Well the guy who wrote my policy knew I didnt have much money or time with a suspension of registration pending. He found every discount available and then cut himself out of a commission. I read the policy later. On the space for his commission 0.00. It says he could charge 200.00. Within the law. Im grateful to cost u less insurance . and I can say it cost me less.

I went in to the office today and I had the pleasure of getting helped from Natasha Harvey she got us a really good deal and beat AAA And USAA. I am a military soldier and I expected to get good deals with those companies they just wanted way too much Natasha did and amazing job and she’s very nice. Amazing customer service! I needed my insurance in a rush and I went in and talked to Adele and she was amazing. Really kind and even kept calling me to check to make sure I was doing okay even after I got my insurance. She had everything printed out and ready to go for me when I went in. I called in to get a quote for my friend, he ended up getting insurance and Natasha talked myself into a policy as well. It was a steal. She seemed really nice and made us laugh. We weren’t planning on getting it today but we couldn’t pass up the offers and I have a bad driving record. I would recommend everyone going there. They’re nice. If you ever need to go get car insurance go see Kevin cozzi. He is the best of the best. I recently bought a new used car and wanted to add it on my policy. I did not feel pressured like other brokers have made me feel in the past. I wanted to know how much it would cost me to add the 2nd car to my policy and I thought it would cost me an arm and a leg but Kevin found me the lowest prices with the best coverage for mine and my families needs. He literally saved me hundreds on my car insurance and even convinced me to upgrade. Yes there are broker fees these people need to make a living too. I highly recommend you go see Kevin cozzi he knows what he’s doing and how to get the job done right.

Have been with them for a long time service was okay until recently went about a month ago during business hours and office was closed last week I came again and there was only one person there who had me waiting for an hour just to make a payment. Prices are affordable but definitely need better service I am already looking for another company because I am tired of the poor service.

BROKER FEES!!!! This office has changed so much not the same employees my family and I have been comfortable going to for years now they used to know us by our names when we walked in now we feel unwanted in this company. Staff seems to not know what’s going on at this office I had recommended one of my friends here because of the cheap rates they had and because she really was in need of insurance ..but one of the employees(young girl) tried charging her a $300 broker fee alone not including the monthly payment and who knows what other fees when the monthly payment was only $53.00 they try and rip people off! Mind u this was just liability with the lowest limits, WITH a clean driving record. She then asked her why the price was so high if it was just liability and young girl told her she could lower broker fee to 75$ instead of $300 but then later on switched it up and said it was back to $300 which made no sense and was what made it seem like a dirty company she then tried speaking to manager to see what they could do about such high price and she stated there was nothing she could do about it and said that’s how they make their commission off of these broker fees and stated that fiesta Insurance might be a better company for her because their broker fees are lower ...WHAT THE??!! Sad that not even manager was able to help her and lost hers and our families business.. cancelling our policies and going to AAA down the street even if it’s a bit more expensive at least they have no broker fees there!

Never go threw this broker office or freeway insurance company Jemmer is trash cant even take a message for a customer, the girl next to jemmer that I kid you not with a full lobby no one wanted to talk to her bucause she didnt know anything I sat and watched her make copppies for an hour she and Jemmer need to be let go and the lady at the front desk colsest to the door was a complete and total ass to me the last time I went in after calling three days consecutively trying to get a hold of tina the manager to resolve a an issue I was told would be taken care of by Tina. Dont waste you time with them
