Vanessa is amazing, she does a wonderful job on my hair and shes the nicest friendliest woman. I highly recommend her for cut, highlights or color.

This place is so awesome! The owner, Maria fit me in last minute when another Merced nail tech canceled on me last minute! This lady is amazing! First meet was like meeting a long lost friend! I love my nails, but I cant wait to go get them done again simply for the experience!!! 💕

My dad went there yesterday for a mani-pedi. The nail lady filed his fingernails and toenails, using a file and never any nail clippers. They had no pedicure chair, so had him sit in a hair drying chair with a tub under it. He said there was no massage, but she did put lotion on his hands (up to wrist only) and his feet. (He’s had a lot of mani-pedi’s in the past, so knows what to expect!) Here they used no hot stones, no warm towel and no massage. They did not show a price list or ask him what he wanted. It definitely was a “no frills” mani-pedi! But when he was done they charged him $95.00!!! They also said they couldn’t take a credit card, only cash or Zelle! Since he only had a credit card, finally one of the hair employees allowed the nail lady to use her credit card reader so he could pay. He is 80 years old and walks using a walker. They took advantage of him, charging way too much and didn’t even do a good job! But him, being the kind man he is, even gave a tip, but he was not happy. Absolutely fabulous place! Great service, atmosphere, and music. Maria is the best nail technician Ive run across in years, as well as shes very friendly! Vanessa provided a cut and dye for my daughter and we couldnt be happier! It was daughters first time having her hair colored, and Vanessa made us feel super comfortable by asking us questions and keeping us informed step by step in the process, as this can be a drastic change. Everyone is genuinely friendly, and the establishment is very clean and in a nice area. Look forward to returning!Angelina

I scheduled an appointment with Maria and am very happy with my nails. Shes always very accommodating and always has the salon clean. If youre not sure what style to get she has lots of great ideas!

I made an appointment in this salon because I saw many reviews are 5. They were pleasant to me and she saw me exactly on the time of my appointment. I made the appointment for haircut and cover my gray hair. She cut my hair straight like the sides doesn’t count. I’m used to hair stylists who guide me because hair is their specialty. She proceeded to mix up color for my hair without showing me hair color samples. She assumed because my natural hair color is black that I wanted to cover my gray with black. I had to tell her that black will not be appropriate for me since I’m an older person and I will look like death. Again no catalog to choose from just a picture on her phone for the dark brown color. I appreciate that she was careful in washing and blow drying my thinning hair.I will definitely not return to this place. It is mediocre at best.

Ive been to this salon for a few services and they are amazing! Everyone is kind and welcoming! I got lash extensions with Lindsay & she does a great job, shes kind and patient and willing to work with your schedule to find a time for you! My eyelashes always look amazing when I leave!!I also got a nail fill from Shea and she was great! She paid so much attention to detail and took the time to make sure my nails were perfect and exactly what I wanted!Overall, Ive had great experiences here & will definitely be going back & recommending it to others!

Today was my first time ever going to the Lotus Salon and I most say the owner/Nail tech Maria completely transformed my nails in an amazing way. She definitely made me feel like I had been going to her for years. Her work is flawless and her salon is extremely clean and very organized. I will definitely be going back to her and sending clientele her way as well.

Recently got a scalp treatment that I never knew I needed from Nancy. Life changing & beyond relaxing, Nancy is sweet & very nice she made me feel like I’ve been her friend for years. Definitely recommend her you won’t regret it! Will be returning. :)

Do not go to Monica she does not have much experience in doing hair I went in for a two tone color (top blond and bottom hair brown) and she totally did what she wanted she highlighted my whole head and left be looking orange and brassy on top of that tried denying what the price was until I showed her our messages when we went back and forth on the price and my idea of hair color I wanted smh I will never go there again and DO NOT RECOMMEND LOTUS SALON if you go to her 😡

I love this salon. My daughters are 5 and they were so comfortable getting their haircut. In the past I was not consistent with getting my nails done. Now that I have found an amazing Nail Tech, I make sure to schedule appointments. The salon is clean and also welcoming. The esthetician is also amazing and extremely relaxing.

Lizette made my hair soo beautiful and gave me exactly what I wanted. She did my hair for a great price as well!! I am soo happy and Lizette was soo friendly and good to me!! I will definitely be coming back for more. I wanted my hair done purple and she gave me exactly what I wanted. She bleached it so perfect and then dyed it perfectly. Jazmin Muñoz, is the best in the business for eyelash extensions. She has years of experience and ALWAYS does her best work, especially under pressure. Picture this, going to a water park and realizing your extensions are perfectly intact after a week of having them that is proof of her quality of work.

I get my hair done here by Brittany and she is amazing! She can always do anything i ask! She also cuts my sons hair.Dorothy does my nails and they are the best in town! I have gone to many different nail techs and she is by far the most amazing.The place is so clean and well maintained. The whole staff is great!!!

@hairbynaeture braided mine and my 11 month old sons hair and she had so much patience with us and our hair came out so good I loved our hairstyles. The salon is clean and cute. My overall experience was great.

Worse place ever. Salon is very clean and in a nice area. Thats it went there explained to stylist wanted a change and a good haircut and color. Showed her different styles and additional details. Explained that I was looking for a permanent person. So if she did a great job would be back. First she went with a dark brown which was to dark. Said it was to cover grays. Haircut was just awful no rhyme or reason. No real style or even close to a lob. Also she was not very nice. Did not talk to me or answer my questions. Colored my hair did not see her till time to rinse. Worse hair color washed out after 3 washes. Worst experience ever

I have been getting my hair braided by Jeri aka IG: @hairbynaeture for about a year now. At first I didnt even think braids would look good on me. but because of her training and skill set she was able to give me a look that I was not only comfortable with, but gave me more style and personality as well. now I get so many different styles we cant even keep track. Not only is she skilled she takes the time to maintenance your hair! I had my first hair appointment with Jeri aka IG: @hairbynature on the 13th of this month. It was the best experience I have ever had at any salon, and Ive been getting my hair done for 10 plus years. Jeri asked me questions about my hair care, questions that Ive NEVER been asked before; which made it clear to me that she cares about her clients. She gave me a great education on how to take better care of my hair, and how to keep my braids looking fresh. Im so excited to continue my hair journey with Jeri and can’t wait for our next appointment! One last thing- Not only is she extremely talented, but she has a beautiful Spirit that is extremely contagious. I must say Im very happy that I met her.
