It was a hot day. The employees insisted that customers wait outside in the heat, instead of inviting them inside to the air conditioned waiting room. When it was my turn finally I was allowed inside, the oil change was quick but the wait in the heat was long. Prices are too high.

I’ve gotten a number of oil changes from this branch and they’ve all generally been on the more expensive side. They’re not particularly fast and often don’t replace my splash shield correctly. This leads to it falling off. The last time this happened one of the bolts fell off entirely. I returned to this branch and asked them to replace the splash shield and was told because the bolt was missing they were going to charge me $25 to zip tie it back on. Needless to say, this is a completely deranged thing to ask of someone whose car you didn’t put back together properly. I won’t be back unless I’m desperate.

We were not so lucky as other late comers. It took us 40 to 45 minutes for our turn to get into service area. Two cars later, it was only 5 minutes. Weekend traffic! Oil change was $20 to $30 expensive than dealership service with coupon. Positive side is your car is out in an hour.

Best full service establishment in Merced for lube and parts replacement. These guys are friendly, knowledgeable and get the job done right the first time and they treat you like family that they want to keep coming back. Best prices and if they dont have it the boss can find it for you or it doesnt exist. Bonus, drop off your vehicle and go to the in shape and get a workout and they will have your car finished, cleaned and parked waiting for you when youre done.

They are always trying to upsell you something along with your oil change, but they gotta do what they gotta do to charge a little more. It is annoying that the company does not list their prices on their website so you can compare. Their prices are more expensive than their competitors. The only two positives to Jiffy Lube is the speed at which they complete your oil change and the friendliness of the people who work there. Sometimes, I cant be bother to wait hours to get an oil change at Walmart so Ill come here.

This place is pretty bad. Went in for a top off and lights....all he did was check my oil. No fluids and I had to ask them to do my tires. The lights they did were put in wrong (one fell out while driving). Then declined performing my other light service because it was too hard. Went to another Jiffy Lube in Fresno and they did it in 5 minutes.

The guys were professional, quick, and patient in helping me resolve an issue I was having. Sent me on the road knowing Id been in good hands. Highly recommended!

Pricey for an oil change, even with a coupon it was $43.Walmart does the basics for about $30, no coupon required.

My truck stafting making a cold weather tapping at half life of the oil change. I change the oil myself. The oil was in poor shape very thin. Smelled like gas. I had to use a pipe wrench to get the filter off. It was a quart low. I put purple oil back in with an lucas oil treatment. sounds much better but it may have done permanent damage to the motor. This was a learning experience. Im having the oil tested to see what could have happened. I believe they use cheap oil or they didnt even change it. I dont trust these places.

So for the past year ive gotten am oil change once a month for $61 after a $10 off coupon but this last time I went they raised the price it was $91 ridiculous!

The WORST.. went in for an oil change, ended up with damages that i now have to fix somewhere else. Never again.

Call in the morning about a radiator flush, gave them make model and year they told me 89.00 showed up they charge me 145. Thats not how you do business!

Fast and replaced my tail light and other items I needed at a very reasonable price when I went in for an oil change. Other places that change oil in town said there would be a 3-hour wait and had to drop off the car but at Jiffy Lube it only took about 20 minutes from the time I pulled in until I was completely done and drove off.

Came in for an oil change today, it was only 64$ for a synthetic blend with a coupon I had (they give out a fair deal of coupons, I have a tiny booklet). Considering labor is $30 its a very good deal. Synthetic isnt cheap, after all.Besides the fair pricing, Peter, Ruben, and the rest of the staff that helped me today were outstanding. Service was quick, my info was updated, and Peter went out of his way to help me figure out how to pop the darn hood on my new car lol. Ill be back again for my next service. Thank you!

