The staff at Express Employment Professionals are amazing. I was new to the area August 2019. I had already placed my resumes at pretty much all the temporary agencies with no luck. I walked into Express November 2019 and pretty much walked out with a job. The process can be long however they want to make sure they are putting you into a position you are qualified for and that are tailored to your specific set of skills. So my experience with Lexi has been awesome .. she is attentive, go getter, persistent, does all the dirty work so I didn’t have to. Extremely professional with how she conducts herself, from conversations to face to face meetings! She always maintains contact even on weekends ( no one really does that) . Most importantly she keeps everything 💯 no lies, stories, gimmicks just a straight shooter. She will tell you if you are a good fit or not, but she keeps the bat in hand, and that’s exactly what she did for me WENT TO BAT! The ONLY reason I didnt select Good quality is because my first day at the actual worksite is 3 days away, (it could have been 2 days away but something came up with MY schedule).I contacted them 3 days ago. Thats roughly 1 week to get everything in order to get me a very fair paying, full time job within 15 miles of my home.I was laid off last April when Covid hit and have been on unemployment since but my situation changed and I needed a job ASAP. Express Employment Professionalshis was the first agency I applied to based on a job they had posted online and so far I couldnt have asked for more. If I could give 0 stars I would. They found me a job fast enough but I was fired 3 days later after work place harassment which I have text message proof about and then they refuse to pay me and ask me if I went to Clark and asked them why I got 0 hours. That is not my job to do their job. I want paid for the work I did then I’m leaving this place in the past for good. They have absolutely no respect for their employees. The law clearly says the temp service has to pay me regardless on the other place paying them or not.

I would never recommend this place to anyone. I applied. I have 15 years of management jobs, which included managing a hotel, all financial, everything in the office. I received an email saying they had nothing for me, when I asked why they said that Mentor was too far for me. (20 minutes) Same distance as my last job I drove to for 15 years. I looked and they were posting positions for jobs in hospitality management, and office. Exactly what I do. Because the girl knew me 20 years ago and didnt like me. Real professional. Wonder what other unethical things go on here. No thank you! and please people dont take a chance, they lie, are biased, unprofessional and who knows what else.
