We LOVE Dr. Moran. She is so good with my girls and her priority is always making sure that they aren’t scared. She goes above and beyond to keep them loving the dentist the best that she can. Nothing negative to say whatsoever. We love her and Merced Pediatric Dentistry’s staff.

Dr. Moran’s office is so clean and appealing to k-12 age range. Her staff are warm, patient and friendly. They go above and beyond! Dr. Moran gives intelligent and sound guidance on what is best for the children. I enjoy how she is with the kids and can tell she too is a mother. Dr. Lee is exceptionally kind and gentle. Both doctors are intelligent and do an excellent job! I love the office and doctors they refer out to for anesthesiology.

Dr. Moran is amazing! She was very thorough at explaining everything to me during the appointment and conservative about her suggestions for my sons dental plan. My 4 year old was so nervous about seeing the dentist, but Dr Moran took the time to explain everything she was doing before doing it and that put him at ease. I was also impressed by her entire staff. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. I recommend Merced Pediatric to every parent out their looking for a positive dental experience for their child.

Dr. Moran is the best pediatric dentist i have ever taken my son to.Shes so patient and understanding. Definitely knows how to put young minds at ease while in the dentist chair. Truly amazing.

This office is so amazing and patient. They were so good with my 3 year old and getting her X-rays done. The staff and Dr. Lee were super patient with her to try to get her to do her cleaning and exam and even though she didn’t let them do it they were still super comforting and patient with her

My 5 year old daughter went in to her appointment for her root canal. Dr. Lee and her assistants were great. She came back happy and didn’t complain much about the pain. The pain was only from the aftermath of her gums being sore. Dr. Lee was so nice to text and checked up on my daughter and making sure she doesn’t bite the side of mouth and answer all my questions.

This is an amazing place EVERYONE is kind and really feels like they love and care about their job. Love taking my son here 🥰

Very Friendly Pediatric Dentistry. Both my children ages 3 and 6 love going there. Dr. Moran is excellent at her work and goes above and beyond for her patients. After my sons procedure she took the time to message me from her personal phone just to see how he was doing. Its those little things that matter most. I would definitely recommend Merced Pediatric Dentistry to anyone with little ones.

The staff and office is very nice and out 3 year old daughter did very well thanks to their patience and friendliness.

Dr. Moran is great, the billing department doesnt know what there doing. They recommended 2 procedures on my kids and wanted to schedule appointments to do the procedures on them. My husband and I asked them if both procedures would be covered under our dual plan. We received multiple requests to schedule appointments but they still hadnt check to see if our insurance would cover them. I finally told them I am not scheduling anything till I know if the insurance will cover it and and how much?We were told 1 procedure the insurance would cover it and the other procedure was not covered. So I went ahead a scheduled the procedure that was covered but not the 2nd as it was not needed just a recommendation and our insurance was not covering it.After the procedure was complete by multiple visits I receive a call from billing department. My dual insurance will not cover the 1st procedure and we owe almost $500.00. She gave me a credit as non-insured so now we owed about $260.00.I paid balance but will look for another Pediatric Dentist, who is honest and knows what there doing!3/25/21 Update:There Office Manager reached out to me to get feed back on what exactly happened. He told me he would talk to his staff to ensure this wouldnt happen to anyone else. They also ended up mailing me a check for a full refund on the $260.00 I paid them. I really appreciate they reached out to me to make it right.THANK YOU!

My son was a patient from the age of 2 to 18 when he aged out. The office is very child friendly. They have specific rooms designed to calm and put the young patients at ease. The entire staff is amazing. They are friendly, caring and professional. They take the time to speak to you regarding your childs current dental health and explain any future treatment plan required. I appreciate the lengths they have gone to in order to ensure the safety of both patients and staff to prevent the spread of COVID. I love Merced Pediatric Dentistry and will miss everyone dearly.

My son had a great time on his first visit! Everyone is so friendly and made us feel welcome. They were able to explain everything thoroughly and answer all my questions. The clinic is also clean and sanitized which is a big plus.

My daughter is 2 and just had her first appointment. At first she was scared and I didn’t think they were going to be able to do anything, but they tried very hard to make her feel comfortable and they were able to get X-rays and brush her teeth, which I think is HUGE for a 2 year old. She LOVED it and thinks of it as a positive experience. We saw Dr. Lee and she right away said my daughter had lip and tongue ties which I knew since she was an infant, but was brushed off my pediatricians. Love this office and will definitely return.

My boys were a little bummed about not being able to be in the waiting room to play with the cool items (because of COVID) but we were greeted right upon arrival at the door, welcomed inside and were taken good care of. The assistants were very friendly and comforting to my kids. Dr. Lee has always been a pleasure to have, always very informative and helpful. Very happy with our visit, per usual.

