I had to have four new tires. The technicians were awesome. They didnt try to sell you anything you didnt need. In and out just as they promised.

I get my oil changes here and they do a great job

Auto service was great. Great customer servicd. Oil change done in 20 minutes. Very Covid safe which I was grateful for. So no lobby to wait in. Fleet farm store across the parking lot was worrying. A lot of people not wearing masks no evidence of covid safety, hand sanitizer, etc. I left store to hang in parking lot. Fortunately it was a beautiful day.

Decent tires

Got 4 new tires rated for 80,000 miles. 10,000 miles later my car started shaking, they charged 90 for alignment didnt fix it, took to another shop and the tires were already shot, one was 3 ounce off balance and wires shown through on all 4 tires but here they didnt notice any of that. And extra deduction for their car wash the tried 2 vacuums one didnt turn on and ate our quarters, the other turned in but vacuum hose was ripped in middle so no suction.

They made me sit in the cold like a dog

So, weve bought tires and dealt with the auto center before. We wont be back. Stopped in for a quick tire check, our tire was showing low. This was earlier in the morning, couldnt see us till about 1:30 That afternoon. We live about 60 miles round trip from there. No option.

Very helpful, friendly staff and knowledgeable about other places and local repair facilities for RV maintenance, they told me of all the other places I could check with about getting new tires for a 1987 F350 motorhome.
