Brian is absolutely awesome! He helped us take care of our grandparents after they passed. The level of care and respect that Brian showed us was so refreshing. He made sure our grandfather received the highest honors for the time he spent in the army. Moreover, he didnt try to upsell any of the products they offer, like urns and such. Thank you Brian for being attentive to our grandparents burial wishes and for the level of care that you showed them.

Received a bulk mailing from this company, with the thinly veneered purpose to drum up business. At the end of their questionnaire, there is a disclaimer: This survey is part of a general distribution. If this letter reaches you at a time of illness or loss, please accept out sincerest apologies. (Please return in the postage paid envelope.)They admit that their letter could distress the recipient ... but they send it anyway. The stunning LACK of sincerity is what stands out. Fortunately, I am in no need of their services at present. But, when my inevitable time comes, I wont be visiting this company.

Absolutely Horrible. They didnt even have the common sense to look up where to properly place my Grandfathers colar devices and ribbons on his Navy uniform. The Pamphlets werent printed out despite having the info sent to them on 4 days before and they wouldnt answer the phone to confirm they received it. 4 hours into the viewing we still dont have the pamphlets and the funeral director seems ok with that, so much so he already went home.You have one basic job and 4 people doesnt seem to be enough for some reason. What an absolute joke of an establishment. You need to either be passionate about what you do or find a new job, I wouldnt trust you to flip burgers at this point.

Our family was very pleased with the services we received at Ivers & Alcorn when my father passed away in January 2017. In addition to being very professional and efficient, the staff was warm and caring. We would recommend them.

These folks do really good work and care deeply about the families of those who have passed on. I was honored to meet the owner and a primary member of this organizations process for preserving the dignity of those who have passed on, and they were both very agreeable and proud of their work and opportunity to serve the members of our community. Im really happy with this funeral home. They handled my friends funeral very well. They also took care of my friends grandfathers funeral.

😰If you are reading this review, chances are good that you are having a pretty crappy day, or you are about to. I wish that someone had told us before we chose this funeral home off a list, (given by the nurse) that we were about to have a horrible experience in our time of grief and shock. We were going to be lied to by Philip, and taken for every dime he could. If someone would have told me that we would be paying 3 times as much as should have been, (after all, when your dad is laying there frozen in the other room, you really dont have many options).I wish someone would have told us that a WEEK after he passed away, he would STILL be laying in the back room on ice without us being told.....If someone told you all of this BEFORE your loved one left this earth, would you still choose to take the chance....?

They keep on moving the dates for my dads funeral and it seems they only care about the money. They don’t don’t pass the messages or at least that’s what they said I had to be calling and calling cause they keep forgetting everything

Very upset with the way this place is run. Some of the staff have not been too truthful about things. I thought my loved one would be well taken care of and that was not the case.

My Father, and now my Mother have beentaken care of by this very Patient, Kind, and Generous-hearted establishment. Their Service is tender, caring, thorough...
