Dont trust them. Brought my vehicle in for a check engine light due to a knock sensor problem under warranty. They clamed an animal bit through the wire. Being in the industry myself for nearly 40 years, its very obvious looking at the clean cut and lack of missing material in the area (or anywhere else on the vehicle as a mater of fact) that it was cut by wire cutters. Instead of servicing under warranty they wanted $1800 out of my pocket.

Schedule oil change for my truck. Basically was lied to when I tried to use my ford pass points. They said app wasn’t working on fords end. I Payed and left. Called ford, they said ford pass is working fine. Said north town should have not done that. Service oil change was fine but I won’t be back.

I was very happy with the sales side of Northtown Ford. It was the service side that I was disappointed in. My 2017 F150, that I bought from Northtown Ford, had 3-4 recalls that needed to be serviced. While they were servicing the recalls, I asked them to use their computer to enable the trailer break controller that I installed. Enabling this feature is a 3-5 minute process that requires a technician computer, but they refused to do so without compensation. I had to drive my vehicle 45 minutes each way to get recalls fixed (which I had no control over) and they refused to take a couple minutes to enable a brake controller. Very Disappointed.

Found exactly what we wanted, and the process was the fastest we have ever experienced buying a car! Smooth operators!

Very professional. The mechanics are great at what they do. Correct diagnosis the first time. This might be the reason they are very busy. Service writers also very knowledgeable and helpful and make you feel like your the only customer they have.

We recently got a 2017 f150 here. Our salesperson, Jay Anderson was knowledgeable and patient as we had specific options that we wanted and standard equipment we wanted to upgrade. The finance manager, Bryan Duffy was excellent. No pressure. As far as the truck it is awesome. Pulls a large trailer easily and is so much fun to drive everyday. We got the 3.5 eco boost.

I highly recommend not taking your vehicle here to be worked on. If you do bring someone with you that knows something about vehicles. They claimed they fixed my vehicle charged me and my vehicle is the same it was before. DO NOT take your vehicle here. I was completely ripped off.

This is our fifth vehicle purchased at Northtown Ford. Weve had a great experience with all of the staff involved in each of the purchases and every step right up to the delivery of the vehicles. Weve loved all the vehicles and are still driving 3 of them, an F250 and two Transit Connect LWB, one with stow and go seating and one set up for cargo for our farm. The Transit Connects have more usable cargo volume and payload capacity than any other similar vehicle weve reviewed. If you need to haul and dont want to drive a larger truck, we dont think you can do better.

Absolutely stellar service. When an addition bank came through halving my rate, Ken in the finance department stayed late to do all the paperwork over again. Anne was a champ and printed all documentation I needed at the drop of a hat.

Ive taken my truck to Northtown for every oil change and servicing since Ive been in Menomonie. The only downside that Ive found is the hours that the service department is open. It can be rather difficult to find time to take off work, just to get my vehicle serviced. It would be very nice to have even just one day a week with extended hours.

Cannot recommend more, have treated me well for years with cars for my daughter and I have recently drove from Milwaukee to purchase from them.
