Use AAA to make a reservation for an Alaskan cruise. Elizabeth was helpful and great to talk to. On our first visit we told here we were just getting info, and she was patient answering all our questions. Booking the cruise, on our next visit was easy. She worked with us looking at several different options before we made our choice.When everything is done online, dealing with a person was a very nice change.

Everyone is so friendly here. Makes you feel real welcome. I stopped in to get a passport photo and they did a good job with that.$10 if you have a basic membership. Its $16 at Walgreen.

I have never had a problem at this office. I find them very helpful, and sometimes they do get busy and it is good to make an appointment if you will be spending some serious time. Phone calls are always handled professionally and I get the information I needed when I call.

Driver was courteous and prompt. Kept in contact with us during the process. Would of liked to have gotten drivers info to send a thank you.

In and out in no time at all. Got a map for work and did not have to wait in line or anything. Just had to wear a mask

I’ve had a few minor car problems recently, in which I’ve needed the help of Triple A. Each and every time the service has been subpar. It’s become quite the inconvenience to me since when I make the calls out to them, it’s always such a wait. Today it was an hour long wait. Even though they told me it would be twenty minutes. I would be pleased if Triple A could improve their performance time because I do enjoy their company.

Explain to me why I would pay extra for no additional features or customer support?!?

I rarely get an excellent hamburger but this is the place to get one!

We went to Mentor AAA Saturday September 21, 2019 to check on international air fares for a trip we were planning. I called first to check hours and was told to arrive before 1 pm. We arrived before noon and were told there were 3 people ahead of us and there could be a wait. Wanting to get the trip planned, we picked up some literature and waited. About 20 minutes later, an employee whose name I cannot remember came over to the waiting area and said that we may want to come back because the office closes at 2 pm. Yes, they were literally going to close the doors and get rid of potential customers.Of course, we left and took our business elsewhere and would encourage others to do the same. I will never be back, for a trip or otherwise and am questioning why I still need a membership to an organization that clearly does not want to do business with me.In the age of the internet, travel agents are becoming irrelevant and I would think they would want to do all they can to encourage people to go to them instead of turning people away.
