I had a pleasant experience here, on August 9th. I went for a pedicure and I was the first customer there. I got their Deluxe Pedicure package + Parrafin for $45 plus $10 for gel color. I was satisfied with my service as the girl who took care of me was very sweet and checked in on me to see if I was in any pain when she was doing my nails or the rest of the services involving hot temperatures. It also only took an hour for my service, which was great because I was in a hurry.When it comes to attending this location, Id say the early bird gets the worm in reference to walk-ins, and those who make appointments are seated quickly.Post-edit: I do like how my nails came out, considering they were already short and improperly trimmed on my behalf. Also, my feet were very smooth which is what I was hoping for as my previous pedicure at a different location felt like nothing was done with the same services provided.

This business was decent years a couple of years ago when I started coming. Over the years it has just completely fallen downhill. Youd assume with COVID and all that they would want the business, but the ladies who work here continue to be more lazy, unprofessional, and just rude (especially the Hispanic worker who does the manicures). Instead of setting you an appointment theyll make excuse for you to come on in and see if theyre busy. So of course when you do arrive, they have no openings, even though its completely dead. Its as if they judge you base on your looks and make their decision there. I would no longer be coming to this salon.

After 3 weeks, my nails still look great. May need a fill but other than that, no lifting, no breaks. My job requires physical labor and Working with my hands.

The ladies here are awesome and hardworking. I love coming to this salon for my pedis.

Too expensive for me. $30 regular pedicure $55 Gel full set. And they charge extra if you pay with card. 👎👎 And the regular pedicure is so basic. Regular pedicure at others nail shops Ive gone too are much better with more time and attention. Im new to Merced and this was first nail shop I went too. wont go back.

I usually get my nails done at Rose Nails on G st. in the Raleys shopping center however they were busy and extremely rude one day so they lost me as a customer and Nail Time gained one! Adrien and Ann did a great and fast job! Great vibes! Made me feel comfortable. They were friendly, funny and my nails lasted for 2+ weeks and the only reason why I had to go back was to do a color change / cut down and fill. Keep up the great work ladies & see you soon!

Just moved to Merced Google Nail Time, went in greeted by owner, very professional lay back person met her Daughter as well, the atmosphere was so good, I will be returning to get all my pampering there. It feels good to just meet someone who you feel like you known for years. 💖

Prices were unclear and there was a language barrier. It was extremely hot, uncomfortable hot, inside this establishment. The older gentleman did his best job on my toes.

The worst pedicure Ive ever experienced! Cold water, painful tecnition. Just walked away and started watching TV leaving us sitting there. Horrible

I brought my mom to get a pedicure and all she asked for was clear. I asked for pink and they gave me a nude clear color. They charged me $60 plus tip. I tell them that I wanted pink. And they tell me it’ll be $10 more. I told them that I already paid over $70. Plus tip. And that for $10 I can just paint my own nails. They keep insisting that it’s going to be $10 and I told them that I just won’t come back again. They didn’t even care. The lady said she would paint my nails with regular polish over the clear if I wanted but that she wouldn’t be taking off the nude polish. I won’t be coming back. They don’t even care about their customers. I’ll take my business elsewhere. I’m really disappointed. I paid Over $70 for something I wasn’t happy with.

When I had a full set put on one of the nail tips was too small for my ring finger and it looked funny for the almost 2 weeks I had them on..just looked like a lousy job that I didnt realize till after I had paid and left. I went in for a fill today and to hopefully get the nail corrected I was told I would have to pay extra to have a new nail put on (even though the man acknowledged it was indeed the wrong size nail tip). I said I wasnt going to pay for the correction and the guy ended up using more acrylic to widen the area where the top should have been. Now my nail looks bulky compared to the rest. Ive been in here a few times since moving to Merced 2 years ago and every time Ive been in there the atmosphere is not welcoming. I am no longer returning based on their sloppy work and non welcoming attitudes.

I was overcharged. My friend gets charged $35 for the same thing i got, i was charged $50. It was hot, and I had to wait a really long time.

WORST PLACE IVE EVER BEEN TOO!I went in asking to get my nails done and the girl was very RUDE.I got acrylics done, took about 2 hours on my nails they weren’t shaped evenly, the acrylic was over my cuticles and by the 3rd day one of my nails broke .. the $50 dollars that I payed was not worth it.Very disappointed, do not recommend.