Terrible. A simple oil change and belt replacement turned into a two day ordeal. Took 4 hours to complete and had engine warning lights on. Pointed those out to technician and 4 hours later I was told my vehicle wouldnt start and they didnt know why. After I got angry I was told they couldnt fix it because my vehicle was to old and to remove it from the property. I was told they couldnt get the part. I had my vehicle towed to a real mechanic and it was fixed in 2 hours. I will never go back to those incompetent people. They should have their franchise revoked. I would give them a negative rating of minus 5 stars

Was greeted at the car door by an employee, walked inside and promptly explained what was needed or not needed. The gentleman helping was very friendly and had great customer service. The whole process took maybe 15 minutes!

They are quick and their work quality is compatible. Prices are slightly higher for my budget. In general they are great and we are happy they are conveniently available in our neighborhood.

Came in this morning with my son and I have to say Thank you today for the morning shift team. Peter assisted me quickly, including Robert, and Juan. Their service was very professional and friendly. I don’t know anything much about car parts so thanks for being very thorough and patient with me Oscar. Keep up the good work guys.

Came here for an oil change today, it was $80 for synthetic. I decided not to get it because it was pricey & i know alot of shops that are way cheaper so i told them no but they already started draining it! So i was basically forced to buy a $40 conventional oil. Next time wait & let the customer decide first before doing a service guys.

I took my vehicle in for an oil change and it was so easy. They were quick only took 15 minutes. Thank you.

My experience was great. I went in got my oil changed quickly and professionally and also got a small discount for leaving a review. No pressure to get extra unneeded services either which was refreshing.

We have been bringing our Mazda 2010 for many years! They have terrific coupons online and do a great job at keeping our car in top shape. Also, they do many add-on services such as changing headlamps, tire rotation, brake service, and many others. Overall, they are a great value with excellent car maintenance!

I have never used Jiffy lube before but I needed a fast oil change. They were super friendly and fast. Peter even opened up 10 minutes early and got started on my car. The place was clean and the guys were super efficient.

I came here 9/22/19 paid to have my oil changed and tires rotated. I have a small leak on front right tire that I had been aware or for awhile now. So a week after going here my tire pressure light went off. I went to go and add air in and realized the tire that has the leak in it was still in the same spot. I thought it was strange that day too cause I never saw them lift my car to rotate my tires. I thought maybe they did it underground. But I soon realized they charged me for the tire rotation and never did it. I called them regarding this they said they would look at the cameras to see if they did do it. Then got a call saying it would take too long to review the cameras to just come in and they would do it for “free” how it’s for free when I already paid for it I’m not sure. I went back in just to be turned away then went in the next day to have a worker question me over and over again. He acted like I didn’t know what I was talking about. And made it seem like they did do it When clearly they didn’t! Not coming here again i would watch them when they work on your cars they might charge you for things and not really do them.

Quick and courteous service is an even better value if you use one of the easily available online coupons. They are always friendly, even when using the free top off service on my ancient barge of a minivan.

They do a quick inspection to let you know whats needed. They then let you decide what you really want them to do. They try to speed things along but were patient to let me think what I want to do. Got done quicker than I thought as it was a very busy day.

I would put 0 stars if i could. My grandpa went today because the one on V st was packed. it was still packed at yosemite but they told him to wait along with 2 other guys. Sitting for awhile and no one has gotten their info or asked them anything. A lady had pulled up and i’m assuming the manager, the one in the pink shirt, took her service right away and pretty much allowed her to get her car fixed before my grandfathers and these other men. She said she had to go to lunch and wanted to know when it’ll be done, The “pink shirt” told her it’ll be done by the time she comes back. My grandpa spoke up and told him how unfair that was. He left, along with the other men, and they all met up at Jiffy Lube on V st. lol. i also go to that one, their better!

Yeah, just ok for Jiffy Lube. Get your cars oil changed if you need to. And why not get that change at Jiffy Lube. Customer service isnt the greatest but I didnt go there for great customer service. Just an oil change, OK. You can get a bunch of other things take care of too. Filters, transmission refilled, radiator flushed...yeah more stt stuff too. Oh well...gotta go....see ya.

