The Regency Cleaners used to do outstanding work, now some of their employees give out false info and act as if they really dont wast to be there! I personally like Heavy-Starch on my work clothes but, for some unknown reason, they cant seem to complete this task on a regular basis!STEP UP REGENCY!!!!!

I went to pick up seven dress shirts on 5/22/21 for dry cleaning and five shirts were ruined with stains I did not do. Each shirt had a note saying they could not get the stains out. They charged me $56 for the attempt. They would not refund my money, only try again to get the stains out. My shirts are still unwearable and you cannot reason with them. Hence this critique.

Martinizing cleaners is very good on making sure your clothes are clean and Customer Service is very excellent.I recommend during this pandemic that we make sure that small business owners continue to grow and serve our community.

This is the worst dry cleaning place I have ever been to. I dropped my clothes off on Monday was told pick up would be Tuesday at 4pm. Icalled today to confirm and the girl said wed at 4 I went down there to get my clothes she couldnt find them so she called her boss and the lady dug into the dirty clothes for a half hour then handed my clothes and said sorry....that place is a minus 5 STARS

This place is a joke. They ruined my $200 Volcom jacket, and tried to blame it on the velcro rubbing. It was a brand new jacket. I took it there once before and they didnt mess it up. But this last time i took it someone obviously did something they shouldnt have to my jacket and they messed it up. I brought it in to Denise so she could look at it. All she told me was to contact Volcom it isnt their fault. I called their corporate number they never called back. DONT GO HERE! THERES ANOTHER DRY CLEANER IN TOWN! THIS PLACE WILL RUIN YOUR STUFF!

On time with the cleaning and my garments are always in pristine order when I get them. Very nice employees as well

The people who work in the back of the shop also run up and manage the cash register. They are a bit harried and appear tired often. It is a tough job especially in the summer heat. They try to do a good job. They make the same mistakes as I have experienced in other dry cleaners. No better no worse. All in all they do a decent job and I continue to be their customer.

Their job performance is excellent. My old coats look like theyre new... Wow ! Its an awesome experience !!!

I was transporting a compact air compressor, which tipped over in my trunk. Unfortunately, it leaked a substantial amount of oil onto my microfiber long coat. The coat was just about soaked through. The folks at this store were able to get all of the oil out! I have no idea how they did it, but even the deep pockets were oil free, and there was no odor. (The cleaning took place about 3 years ago, and I never thought to leave a review. Sorry for the delay.)

Always on schedule for pick ups. Great coupons.The seamstress does great work and is very personable. I have no reason to go to any other cleaners. Not to mention they are just around the corner!

I took in a pair of jeans to get tapered and they came back ruined. When she pinned them they where prefect but I cannot even get my foot through the jeans, completely ruined a brand new pair of Levis.When she was done pinned the jeans I asked if this is how it would come out and she this is exactly how they will fit when she would be done. If she new they would come out tighter then what I was seeing/feeling she should of said something. She is a liar or just a terrible seamstress.Ive had jeans tapered in Fresno and they came out prefect so I know it can be done.

Ive got my pants hemmed here twice and I have to say Im very pleased with the seamstress work and attention to detail! Shes a very nice lady and always provides great costumer service.
