I love my gmc 2016 1500, is been 2 years and I have not issues I got a good deal on price.

Unfortunately you can not give zero stars so by the grace of Google they get one. I can not stress enough STAY FAR AWAY from this place. They owner barely speaks English, he does not honor the basic dealer laws in the state of CT nor is he registered with the BBB. He lies, deceives, and does not complete the job that is expected to be proformed. Your better off buying something from the junk yard with out a motor - it will get you farther then any car sold from these guys. Its just a shame there is so many dishonest money hungry people in this world he even told us he didnt care about the vehicle he sold us because of the lower price tag.When it was sold to us he deleted the check engine light, covered up a blown break line just enough for it to stop the first few times, didnt pass it through CT emissions ( which by law in CT the dealer has to ) when the title comes from out of state. Covered up a MAJOR electrical issue that affected the break lights dash and head lights. We confronted him over 4 different times about all said issues, finally on the last time he had someone who could help with the langue barrier and agreed to go through emissions on his dime. ( needed bank 1 senor evap system and new cat ). So we dropped the vehicle off and waited over a week, there was a pass on the emission paper work - which also clearly stated there was NO evap system which was something that was agreed upon to fix. And once we left the parking lot THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME BACK ON FOR THE SAME PROBLEM. No actual repairs were made. He some how got around the system to get a pass on the paper work. When confronted he said he didnt care and I could take him to court if I wanted to.I noticed the DMV. This place should be shut down.DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS GUY.

BEWARE!! Don’t ever buy a car from them. All of their cars are lemons. I know, they sold me one. When I went back to them and complained there was another guy there complaining about the same thing! How unbelievable!! They are not even credited on BBB. Stay clear of Pelletier.
