Worse place ever. Charged over a hundred dollars and my nails are jacked up. Will never return.

Loved the service and my nails are beautiful, however the pedicure leaves much to be desired !!! The prices are good, however you must watch what you ask for and what service you receive. They charge you for the MORE expensive service but give you the LESS expensive service!!! BEWARE!!!

Love this place. I happened to just be walking by, since I work in the area and I was intrigued and I loved the experience. The nail tech is very attentive and is meticulous about making sure you receive a very good manicure. I will be going back today for a pedicure. I love its simplicity. Highly recommend it.

I’m very self conscious about my feet, so when I went to get them done the woman who worked on it kept making me uncomfortable. First she was acting like she didn’t want to be there, she had an attitude with one of her coworkers than while doing my feet she just kept shaking her head and was rough on me like she was taking her frustrations out on me. I later found out she was trying to go home so she rushed my session to do so.The place is nice and all, I just know I won’t have that lady again.

I don’t often write reviews but felt like this deserved one. the salon I typically go to was closed yesterday but I was pushing my previous nails three weeks and couldn’t wait any longer. I decided to take a chance and try out this salon since they were nearby where I was and was pleasantly impressed! I also appreciated the precautions they have in place to keep their clients safe during this crazy pandemic.I showed up as a walk-in late in the afternoon around 5pm and only had to wait about 15-20 minutes. The woman who did my nails was extremely helpful, honest with helping me make decisions and personable. She did such an amazing job on my toes and gel nails and not once did I feel like she was rushing through any of my services. Another thing I loved was that she talked to me throughout the service to ensure I was okay with how my nails looked or if I wanted any adjustments/additional layers of glitter, etc.I will definitely be back!

This was my first time getting my nails done and i could have done them better myself. The shape and color were all off. The end of the nail was wider then the base, the color was a silver glitter when I asked for white iridescent nails, my cuticles were bleeding and all while this was happening the nail tech was calling me a “stripper” (I am under 18) and that I shouldn’t say anything about how MY nails are coming out because “he knows what he is doing”

This place is the worst. First off my nails are uneven, not shaped right and than I was charged 47$ for a fill with gel polish.... I would of been ok with the price if my friend who came in with me who got a full set with gel was charged the same price. I called in to see about the charge, I was told they would not refund me (even though they refunded my friends nails who also had uneven nails and a bad polish job) they said I can come in to get it fixed why would I want to do that when they are so messed up and I was charged wrong. I never complain but this was the worst place I’ve been too. Don’t waste your money for something you won’t like or pay a price that seemed made up.

Terrible service. Put down my phone number. Said it wouldn’t be long. Walked around the mall for 2 hrs. Came back and said they called but they didn’t and my phone was fine. Told me they were closing. Unprofessional

Very good experience, Calvin my nail tech was very pleasant to talk to and he did an excellent job on my mani/pedi. 😃May 25, 2021 Revised: Calvin told me that my gel should last me a couple of months,my nails are peeling needing to be redone and it has been only been about 3 weeks, come on now, keep it real! 🙄

Kevin was my nail tech and he was extremely aggressive rude and rough and he cut my finger I normally love this place but I will never get my nails done if Kevin is my tech again

The lady that did my pedicure must had just started because she didn’t know how to square shape my toes…I feel sharp rough edges at the tip of my toes she massaged my legs not the feet and I paid $64 and change and it didn’t take a hour in and out.

I got an overlay on my toes & its only been a week & 2 acrylics popped off already & I paid too much for them to be off already. Never again I will continue to go where I been going. But my pedi was nice.

For the first since I have been going to them, they have messed my pedicure up after I have been waiting for almost 3 hours. I didnt want to go anywhere else because they are they only ones that normally do a good job on my feet but not this time. I am not pleased at all.

I went in about a month ago for SNS dip powder and a manicure. Seriously awesome job. Every nail was perfect, and it lasted a whole month without chipping or breaking. this will be my regular spot for sure.

