I took my 2010 Mercedes Benz ML350 with an ABS issue and Civali’s resolved the issue performing the required repairs. Steve kept me updated with status updates as to the repairs needed and the parts that needed to be ordered. I highly recommend Civali’s. They were honest and thorough and I waited two weeks to write because I absolutely love how my car is running. I wanted to give an honest feedback from both perspectives.

I just love all of them they give you a full service, they even give me a ride home when I need it or pick up the car wherever it is. They do everything for you, humble people they are just GREAT, if something goes wrong they make it up for you, I mean trust me is worth every penny, and more. Finding people you can trust around here these days is not easy and these guys are doing an amazing job over there. This will be my place from now on🙌

Today was my first visit to Civalis Auto. They were referred to me by my son who spoke highly of their professionalism and quality. Its 30 miles from my home to their shop, but the travel is well worth it, as I have been looking for some time for a reliable repair shop for my VW. I recommend Civalis highly. In my over 50 years of driving and owning cars, I have found no better repair facility than Civalis.

I went in for an oil change. Everyone was so nice and went above and beyond. While there they noticed my tires were low and put air in. Added transmission fluid which made a huge difference in how my car was driving. Also my wiper blades needed replacing. Without even mentioning it.. My 06 ram was not running properly so I brought it to civalis as I always do, once again they quickly diagnosed the problem called me to let me know what the problem was. I gave them the ok to do the work. Had my truck back the next day, like new. John and Steve are great guys very helpful and professional. The service is great and I never feel like Im getting ripped off in fact they usually go the extra mile without putting a hand in my pocket. I wont bring my truck anywhere but Civalis.

As always, another amazing job! I take my 2003 Nissan Xterra for anything I need. They are always personable, efficient, fair priced, and genuinely caring about their patrons. And they are extremely good about communicating with the client if anything arises, and getting your input on how to proceed. Which is a trait I find invaluable with a 17 year old SUV.

They just did a ton of work to my 2002 maxima SE. My rear main seal was leaking very badly and was causing my clutch to slip. They did over my entire clutch/rear main seal perfectly and did my front brakes in a little over a day. They even sent me a text showing me the overall health of the rest of my car. Highly recommended for whatever your vehicle might need!

These guys are amazing. Family owned businesses and they really cater to your needs. Steve deff makes it feel like a personal visit rather than being another customer through the door. Went to then 3 times. First time I was havi. an electrical issue with a 2003 Si, wasn’t surengwhat the problem was. After a couple hours later that day, the sent a picture with the wire harness to the vehicle rubbing & they reset the harness so it was installed correctly. Second & third time I took my Mk4 GTi. First time they diagnosed a bad harness that I’ve installed which it actually turned out defective, and second time I went for an o2 code which they tested all my electrical components for that area and everything turned out positive but I had leak in my exhaust system which Steve and Wesley kindly explained can cause unusual readings from an o2 and throw a light code. I’m extremely happy with these people and will be coming back if I ever have any issues again

We have used Civalis Auto for 25 years, under the former ownership as well as the new owners. I have kept the last 2 vehicles for over 300,000 miles each, with only two breakdowns in 14 years. Last winter, in snow, when AAA bailed on a difficult tow, John came himself and made it happen. Pretty much says it all.

They charged my husband $49 to inspect the brakes when he brought the car in to have the brakes changed...DUH. Can you say rip off? The last time we brought the car in they put it on the lift incorrectly and damaged the fender. Done with this business.
