After reading all the positive reviews, I was excited to each out to this company. John responded to my online inquiry & after speaking on the phone, informed me that he would stop by to get measurements of my front steps & walkway.To my surprise, John showed up that same evening, unexpectedly... unplanned, but was very nice & professional. Before leaving, he told me that he would be in touch with a quote & details. Well....its been 3 weeks with no word from him even after I sent him a couple of texts, inquiring about a quote or some kind of follow up.I guess my job wasnt big enough for him. Although nice, not professional to go awol.

The owner John was extremely pleasant, courteous and professional, answering all questions prior to the job and doing great work.
