The staff here are the greatest. Im going through severe personal issues regarding my ex and custody of my son and the staff have all been supportive, understanding, and extremely helpful with my insurance related issues.

Yesterday I had a telephone meeting with Angela to review my policies. Ive only been with American Family Ins a little less than a year. I have never had an agent explain my policies to me with such detail. In the past, my policies have always been necessary evils with numbers that were magically created and that I never really understood. I have a much better understanding now. We also reviewed endorsement and added some while removing others. I appreciate the time she spent with me to explain and change my policies. Couldnt be happier with my new car and renters insurance. I was with progressive for a couple years. Not that I was unhappy, but my rates only decreased by pocket change (even after doing ‘snapshot’). Joe Robison helped me get a cheaper plan with MORE and better coverage. I have to say right off the bat that Joe Robinson and this agency have changed my perception on insurance and insurance companies. Prior to my experience with Joe, I would have rather of had a badger gnaw off my leg while I was eating plain rice cakes as to have to deal with buying insurance.
