The waits too long. You cant even make an appt to cancel insurance. When we did cancel the appt the money still was taken out from my account. Now i have to go back multiple times throughout the week cuz i am not waiting an hour just to get seen again. Horrible

Store is very clean. They have a wait area of you want to pay while they are helping clients get auto insurance. They also do taxes there!! Spanish speaking. There is a play area for small children. Water for you to drink..no restrooms..quick friendly service and the rates are so reasonable!

I have been going there 3 years and you are content doing my taxes the simple and charging. Never have you looked into if I can receive more filing another way. This year i had to pay an no suggestions were given. I do not know if i will continue with this service

I move from Sacramento to Merced ca I got help from a lady in the front office she try to rip me off I left then the supervisor call me some tall Hispanic guy saying he will lower my insurance rate than the said they were going to charge me 70$ a month cus they needed proof of my Address I dont get it the Fiesta in Sacramento ca was better and hey guys its me MR.CESAR THE GUY WITH THE MAZDA TRIBUTE 2006 WORST FIESTA AUTO MERCED CA

They beat my other insurance rates. Unfortunately the mask policy is WAYYYY over done in these corporate chains. AND it isnt a law to wear masks. They will not even talk to you without one on. When you all see you are submitting to a satanic ritual, you will all be embarrassed. SadoMASKism suits all the crooks for sure!! #wakeup

I was referred by a family member and overall the young man knew his job well. However, he had plenty of opportunities to inform me of broker fees not once did he mention this. I met with him 3 times prior to actually paying for my registration renewal fees for my tags.Had I known there was a broker fee and $56 I would not purchased them there being I was already paying $450! And when I asked him why it was $535 he said the fees went up.That was a lie he failed to inform me once again of Fiestas high fees. I loved the customer service here. I dealt with Ashley and she was so helpful and answered all my questions. She got me insurance, renewed my registration and did my taxes! I have attempted to reach someone about a notice I had received in the mail stating cancellation of my insurance. although I have already paid they claim I have not though I have all print outs of proof of dates I’ve paid. I have paid for months in advance since getting insurance here and have had many issues, today I attempted to reach someone and even left voicemails since 1:00pm and it is now 6:14pm and still have not heard anything nor has anyone picked up my call when calling. Very upset about the lack of professionalism and many issues I’ve had here so far.

These people are so unprofessional. I was cussed out by a worker there infront of everyone. Not helpful at all.

Don’t go here for tax service! I went and the lady didn’t give me the correct amount I was getting back from federal she was shorting me 370 dollars ! Then I call back and they just say sorry we must of added wrong like aren’t you suppose to be good at this ?.. they didn’t let me know about an 80 Dollar bank fee if I would have known I would have just gotten the check .. still took over a month to get my return .. this place doesn’t know what it’s doing . I could have just gone to a reputable place I would have probably paid about the same never going back !

Its a busy place But its affordable.

As I was hired to be the bird, I have found the workers there are quite incompetent in their job. Not a customer myself, but having heard and seeing firsthand how they act, I would never be a customer. They had trouble paying me, and at one point seemingly avoided paying me. They also stopped informing me of whether I was to go in to work or not, so their ethics are also lacking. I would say, as a former employee and witness of how they handle themselves I would say to find a better option.

This place is a RIP off anyone who comes and deals with these people are ruthless cheats they dont let you know up front how much they charge because they over charge I will never stop in this awful place again!!!

They are a rip off. On your payment receipt it has aStatement saying how they are not responsible for timely posting of your payments ... and when they say that they mean it! Someone didnt turn my receipt in after I paid EARLY! And than forced me to pay 100 for a late payment......... when I told the manage that I didnt understand why I had to pay for their mistake she just shrugged her shoulders

I did my taxes here, it was a rip off. Es un robo, no vayas aqui. They announce their base price is $29.99, but ask them how many people have paid that??? I went in thinking I would pay nearly that much, but they charged me over $200! I They didnt even want to tell up front how much they would charge me, they put the receipt on the back of the paperwork and said it would be taken off my refund!? And instead of having an electronic deposit to my account they put down their own bank account. If I hadt had enough, they said they would call me to pick up a check from their office, but they never called me, I had to call... There are cheaper and free (honest) tax services in Merced, just look around.

The truth never avia had problems with any insurance and balla that I have been with more than 2 but here was the last one I worked with them for my cars but I decided to remove one and they did not refund my card that the company would send me a check they spent 3 weeks and nothing call them to the company because there in the office could not help the company said that for quite a few days avian sent the check call them and they could not give for endes of your business in the end lasted more 20 days with my money and everyone was blamed never could help me with that, badly bad service.

I have had my car insurance for 5 years. I pay $ 54 a month for my three cars and they also help me with my taxes, the girls are always willing to help me with anything. I recommend it. Thank you Elizabeth for your help!
