They always take care of me in a timely manner. They are very professional and concerning with my issues. I really appreciate it that. I love the ladies Trish and Heidi, and I cannot forget Mr. Roger. The staff is awesome there.

My sister with Allstate of a theft claim and its been a whole year and nobody has got back in contact her it seem like its a racial thing I dont know but its very cruel and unusual punishment when it comes to people with their disability

The staff there is very courteous. They are available all the time. They do their job when you need them to. And they also work with you in ways you need them to.

The WORST Allstate office I’ve came across.. Came here to get a quote and the elderly lady up at the front reception was very rude to say the least seemed to me like she hated her job or was having a bad day ..I waited a very long time for someone to attend me!! Then to top it off the chicks in the back at their desk just pretend to be busy and can’t seem to get up off their chairs to come help you taking my business elsewhere this office is a JOKE!!!!

Very dishonest. This agency is good at finding ways to jack up your premium even when you make no claims. We had auto insurance with them for 4 years without a single claim. But they found some kind of bogus excuses to raise our premium. Dont waste your time or money here. And this agency has brought bad name to Allstate.

I am very pleased with the service that Allstate Eason Insurance gives you, everyone in there is so very helpful! I have been with Allstate for many years now but just a little over a year ago I switched to Rick Eason and I am very happy I did, he and his staff go out of their way to take care of you. I highly recommend them!

I would give them zero stars if it was an option.Very poor communication with customers and are more worried about selling than they are customers needs and requests.They were supposed to have cancelled two of my policies at the beginning of the month because my family suffered a hardship and would not have the extra funds to cover it at the end of the month- and I even confirmed with Heidi that no funds would be automatically taken out of my account this month. They ended up taking the money (almost $400!!!) out for BOTH policies that I had already cancelled and caused my family even more hardship and stress. Wont be going back to them again and I am switching my auto ASAP to a more competent company.

Sent my husband to pay my insurance pymt, the customer service was great, very welcoming office. Thinking about taking my acct to this office!!! Well I did move my acct to this office, and I absolutely have no regrets! Thank You Rick Eason: Allstate insurance office & Staff.... YOU ARE THE BEST!!!

If I could rate Allstate Zero stars I would. Liz at the Merced office didnt really care to help me with auto insurance for my vehicles. She blew me off like I was nothing. I had my card out and ready to pay for my $648 policy. I wonder if Rick Eason knows that she doesnt want to help people. So I purchased my insurance elsewhere about an hour later. Wouldnt buy from Liz even at 50% off. Im done with her.

Misinformation multiple times!!! Asked agents about my billing and received wrong answers multiple times. When you talk to a manager all you get is “oh so sorry.” Overpriced insurance! I saved $70 a month by switching! Joke of a company!!!
