The BEST dentist experience of my life, really! Dr Bova saw me as a first-time patient with an urgent tooth issue, and assessed and repaired it that day, with comfort and ease. Absolute best professionalism and friendly staff. Was able to schedule a regular exam the following day, and the hygenist and exam were wonderful, thorough, and comfortable. I really like the office and staff, but would appreciate more time and attention being given to my teeth by the dentist. Even if gums and teeth are healthy I dont like feeling like the dentist has better things to do than examine my oral health & discuss what could be done to improve it. Last time I was in Dr. Bova greeted me by saying she only had a minute because she had to run off to do something else. Not acceptable when youre only there twice per year.

My experience was excellent. The office got me in to see her without an appointment, and spent well over an hour taking care of a problem tooth. Everything went very well, and I had no pain. I do recommend Dr. Bova

When I broke a tooth on a Saturday evening, I called Dr. Bova, who answered, even though she was conducting a children’s birthday party. The next day after taking her daughter to the airport, she came into the office in her tank top and shorts, to help me. Who else opens the office on a Sunday to help someone in pain? She’s a top notch dentist, but more impressively she’s an uncommon human being.

I moved away from Mercer Island and still will ONLY go to Dr. Dawn Bova. I travel back every four months to get my teeth cleaned, fillings or crowns repaired, everything. Dr. Bova and her staff are all incredible women - Professional, kind, gentle, and even fun. I now honestly enjoy going to the dentist, after a lifetime of very strong fear. When I say I experienced a MIRACLE, I am not exaggerating!! We recently relocated to WA from the East Coast where I have been going to the dentist since I was a child (I experienced trauma having my tonsils removed and my baby teeth were injured). I have been to some of the best dentists in NYC, Aspen, and Florida and can tell you, Dr. Bova and her staff are truly out of this world no pun intended! I was just walking by, noticed the office, walked in and made an appointment so you can imagine why I feel I had some ANGELIC INTERACTION! I would recommended her and her entire team (my husband went to see her and some of her assistants too)! I would rec to my East Coast friends to come here and stay with us to see her if they wanted the BEST care possible!! She also referred me to the VERY BEST Endodontist in the world for a tooth that did not seem to have any hope! Well, double miracle, I AM BLESSED, he miraculously he saved my tooth! She will refer you to the very best if she thinks someone else can manage your problem better. By the way, I needed to do a few more things with her regarding my teeth, but she thought I should allocate my insurance funds to the priority tooth (endodontist) which is a testament to her integrity! My family will be with her for a lifetime! You can only be so lucky to get an appointment. You will be truly blessed to see her (and her associates, everyone in that office is amazing!

One word, superstar. Dr Bova did some bonding work on one of my front teeth on Thursday. Thursday night I chipped the bonding. Friday morning I had my admin call to see if they could fit me in to see her that day. Dr Bovas office is closed on Fridays (I didnt know that). I then tried for Monday but Dr Bova insisted I come in and she performed the work on her day off with no assistant. Why? She said she couldnt bear the thought of one of her patients going through the weekend with a chipped tooth! That, my friends, is a dedicated professional.

Dr. Bova is a wonderful dentist with fantastic dental hygienists (especially Piper!) who together make it a pleasure to go to the dentist. I’ve been seeing Dr. Bova for about 10 years now, and while I’ve moved farther from Mercer Island, I continue to make the drive because of the superior care I receive at Dr. Bova’s office.

My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Bova for the past ten years. We have been very pleased with the friendly, professional atmosphere of the office. Dr. Bova is very warm and supportive. She will drop everything and see you if you have a dental emergency. Her staff is amazing. Even though we live in Redmond, we find it very convenient to get to her office. It is right off I-90, and is actually easier for us than going into Bellevue.

Both my daughters go to Dr. Bova, where they receive excellent dental care. She is amazingly knowledgeable and her appointments are not rushed - instead her team schedules appointments that allow time for patients (and parents) to talk with Dr. Bova and feel comfortable about raising questions and getting dental advice for emergent questions and also to allow kids/parents to ask about the smaller concerns or questions about best approach to different dental issues. Dr. Bova is the best dentist I have every had. I found Dr. Bova when I was living on Mercer Island. Since moving a few years ago, I now drive over two hours each way to see Dr. Bova and her team. I met Dr. Bova during a visit to Seattle. On the first day there, I was experiencing extreme tooth pain, and Dr. Bova was able to get me in that morning. Upon a thorough examination and x-rays, it was determined that I needed a root canal. Dr. Bova quickly referred me to the specialist who was also able to schedule an appointment that afternoon in time for me to get to a wedding that I had later that evening. Not only was Dr. Bova and her staff extremely accommodating and compassionate, they were the friendliest dental team that I have ever worked with!! I would highly recommend Dr. Bova!!!