My experience was great. The entire process was explained to me and the exact costs were shown to me up front. Other than the initial shots to numb the jaw (minor pain), the rest of the implant was painless. I would highly recommend Dr. Langston. He even called me later that day to see how I was doing.

The service we received was great! My daughter and I were worried for her first dental procedure but the dentist and the staff were amazing at not only putting us at ease and continuing to help post-op.

Merced Pediatric Dentistry is a wonderful pediatric dentistry group to take your children to. Dr. Moran and Dr Lee, and their staff go above and beyond to take care of all of my children’s needs. I feel confident in their care, especially during this time with Covid-19, they took the time to explain all of the precautions they are taking, and the changes they have made to keep everyone safe. I wouldn’t take my children anywhere else!

Dr.Lee is amazing. She is absolutely amazing with children. My daughter was crying and extremely nervous she was able to calm her down and get her totally relax within a few minutes. I 100% recommend her. She also works fast and explains things as she goes but in a child friendly way such as sleepy juice for numbing. She had no idea that she was poked with needles.

This pediatric dentist office is amazing! Great, ultra clean, super kid friendly atmosphere and staff. My 4 year old left feeling happy and excited to brush teeth more regularly. We felt totally safe and taken care of by the staff during this strange time of the COVID-19 Era.

By far the best experience I have had from a dentist place. Everyone is so friendly and take the time to help and explain everything. They are so good with little ones my three year old had to go under anesthesia which was worrisome no one likes to see their kid go to sleep like that but they were professional and reassuring and comforting the whole time even during the period of covid . They were able to give results and still satisfied at her checkup they thoroughly evaluated and made sure I understood she healed great it was successful. Im so happy and pleased on top of it they evaluated my 10day old to see if he had the same as my daughter did which caused issues later which they explain he indeed does and its better to handle it now so he doesnt end up in the same position in a few years. I am so greatful to know they were able to see him and let me know so I know what I can do going forward to keep both my kids healthy with smiles . They really work with you definitely look forward to continue both my kids there.

The best pediatric dentist ever! My kids have been to a few different ones around the valley and most were fine, some were cold and scary. This place? My kids are actually excited to go to the dentist! And they’re not alone. My first visit was an emergency visit when my son knocked a tooth clean out. When I pulled in, I saw 2 boys pile out of a nearby minivan. They were laughing and racing each other to the building. Kids excitedly running TO their dentist appointment??’ Right then, I knew I had found a good place. It’s been perfection with this office ever since. The office a beautiful, with plenty of games and toys to entertain kids. Everything they do, they explain clearly and plainly and are very welcoming with any questions. But their staff is where it’s really at. These are some of the best people I’ve ever dealt with in any health care setting. They’re warm and welcoming, while also knowledgeable and very professional. Anything you could possibly want in your kids dentist, is right here.

My kids have only gone to MPD for their dentistry needs. They enjoy the environment, its very kid friendly, they interact well with the kids and they are great with explaining step by step to my children what they will be doing and what needs to be done. I am pleased with how they handle working with my children and as a parent its important to me how they handle my questions and they have allowed me to sit quietly in the room when my child has had work done. I appreciate that as a parent. I highly recommend Merced Pediatric and I think Dr. Lee and Moran are wonderful.

Great place for kids to go too

This place was an absolute joke. I had a discussion with my dentist where I told her I need them to do my procedure asp because I have major TMJ problems. The longer my jaw opens the more it hurts. Dentist was in and out of the room taking her time while I was just sitting there in pain. My jaw hurt so bad I couldnt eat for multiple days and i havent been to a dentist in over a year. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Spent about 20 minutes working on me while i spent 80 minutes in a chair with my mouth wide open.

I love the doctors and staff very professional and friendly I am 24 and have been going to Merced pediatric dentistry since I was small with dr Hoffman and dr Moran they are great doctors! Now they are treating my daughter and i couldnt be any happier.

So kind and patient staff. My son has really bad anxiety at the dentist prior to coming here. And there have been times where he refused to let them even look inside his mouth but they were patient and we would just come back and try again, and he had a great trip last visit, got his X-rays and cleaning and wants to come back. I can’t thank this practice enough for their kindness and patience with my anxious boy, you’ve built up his trust and are slowly taking away his fear of the dentist.

Great office warm presentation, but The heart of the issue, Unfortunately doctor And a couple of staff, not very warm in the service they provide. We will stick to our old dentist it will be worth the drive, A place where we feel cared for, not like Merced pediatric dentistry, Who make you feel like a robot, just show up, you say nothing, do whatever they want, how they please, and make money off you, besides our experience, my spouse and I heard A parent asked if they should go back with their kid, the staff member looked to the kid and asked them if they want the mom to go with them, My spouse and I thought that was very weird that they were leaving it up to the kid and not the parent, The parent looked like she really wanted to go. We definitely will not bring our kids back, very awkward vibes we got, no bueno
