Everything was good until I was asked to pay in cash after Id received my service. I scheduled appt. online in advance. My appt. was confirmed. If I needed to bring cash, thats when I should have been told. I dont carry cash and since Covid-19, it has been recommended to be cashless. They ended up taken my credit card but I dont think Ill be returning.

They were able to fit me in for an eyebrow wax within half an hour of me calling. I hadn’t been waxed for a looooong time (thanks covid), but she was able to fix me up in less than 10 minutes...the quickest ever and they look great! Is it the prettiest, swankiest salon? No, but I would 100% recommend for what I needed it for, and such a great price of $12 + tip for both brows, which is a lot cheaper than all of the places around. Hand sanitizer at the door and both of us were masked the entire time.

I love Queen Nails and the owner Thu. I used to live on MI and although I no longer do, I keep coming back here for my acrylics. My full sets done by Thu last longer than two weeks and always look great. I also appreciate that they get new colors regularly. I have never had to wait more than 15 min here and its affordable.

I would definitely come back here again. I cant speak for others but my experience with Queen Nails was amazing. My technician was fast, steady and attentive to her work. Whenever she felt like she made a mistake she quickly corrected so if you have a problem during the session and they then know so they can correct the mistakes on site. They make sure you are comfortable and hydrated. Ill see you soon.My nail tech, was incredibly talented and the whole staff was welcoming and courteous. My friends gel polish was flawless.Awesome experience, tons of colors, very clean, owners are super sweet and professional! Ill be back!!

The manicure itself was not bad but they way they removed my previous gel manicure was terrible. The lady had me soak my nails in a bowl of acetone and used her own nails to scrape off my old polish. This process took forever and left my nails paper thin and cost an additional $5.Not a bad place for a manicure but take your old one off yourself!

Worst nail salon I have ever gone to, and I have visited alot. Not only were the two women there talking loudly amongst themselves in their own language, but the older woman doing my nails was so rough, rude, and snappy at me. The customer service was horrible, she was grabbing my fingers and pulling my arm because she “couldn’t see what she was doing” and her attitude was just not acceptable.The nails. I chose white shellac—the tips are already chipping off after two hours and I have done nothing to them. I could not tell because of the salon’s lighting, but when I got outside there was pieces of white gel polish all over my fingers and around the nail. My hands look like a mess right now and I cannot believe I just wasted my money on this.

Love this place! Best pedi in about a year came from here.Very friendly, chatty, very clean, and a great mani & pedi with hand/foot massage, can add more time if you want. Prices very reasonable, especially considering the area. I’ll come back again even living in downtown. Thu (owner) & Jenny are awesome - see you again soon!

I called ahead and got a pedicure around 5 p.m. on a weeknight. The shop appeared busy but I got put in a soaking chair immediately. Lots of color selections. Staff was very professional and did a great job.

Im so happy my work is a block from this amaaaaaazing nail salon. I left feeling completely happy & satisfied: no chips, no uneven paint job, and no pain during the process. Pretty sure my manicure is perfect! They disinfect all their tools meticulously and most importantly dont rush you to get more clients. My technician took her time to paint me gorgeous half moon gel nails and she kept going over my eyebrows to make sure no strand was left unwaxed. Thank you ladies for the amazing service and friendliness. Ill be back!

I asked for just a shellac polish change, no manicure (I had just got one a week before). I was lectured about why I needed the manicure throughout the visit. I was charged extra for cutting my nails before painting (maybe this is somewhat normal, but I’ve never had to pay for it). After she cut one too short on the side was told it was my nail’s fault. She was just very rude the whole time I was there. If she didn’t want to do a polish change, she could’ve just said so.

Here I am, come back for another review and i still givin a 5 stars for this place, i did both medicure and pedicure for my 3 weeks vacation and Im so glad that it still stay very nicely after the vacation, so heres another 5 stars!Thu, my technician, shes amazing ... friendly and cheerful.

This is my go to place to get my nails done on MI. They are all very nice, good prices, and they do a great job, I have never had them cut my cuticles so short they bleed (which has happened at Cindys) and they do a great Shellac! Only down side is that they sometimes seem understaffed so if you go in the late afternoon or evening, it may be busy.

Love this place. I originally chose it because it was the cheapest (other island nail salons are so over priced) and was prepared to possibly be disappointed. However, the foot massage was pretty long, mani and pedi look great, and theyre very nice. Enjoy coming here.

I just moved to the Island and in a search for a new nail place, so I thought I will give them a try. Well, it was not crowded and they took me right away. (that could have been a bad sign that place was not busy) The girl that did my pedicure seems very young and probably not experienced. At the end, I was not happy with the work they did. I feel like I couldve done a better job myself. All nails are different shape and length. Really?Also, they are not running the jets in a foot spa,they just fill it with water, add a teaspoon of blue colored sea salt and let your feet soak there. Wierd...Manicure girl could have done a better job too. She didnt polish the edges of the nails, they felt rough and uneven. She didnt do that much to remove the cuticle as well.They charge $38 for Mani - Pedi combo. Im not coming back and dont recommend to anyone.BTW when the supervisor (she does the manicure) was done with me, she moved to a different chair at the front and started eating a sandwich and playing with her phone. Really?
