AMAZING! After 5 years of not working out I was very sceptical to try Burn Boot Camp, 4 weeks later it is my happy place! I am still not in the shape I want to be but Im on the right path and Burn Boot Camp with its classes and encouraging trainers helps me stay motivated. Plus the people who go here are also a motivator as we all work together... Great workout classes, great community and the childrens room - perfect set up on the way to fit and strong!
Awesome place to workout, I have worked out at 9 round, orange theory fitness, done tons of les mills classes and BURN by far has surpassed all of them. I look forward to working out there no matter how hard the workout is. It is easy to rolls one ankle however, I have seen many a purple do it in a short period of time. The BEST part aside from the great workout is the free childcare included with membership. Great trainers as well and group of people to workout with, everyone is welcome!
It all started at a Saturday Morning Session it wore me out, but I felt amazing. After that tow of my friends challenged me to the $30 for 30 days. After doing so I was so excited about the improvements I made. No gym has been able to motivate me like this. In addition to being motivated the encouraging atmosphere is a plus. Burn thank you for all that you are doing for me!!!
Burn Bootcamp in Mequon is an amazing place to workout. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. I love BBC-Mequon because Anthony, the trainer, is a great motivator. He doesnt let you slack and pushes you to meet your goals. There are always modifications to every exercise. It is great to workout with a bunch of women who are in the same boat as you. High five to BBC!

Burn Bootcamp has absolutely changed my life. I don’t even know where to begin. I had walked thru the doors after seeing their promotion that they were running “30 dollars for 30 days” and though, well why not give it a try. I already had it in my mindset that this was going to be like any other workout or gym I did...I’d give it a go for a while and then lose touch. The workouts are different every week focusing on different parts of the body. Your body will get sore, but it’s a great relief. Well, fast forward almost a year now...and I am still going every day, every single week and sometimes even doing doubles! I am down almost 16 pounds, several inches, and body fat. But what I gained out of it all was SO much more...confidence, energy, and happiness. Best gym around!
