Absolutely the worst service out there. Every single time I have a shipment that goes FedEx they either loose my package or dont deliver for days even tho tracking says its on the truck out for delivery. When you call you get someone in another country and cant actually speak to the location that your package is at. Their solution is to contact the shipper to have them file a claim.

Long delivery times even after the package arrives in the area. The estimated delivery date is always 2-3 days off. Shipments have been frozen in one stage of the delivery process for days on end. I always cringe when I see a package is shipped via FedEx.

10 days late on delivery been sitting in distribution center for days n days.