Everyone at the salon was friendly and helpful, and assisted me in trying an entirely new product and style for my nails. The quality of my gel manicure was perfect- they lasted 3 whole weeks through a vacation and many photos. Linda is very professional and Scotts quality of work is excellent. Leslie and Val are very friendly. The salon is clean and has a relaxing atmosphere. Loved it.

I usually dont leave reviews but Linda was absolutely perfect! I moved from San Diego and ever since its been so hard to find a good nail artist Im so happy I was recommended this place. She was precise and very detailed as well as accommodating. Ill definitely be back!

The service was good, but my nail that I had replaced didnt stay on a week, but the guy that did my pedicure was very good

It was lovely - just what I needed. Accompanied by a massage chair and a quiet atmosphere, I felt very at peace while perusing my Instagram feed and having my feet rubbed. I havent had a proper pedicure in at least 4 months, so I was very happy to have this one. Not even a flake of polish was misplaced on my toe when I left the shop.

I just left the nail salon and I absolutely love my nails. Linda was my technician and she was very attentive into what I wanted and she did a tremendous job. Whenever Im back in town Im going to be booking with her. Thank you Linda! Wonderful service.

If you suffer from ingrown toenails like I do, youll be able to relax with Calvin. Hell take good care of you and he will be gentle.I called ahead and got seated right away. The staff is very nice and the salon is clean. They play either music or tv, and Im sure you could make a request if you have one. Theyre very approachable and welcoming.Lots of gel colors to choose from, they also have powder and some other options.

Ive been here a few times and really appreciate Lindas work. Her nail art is so cute! I usually come in with an idea or inspiration and she makes it better. Thank you!Its busy, but for good reason because the work is awesome. I highly suggest making an appointment :)

They are way under staffed. They can’t take as many customers as a normal nail shop would. If you don’t have time to wait 2 hours for a pedicure and or manicure I wouldn’t recommend coming here.

Had a great experience at First Nails! I messaged them for an appointment and they responded within 15 minutes to confirm.Located in great lakes mall so its easy to pop over after work. I came for a gel manicure ($35). The facility was very clean, tidy, tons of polish options, and quick service. The nail technician who helped me (seemed like she is probably the owner) worked quickly but did an excellent job. She was really sweet, too.

I havent gotten acrylic nails in years and on my rare day off decided to pamper myself. Im so glad I decided to go in to see Linda! She took care of me and did exactly what I asked for. I will definitely return to see her in the future!

I would highly recommend this name salon. The ladies are all nice and very professional. She took her time and made sure everything was just how I wanted. She made me bleed a little and was very apologetic and I honestly didnt mind because of how nice she was.First time I get coffin nails and I absolutely love them.

Val is my favorite nail stylist. She is great and I have been requesting her for some time now. There is usually little to no wait during early am to mid day. On the weekends, as expected, it is frequented more. The staffdoes goodworkand I really have no complaints. Prices are fair for what you are getting and the work overall is worth it.

I was very excited to get a mani/pedi for my first day of maternity leave and Im so happy to have found First Nails. Working in a fluorescent-lit cube in the evening in a place where i have to wash my hands 20x/day, i never get to have painted nails, so i had waited in tense anticipation to give myself a special treat.

I am rescinding my former glowing review after quality of service has declined significantly. I shouldnt be waiting for an hour after making an appointment (After being asked to) and then have to tell someone that obviously bad nail art is bad. Like gurl I see that hair I know you know what effort is dont tell me straight lines are hard when thats what youre taking my money to do. 🤷

Im SO impressed. Ive had my acrylic gel mani for a whole month with zero chipping. This has never happened before, Im so ruthless with my hands! This manicure is indestructible.

The lady was very nice, but seemed to be in a rush even though there werent that many walk ins. I came In for a fill + fix two nails I broke off (Im a waitress so I tend to beat them up a bit) the full nails she put on didnt match the length to the rest of my set and they were a little crooked (not a huge deal I guess). Also she like over filled I had huge bubbles of acrylic were they filled. think it was a little over priced for the quality. But she was so nice and did a good job on the polish.