Very fast and nice staff. Was able to guide me through the process of an oil change.

They tried to charge me $70 to replace 2 air filters that only cost about $25 between the two of them and 10 seconds to install and then they splattered oil ALL OVER my car, attempted to clean it up with cheap paper towels that only made more of a mess and left streaks and water lines ever where. Then tried to tell me they didnt spill oil on my car and it was just over spray from them cleaning my sunroof for me (I literally had driven my car from the car wash to get my oil changed so not buying that). Just because I am a female doesnt mean I know know what car oil looks and feels like, come on guys! Never going back.

Good place to get a fairly quick oil change.....usually. On this date I couldnt get anyones attention that I was waiting to get checked in. A couple of employees looked my way but went on about their business. I finally backed up to get out of the traffic lane and went elsewhere. Usually someone will assist quickly. My only real complaint is that they seem to try too hard to up-sale for related parts and services. I feel that some people might be intimindated into buying when its not really necessary. A new air filter has been recommended almost every time Ive been there.

The service guy took the time to personally trouble shoot the squeeky sounds in the engine compartment and suggested a mechanic check my leaking power steering pump. No charge, great guy. He was right and Ill be back.

Service started off good. was asked if i wanted filters changed, i opted for the 24.99, she went over everything with me and i was good. Someone else came in she offered both filters to him also he was a little unsure so she offered him the same filter for 10.00. I was o heck no and asked if she was going to give me the same offer, filter for 10.00 also, she said yes, and i was fine. But 40 minutes later i asked her why was i still there she then told me they did not have the filter in stock so they had to go to get one elsewhere. Here s my complaint i had a two year old with me common courtesy would have been to explain the situation beforehand. Whether or not i had my 2 year old. So that was almost an hour there, and i forgot to mention no other cars where there. The worse he experience ever!!!!

Very friendly and kept me updated on progress. They replaced my front brake pads, so it took awhile, but was worth the re wait.

They changed my oil then put a shield on to close to the serpentine belt causing a squeaky noise causing me to bring it to a real Auto mechanic shop where it cost me $250 dollars to replace the serpentine belt. Avoid this Jiffy lubes at all cost.

They are quick, Ill give them that. However later when I did an oil change myself I found that JIffy Lube stole my stock oil drain plug and replaced it with a generic one. They gave me 5w-30 oil when my car asks for 5w-20. On top of that they put in a bad generic brand oil filter that does not actually fit well and requires pneumatic hammer to make sure that it forms a seal. Usually you only need to hand tighten the oil filter.

Quick service and no pressure for extra add ons. I’ve been here multiple times and haven’t had any issues.

I asked the man to leave the car a quart low so i could add some Lucas Oil Treatment. He said they would and noted it on the paper work. When my car was done i asked the man if they left it a quart low and he went out and checked with the other guy and i heard him say well the customer wanted it a quart low they both walked away for a minute then he came back and said yea its a quart low. So we i got home i added the Lucas and after i drove it i heard a terrible knocking sound. So i took it to Speed dee and had them do another oil change to get the 6 quarts of oil out of my car because Jiffy Lube cant follow instructions. Never ever again will i visit Jiffy Lube.

Amazing service from Raul, Jettarine, and Annalou today! Ive gone to this location several times now and they are always extremely nice and super fast! I arrived at 3:10 pm and was out at 3:28 pm, THATS 18 MINUTES! Annalou, the cashier, didnt try to upsell me on anything like other oil change shops do (Speedee is terrible about that). The only additional service I paid for other than the conventional oil change was a battery terminal cleaning for $15, which I knew it needed. I also have always checked my fluids and engine bay when I get back home from having an oil change, just out of habit from prior scams at other places, and NOT ONCE HAVE THEY LIED TO ME. Love this place, I highly recommend them! Make sure not to pay the actual oil change price. Jiffy Lube has so many coupons and discounts, make sure to use one. I always use the $13 off coupon from the Jiffy Lube website, seems to be the best discount for me.
