This place is amazing my 10 and 8 year old love coming here. I have noticed they have become faster and stronger. They are also more aware of how they body moves. Coach Mason is their favorite, they really enjoy the support and encouragement he offers during workouts.
Started sending my 7yr Old a few months ago. This was one of the best decisions that I could have made for him. He has learned about body control, speed, and agility. More than anything else, his confidence has greatly improved when he competes in his sports. I love the idea that they continually build upon what they have previously done while making it fun for the rookies.
I really like the trainers D1 has on staff, they are putting me through some great workouts and keeping it new and fresh each time i show up. Im only two weeks in, but cant wait to keep going to see what kind of progress i can make in the next 2-3 months. I believe these workouts are going to help me prepare for both my high school basketball and football seasons. Thanks D1
A very positive atmosphere to workout in. My trainer Stephen is one of the most knowledgeable trainers I have had in my life and Ive had a wide range of trainers in my time.
The gym D1 Training is a great way to gain knowledge about different exercises along with getting great training results. The environment in the facilities are great! People from all ages go here to train and challenge their selves. A great place if you are really interested in playing college sports. The coaches know a lot and will inform you to make you a better athlete and individual
My daughter really like D1 Training. She attends the prep class 3-4 times a week. She plays basketball, runs track and cross country. D1 trains and prepares her body to participate in each sport she is active in. Huge thanks to Tanner and his staff for making me as the parent comfortable with trust D1 to provide the most effective training plan for my daughter. My daughter likes how fun workouts can be now. Please enroll your young athletes in D1 training.
My 7yr old son loves coming to his training session. Coach Mason does an amazing job with a group of kids all at different levels. Definitely recommend it to keep the kids active.
D1 (Coach Sarah specifically) has been wonderful in my post-COVID workout re-entry. Sarah does a wonderful job of critiquing my form. The emphasis on stretching and warming up pre and post workout have made post workout recovery painfree!! Sarah is also a great motivator, without her encouragement this would just be another waste of money for me. I highly recommend D1 to any athlete regardless of your level.
Walking into D1 the staff is welcoming and greets each athlete by name. My son attended the prep class, getting ready for his sports. He enjoyed the workouts, which were challenging and fun. Perfect way to get ready for sports before the season begins. Would recommend D1 in a heartbeat!
So far I have put in much effort and time to join d1 it’s good for me it helps me relax and stay calm I can stay fit and I never had any problems they help me with any issues as far as what I can’t do and now I can do it I can do anything you can do anything if you go to d1 training Milwaukee.
Tonight, I completed my 35th session at D1 training. Ive lived in Milwaukee for 4 years and have bounced around to a few different gyms during this time- none have felt right to me for various reasons. I really enjoyed Orange Theory and met amazing people there - did F45 which was great, though inconvenient to my house and work and now Ive been at D1 for the past few months.A few things that Ive really enjoyed here:1. The staff (Sarah, Tim, Mason, Thanh) - they are all just genuinely good people with a passion for their craft, and most importantly the people who go there. Not pretentious and Ive felt really welcomed.2. The classes are small. Opening a gym during a pandemic is no easy task - but one benefit for the members coming is the small classes and really getting very 1 on 1 training. There is good camaraderie with the members too - I think everyone is there to get stronger/fitter and have a good workout.3. Variety - No seamlessly never-ending running on a treadmill. The classes have a good variety - days for cardio, upper body, lower body, and full body.4. Free Parking - cant complain about that. When I lived downtown you either got lucky with free parking - or had to pay for street parking (not to mention street restrictions during winter!)All in all - I really recommend this location. Personally, Im happy I joined (Thanks Tim!) and feel like Im making progress. Nice to be in a place that isnt clicky and pretentious and get some results.If youre looking for a gym - you really ought to give them a try.
The instructors at D1 are fantastic. Great workouts and the classes feel personalized even in a group settings.

Went to multiple bootcamps here and LOVED IT! Such a welcoming environment, and the workouts are challenging but enjoyable. Coaches are knowledgeable and will modify the exercises to fit everyone’s needs.
