TERRIBLE. NO PROFESSIONALISM. THEY NEVER HAVE ANY CARS. THEIR STAFF DOES NOT KNOW THAT THEY ARE DOING. My reservation was for a Dodge Charger. 1. They never called the day of the reservation to tell me they didn’t have anything. 2. They tried to put me in a mini van. 3. Dominick Moreno called my wife the B word when we explained how frustrated we were at their lack of service. I’d give them 0 stars if I could. Save your time and go to HERTZ On MLK.

Enterprise Merced is wonderful. The staff is very nice and professional. Speedy check out and in. Car inventory is nice. Weekly price is affordable. My deposit was released by the next day. Overall a great experience.

The customer service at this Branch is a joke! I am not new the having the rent cars between work and personal reasons, and THIS specific Enterprise in Merced, is HORRIBLE! They do not care about customer service and their laxadazical attitude makes it obvious that they dont care about your wants or needs as a customer. Attempting to make a reservation should not be rocket science when that is all you do all day!

Had rented a car due to my car being in the shop for repairs. Easy pick up and super easy drop off. Staff were friendly, courteous, and practicing safety guidelines. I would highly recommend them if you are in need of a rental car.

This location far exceeded my expectations. Kim was the associate who helped me. She is by far one of the most articulate and professional young woman Ive encountered in a long while. Just shopping around for best price

I had a good experience I rented a compact car for two days and went pretty far with it the car was clean and I asked if I could bring the car back a day early and they said yes and only had to pay a 1 days worth thanks for a good time. Will come back again.

I always rent my cars from enterprise. This place is great as always! They are very nice and professional.They have you in and out in 5 minutes and are very understanding when you ask to extend your rental.

The staff was very sharp and notice that I was eligible for a discount and gave it to me without needing to ask. Staff was also very knowledgeable and answered any question I had.

This is a very busy place, but you are still treated nice and served in a prompt manner. The staff works with you to get just what you need, even if it is a last minute request. I suggest joining Enterprise rewards online, you quickly earn points and upgrades no matter what Enterprise location you rent from.

They were nice and we were in and out quickly. They called us the day before and let us know that they would not have a car until 9am. That was better than letting us show up at 7:30am and then having to sit there waiting for 2 hours.

It was a great experience and the drivers that picked me up from my home and drove me back home we such gentlemen opening the car door for me and to top it off we had some light conversations which was very helpful to me and calming. The only thing I did not like was that I really wanted to drive a red car instead of black or white but other than that it was great (everyone very helpful) and the car I rented was great. I loved it and now I may choose a Toyota next time I buy a car.

Wonderful customer service!!!We had originally reserved a van and our plans changed to where we could use something smaller. Enterprise changed our vehicle at the very last minute honoring our locked price that was originally for the van. Saved us money for the last minute change.Only hard thing was to get another driver added without a major credit card. It was finally approved by an assistant manager.Overall experience was very good!!!Thank you

The car was ready for us and it was a nice little car. We got the car as a rental through our insurance company. The car was clean and the representative was very friendly and professional. The only problem (wasnt really a problem) was that they were very busy at the time we arrived to pick up the car and we had to wait a bit.

They picked me up when I called and scheduled and arrived when they said they would.Although, I would advise, if you need to be picked up, dont schedule your rental for when they open, because they will not be able to get to you on time. I asked to be picked up on a Saturday for a 9:30am rental (they opened at 9:00am) and they were only able to pick me up by 9:30am, so by the time I actually got my rental it was 10am. This is completely understandable because they are busy on Saturday mornings and cant pick you up right when they open.The service was quick when I rented, and rental return was quick as well. They were great about informing me of my options, without being pushy about addons that I didnt need. I would rent from them again.

First and last time I rent here. I asked for a mini SUV and they said they had one but when I got there they gave me a compact car saying the person they were expecting to turn in the mini SUV MIGHT have extended their rental. They could have called to communicate this to me so I could have had time to find other options before settling with the compact car. Its graduation season and I understand everyone is coming to see their loved ones graduate so the options are limited but they could have communicated this information.

The staff are very friendly and knowledgable. They helped me in so many ways from explaining every detail of anything i asked about to making sure that i had help with insurance. Car worked great and was very pleasant to drive.

Enterprise has given me amazing service! The manager and people there are so friendly and helpful. I got a luxury car for a very affordable price and drove to the coast for the weekend. The car was so comfortable and cruised like a dream. Ive compared prices and no one has prices like Enterprise. They are the best in my opinion so I dont plan on switching to any other rental service. Check them out. You wont be disappointed!!!

The staff are accommodating and are sensitive to time constraints. The service is right on time. Their cars in excellent condition. Ive been there probably 4 times and plan to go as much as I need. I expect great service from them and Im always satisfied.

Asked to be picked up at 9:30 at the repair shop, had to wait 20min w my kid waiting for them to show after I told them the day before what time I needed to be picked up. Had a midsize on reservation got there and told no cars even ready and they need oil changes so I will have to sit and wait with my 2/yr old again. I asked to be picked up from the shop in whatever vehicle I would be renting so I wouldn’t have to keep moving all my stuff around, but that was to much for them to handle as well. Now I have to find another rental shop and wait again to be dropped off there and move all my stuff again. Never doing business w enterprise again and I’ve been a loyal customer for almost 15 years!

Staff was sitting at their desk on their phones when I arrived. Took 5 minutes until they realized I was there, after I asked the other people if they had been helped. The location does not have a key drop off, which is extremely inconvenient for customers.