I treated my wife to a pedicure. She said she had the worst experience EVER! The good thing was there was no wait. Their polishes areally a mess. The older Asian lady looked like she had no idea what I was saying. She must not have spoke English. She hurt my feet. I couldnt tell you how many times I jerked away. She was busy looking around paying attention to what was going on around her. The blocks she used to scrub my feet were so hard it feels like she took off my skin. Overall, the worst pedicure I have ever had. WILL NOT GO BACK!

My wife paid nearly $30 not considering the tip to get her nails done. Terrible just terrible. Gel on her skin, rough edges, and uneven surface. This work is expected from an untrained amateur perhaps a 13 year old not by professional workers. We can’t believe the cost for this lackluster result. Review the photographs and buyer beware.

Terrible customer service!!! Nobody greets you when you walk in. A simple hello is the least they could do. I always seem to get the same nail tech, who has been progressively more rude each time shes waited on me. The part I dont understand is, Ive always been kind to her. She has a pompous attitude and doesnt listen to how youd like to style your nails...instead, she tries to talk you out of what you want??! Im surprised anyone would hire her with her attitude and poor customer service. To top it off, the quality of work is poor. (bubbles in polish, minor knicks and cuts and uneven length). Im not sure why Ive continued to go back to First Nails. I guess its only when Im in a hurry and cant get into a credible nail salon such as L&G or Jennifer & Co. All I do know is, today will be the LAST time I will walk into First Nails!

My daughter went for a pedicure. The polish bubbled up as soon as we left and chipped despite wearing sandals the rest of the evening. We think it was because the nail polish was old. We went back a few days later(due to having a life) to have someone takeoff the polish and redo it. This should have take 2 minutes tops. We had to wait 20 minutes and when we spoke up because we couldnt wait any longer. the Man Manager, (only male there) (dont know his name) was nasty and said we had to wait. We could not wait any longer and had to leave due to another appointment. We have been going there for some time now and due to this terrible customer service experience of expecting them to understand the inconvenience of having to come back because of a bad service, we will not be going back.

The worst customer service. After waiting for an hour I was informed that they would only preform one of the two services I requested. So I needed to choose between get the pedicure or gel nail polish because they were closing in a hour. The problem is they allowed two additional people to be serviced that came in after me. Never going back there!

Long story short, came in at around 12:30 pm, left at 3:00 pm without my nails done. After the two and a half hour wait, requested technician Calvin approached me just to tell me that it would be another 45 minute wait, all the while he serviced clients that came in well after me, who he seemed to know personally. Horrendous service and a huge waste of time.

First time in here for a Pedicure on Friday. Friendly staff, wide selection of polish, very clean and relaxing atmosphere.

They are totally rude and don’t welcome you when you walk in (a “hello” wouldn’t be too much to ask for) and then I wanted to just make a surprise appointment for a friend and they kept me waiting just to make a reservation.I’m never going there just because of the customer service alone.

This is my go to place to get my nails done. They are friendly and clean and do a great job, its always worth the money.

TERRIBLE. DO NOT GO. the girl who did my nails was RUDE. I was overcharged for my services. steps for getting a fill were skipped, the bathroom was extremely dirty (I didnt even go because it was so gross). After a half hour of being gone from the nail salon, my nails still were very gooey and leaving marks in them. I called and they do not refund or repair after you leave save yourself time, alot of money, and frustration. DO NOT GO.

Very poor quality, nail tech was very unprofessional, talking badly about co workers, 4 days later and my nails are falling apart. Definitely will not be coming back and making sure all my friends know to not come here again.

Walked in at about 7pm, and they finished my pedi and gel manicure before they closed. I go to the rock climbing gym here and there, and Im surprised they lasted as long as they did.

Never again will I be coming to this place. Horrible service, workers are rude, the results are always bad, over priced for not even doing a good job. My mom got her nails done here a week ago they were lifting and breaking within days. We went to get them repaired and they charged full price bc it wasnt their fault. This was said by the manager.