When this place was new I loved it. In the last few months I have had bad experiences. Twice the gel had been thinned too much. My nails were chipping within a week. Last time I had Johnny, a little gruff and painted on my cuticle. Not going back.

Talk about over priced, how did 25$ nails turn into 55$ left 5 of my fingers bleeding and was so rough. My nails were so sore and didnt do what I asked for . And just started shaping them how she thought looked good . That owner is a joke and the girl with the pit bull face with all that acne needs to put a smile on her face always stomping around looking mad . Been there 2 times and the place seems to never have customers . No wonder there never packed. The girls are ghetto and just sit around eating, watching YouTube or gossiping. Never will go back here again . Rather go to rose nails.

The service was quick even though I didnt have an appointment. The ladies did a really great job on both mines and my daughters toes.

Will never go back to this place was sitting on a chair for 1 hr and once i got my toes done the guy did them in less than 10 minutes worst service ever.

From my experience...I would never go there again. My nail polish chipped right after I left so I went back to fix it and they wanted to charge me $10 after I just spent $100 and a tip. The only reason they fixed it was because I complained.

It was my cousins birthday and it was 5pm and we were turned down at another nail salon because the time:( so we called nail time and ann said come in, so long story short we got our nails done and ann was fast and good love this place we will be back

Bad. I made an appointment and showed up on time. Then waited for 20 min. I finally said something so they sat me in a chair. Sat and sat and then asked how long it would be. She said she was busy, and to wait. I was just wondering why they even took appointments, what is the point if they take others before you. I just got up and left. Was upset because I needed my nails done for something, and was unable to get them done.

The staff was friendly and prices are very reasonable, and the lady who did my toes was GREAT! I will be going back again.

I personally disliked, very much how my nails came out. The woman who did my nails was watching YouTube on her phone the whole entire time, & she didn’t even ask me what shape i wanted. She did her own thing which i disliked. 6 of my nails came out crooked. I would never recommend them to anyone else and i will never go back.

Being a little pampered by my Nail Artiste who was booked Nail Time was suggested, Johnny did a decent job, yes he does yank and over drill got 2 cuts at my cuticles but u get what u pay for 30. for white tips and 5. for 2fingers art, he had my nails completed from start to finish in approx 35min..yes he was rude when my husband asked what color babe he proceeded to answer for me NO color! u should just get plain acrylic (which was 10. more, dont understand that one?!) So I just went with it knowing I have a Real Artiste to go back to. 👸

The owner is talented but she tried to scam me 2 different times changing prices.she also tried to charge me for length my nails were under an inch SMH she is just about money. I will never go there again she does that to ppl she thinks have money and are dumb. She went from $35 to $45 to $55 one time I went in the and if u tip which I always do my nails would have been $60 SMH all I have to say is act like ur broke when u go in there she is a real live hustler

Pedi was great mani they did have enough time to do right.

Called ahead of time for 3 pedicures they said to be there in 15minutes it took them an hr to start with us after we showed up. My cuticles were murdered and cut too deep, but didnt even scrub my feet. Had to ask for base coat because she was about to slap on the color with out it. I will just drive to Atwater and go to professionail next time.

Worst experience Ive ever had getting my nails done in my life. She made me have long nails even though I wanted them short. She made my right thumb bleed on the side as well as my right middle finger.

The woman said she would get my nails done in an hour because I was in a rush to go somewhere but she did a horrible job... she cut my cuticles and I was bleeding, my nails looked like bubbles on my nails (my nails were so heavy, they were sore after) and when I went to Professionails in Atwater, they even asked why I paid for these nails and actually showed me what acrylic nails are supposed to look like. Never again will I go to this place.. this is just my experience.

I went in for a fill and the lady applied 3 coats of gel and still you could see the color I had under. I normally only get 2 coats of gel. This was the first and last time I will ever go here. It was very unprofessional in so many ways.

Worse experience ever will never go back here the girl did a good job on my feet but when it came to my shalac nails which they call gel nail the older man was very very rude he was snatching my hand and being rude he did a horrible job I told them I wasnt satisfied and I needed them fixed the woman kept giving me the run around she had 2 people in there and told me they where booked up she couldnt squeeze me in until 530 after I explained I had to go out of town for my husband party so I will be attending my husband party looking like my daughter did my nails

The prices are a little high and the man that did my nails was too rough and didnt do a good job. Left glue all over my hands.. Cut my fingers with drill. My fingers hurt for 2 days.
