Dr. Propes is the best! He goes above and beyond for his patients. Dr. Propes has gone out of his way to squeeze me in for a quick consult. He really listens and provides outstanding care. I feel so fortunate that he is my dentist. I have a feeling that when I move from Merced, I will still come back to see Dr. Propes because he is just that good. Everyone at the Dental Spa is so kind and helpful. You cant go wrong!

I have been using their services for a couple years now and they never disappoint me. I usually arrive a few minutes before my appointment and get seen right away. The staff communicates very well and Dr. Propes is always happy to see me. Nice to see everyone there a couple times a year. The service is better than you would expect and everyone is friendly. I have never had an issue with billing, insurance or any complaints. While not everyone is thrilled to go to the dentist, I feel they are looking out for my best interest ahead of their own which says a lot to me. Thanks everyone, I appreciate your attention and service.

The staff is so welcoming, everybody makes you feel like an old friend! Dr. Propes makes you feel like a neighbor helping you change a tire instead of a dentist ready to drill! I give 5 stars for service and quality work!!! Kudos to José for being an amazing and talented assistant!!!

Andrew Propes and his team at The Dental Spa are amazing. They created a welcoming and comfortable environment. I went in for crown on my incisors and they did a great job at making it look as if I had grown the tooth myself. A couple days later I was being complimented on my teeth. 10/10 would recommend it to friends and family.

Dr. Propes and all his staff made the entire experience in their office as incredible as it could be. They renewed my belief in going to a dentist, after a seven year hiatus (due to several poor experiences). The pain was surprisingly minimal and their concern for my situation was amazing. I did not have to wait to be seen and the receptionist greeted me when I arrived. I will definitely be a regular patient and take my family there also.

Propes is the best in town and the staff are All-stars. Brandy was excellent. Took her time. Didnt feel any pain or discomfort during or after either of my visits. They even was able to get me scheduled on short notice and was even willing to see my three year old on the same day👍🏽.Thx

This was the best dental visit I have ever had!!!! I am terrified to go to the dentist because of past dental traumas. I shared my fears and concerns with Dr. Propes and his staff on my initial consult/exam visit. Todays visit, when the actual dental work was done was outstanding. I cant say I enjoyed the visit - because after all it was the dentist you know - but I can tell you that it was a very nice experience. I would recommend Dr. Propes and his staff very highly! I will also return again for my regular dental maintenance exams.

Excellent. Broke a tooth during dinner last night (6/20), called this morning, appointment set, have a hunch you worked me in somehow. Met Jose for the first time and he is terrific. I was home again 2 & 1/2 hours later with a temp and scheduled back in a few weeks. Keep up the great work.

I have been a patient with Dr. Propes since he started his practice. My husband became his patient when we got married. We have had nothing but great experiences with this office. My husband recently required extensive dental work (implants and dental appliances) after years of working on his oral health and trying everything else. This office has worked really hard with the oral surgeon, dental lab and picky wife to make this a success. Dr. Propes and his staff have really gone the extra mile to make sure that everything is right for my husband. While this has not been easy, even in the middle of Covid, we have felt safe and been well cared for in this office. We HIGHLY recommend this dental office.

Dr. Propes is amazing. He’s been my dentist for a while now, and has always said he treats his patients like family. Well, today he proved it. My two boys (3 and 5) collided, and my five year olds front tooth was not looking good. He was in pain and I didn’t quite know what to do. I called Dr. Propes, and he said he’d stay after hours to work on my kiddo.When we got there it was just him and his assistant, and they were about as friendly as could be. They did a fantastic job explaining to my son everything that was going on, in a way a five year old could understand. I was impressed with the Dental Spa at Propes......they gave me a tour, took my blood pressure which was odd, never had a dentist take my blood pressure....explained in detail what they were doing and as they were working on me.....not to mention the 18 selfies....of my teeth. :-) my profile picture and the concern of my health. They made me feel comfortable and extremely satisfied that i made the switch to an awesome team. They definitely exceeded to be supercalifragilisticexpialidocious!!!! Just saying :-)

Very rude receptionist, was recommended through my dentist who is out of town. Receptionist Didn’t attempt to help a customer in discomfort, or have any understanding of the situation, there were many things that could have been done in her part to achieve a simple solution. Her simple solution was to hang up.