I rent there often. I see a lot of new faces there. One employee there is very much by the book and didnt make me feel appreciated. Her name is Lori and I think she is so set on doing her job correctly that she puts the customers cares second. Maybe she needs more training in customer relations...?????

Got into an accident so needed a rental. Enterprise took care of our car rental needs. They gave us a Chevy Malibu at 30 dollars a day, which we needed for about 30 days. The staff was friendly and the process of getting the car was very easy. Would recommend them and use them again myself.

Although I had to wait a bit for a car I had a great experience. I was able to get a really nice Chevy Cruz and because I waited patiently for a rental to be returned the Assist Manager knocked down the price of my rental and insurance and I was able to bring the car back on empty and when I go back to rent AGAIN I get a discount on that rental. Im a very satisfied customer!!

This Enterprise Rent-A-Car location is staffed with professional and friendly staff. Service is quick and efficient, courteous. Autos are always clean and prepared for the time I need them. I use Enterprises online rental service and have never been disappointed with the selection of vehicles available on the day and time I need a car, even during their peak season times. The manager from this location ruined my plans, Im customer for 10 years and she tell me that they can rent me an a car because Im from other city .. ridiculous I put a complaint and I dont received any response.

Rude staff.I rented a car at an Enterprise in Bakersfield, After I arrived to Merced I noticed the car had some issues and the brake light was on. I went immediately to this location to change the car. Guess what? the lady working there told me I dont know how to drive and because of my driving the light was on!!!!! After wasting my time there for an hour finally someone came and said the car should be fixed.

Absolutely the worst people I’ve ever had to deal with! They wouldn’t rent a car to my father in law at all. Then they wouldn’t let them use their Expedia deal and told us they didn’t have a car! Came back again around 4 like they told us and told us it won’t be ready until 5. Worst lady in the front ever.

I went in the Saturday after Thanksgiving, and naturally it was a pretty busy time--especially when it closed at noon that day. When I got there it was incredibly busy and it seemed they were short-handed as far as staff. The two young associates were very patient with everyone and tended to each customers needs in a very timely and professional manner.

Very helpful and very reliable. Had an issue with the car but they took care of it right away. Will do business again.

As a UCDAVIS trainer,I use the Merced location quite often sometimes 4x per month. One of the topics I train is “Customer Service”. My customer service experience with the Merced location has been wonderful. The staff is courteous and professional and they seek every opportunity to accommodate the customer. I’d like to mention by name a young associate by the name of Natalie. I was experiencing some challenges with my corporate credit card and she was so patient and considerate. It made all the difference in a challenging situation.

Really didnt like the customer service. I called about returning my rental a day early. The man on the phone said it would take $68.13 off of the price of the rental. When I get down there they only took the amount of the insurance I added to the car for the day an nothing more. I was upset and it was obvious there was 3 employees helping me. One who seemed to act as a manager and she didnt even help me just try to act like she was going to handle the disgruntled costumer. This location has gone down hill in the customer service department. When I look online its really not a good price that I got on that rental at all. Thanks a lot Enterprise I wont rent from you again.

Came to submit documents for verificiation due to using a debit card and was inconvenienced to find out they could not rent me a vehicle because they do not do verifications for winton, ca addresses. It would be nice if they wouldve let me know before hand or given a heads up. They had my information and reservation and could have called and let me know, just saying.

This is NOT an Enterprise Location these folks Pay to use the Name Enterprise or its a Franchise or Something. I had to get Loud and Threaten Twitter before they would accept my documents that Ive used at every other Enterprise Location. I finally got a Rental Car Because another agent heard what was happening and stepped in to Help Me.I dont recommend this Location.

The rental car was clean and the service was good; there were a lot of people renting the day I picked up my RAC and it took a little while but it was right before Christmas and it was to be expected.

We had one of the Honda CRVs that had the air bag problem. Honda paid for a rental car while our car was not safe to drive. We were impressed with the politeness of the staff at the rental location. We switched vehicles once during our dealing with them, and they were very helpful. I would use them again.

The customer service was fine, however I will not rent from this enterprise location again. My online quote was of $300, then on site they said it would be $400, and when I returned the car, it was $500. This is ridiculous. I have rented from many places and this has never happened. Im very disappointed with this service. I will go back to Hertz, where the price I see is the price I pay.

I had got into an accident a month ago was finally going to get my damages fixed, that wasnt my fault, the other insurance company was paying for my rental, I get picked up from the auto body shop to get my rental at enterprise, I get there and Im asked for my license and proof of insurance I wasnt aware that I needed to bring my insurance card, which I understand now that you need to, it was my first time getting a rental. But then I was responded with a rude remark why cant everyone keep a copy of their insurance card in their wallet, I guess thats just me. She then looked up my insurance, I have full coverage but apparently she was told if I switched to another vehicle I only have liability and I later called my insurance when I got home and they said that was false that I shouldve been able to get a rental because I have full coverage even if I was to transfer to another vehicle. We tried to go about it a different way but it didnt work out and I live 45 min away and had no way of getting home with my 3 month old son and my husband and we werent able to have anyone pick us up. I was then told to contact the auto body shop to get my car back but they had closed at 5 and it was 5:30 at that time. She had said sorry theres nothing I can do for you with some attitude. Like I get it its a Friday and it was an hour before closing and everyone just wants to go home but that is no way to treat a customer. Thankfully, the really generous branch manager was able to give us a ride back home and we were able to get home.
