a week later the crew showed up and went at it. They did it all in ONE DAY! That was amazing. They cleaned up really well and the roof looked wonderful. I am very pleased.

We contracted this company to replace our existing roof damaged due to a recent tropical storm. Al D, their extremely knowledgeable sales rep, was thorough in explaining all faucets of our roof replacement from product to local codes etc. The roofing crew was professional, friendly and very meticulous in completing a rather large and steep roof replacement. The job was completed in two days. Armand M, crew manager followed up on the day after to check on the work. The office manager was also very helpful with our follow up concerning insurance questions.Nanfitos has been around for 40 years and you can see why! I would highly recommend this company!

Was selling my house and 2 weeks before the closing we found a leak in the roof. Shingles were so faded we couldn’t patch so had to install a whole new roof. Called and met Joe at Nanfito roofing. I just wanted to thank the people for a great job on the roof replacement on my dormer on my Cape Cod house. The workers were here promptly at 7:00 AM, got to work immediately. The job was completed by noon and the workers left the yard in an immaculate condition. You wouldnt even know anyone worked on the house today. Very professional, excellent job and good warranty, only thing I had a problem was how they nailed my wood siding back after they put the underlayment up a few feet on each wall for ice barrier. They used a nail gun instead of hand nailing and looked aweful, but they took care of after we dicussed it.

They did the roof and siding on my girlfriends house .She was never sure when they would show up or leave . ( very bad communication ) one star !The general contractor had to have them come back a few times to redo what they didn’t do correctly the first time around . Their people have difficulty reading and understanding the job specifications .Some of the details were skipped or done sloppily .One small job that was saved to the end had a worker show up late afternoon and stay very late .They don’t seem to care very much about their customer’s needs or schedules .

Just wanted to give a shout out to V. Nanfito Roofing & Siding! Amazing job on our roof and gutters!!! We have a monster roof with multiple peaks and these guys did the house in pretty much one day!! Oustanding! I thought it would be days and days. They finished a small area on our deck next day and helped us with a few other projects. After months of waiting to have a new roof put on our house because of the all the rain and the fact of having a real soggy yard, we were able to have it done this holiday week. It was like the hottest day so far of the season as these workers worked their butts off to strip off two layers of shingles and re-roof the house in one day. They did come back the next day, which was the holiday, to finish the shed roof. We are very satisfied with the whole project and would recommend V. Nanfito to install a new roof. We did have a couple of minor issues that were resolved the very next day. Completely 100% satisfied.

The Good the Bad and the Ugly: The GOOD was that the company sent Mark to inspect the house after it was supposedly completed. The BAD was that the work was not done correctly the first time and several areas needed to be redone, including replacing a piece of siding left with a sizeable hole in it. The UGLY was the 200 plus nails I found on the lawn and driveway after the job was completed. I would recommend hiring a company that has a foreman on the job to ensure the job is completed correctly the first time.
