Your website says you close at 4:30. I take a 20-minute drive to get there to be told it closes at 4 only commercials 4:30

Requested roll-off rental week prior. No show, not even a call to reschedule if not available during time requested. Seems to be a norm that never gets corrected according to fellow reviewers.For being such a big company you would think there would be a 24 hr customer service number to call, but instead stuck with having to use a lunchbreak to listen to excuses as to why my requested service fell through the cracks.Sad I am stuck with them as they are the only provider in my area I can go with.

Orchard Ridge Landfill is great - HOWEVER- they are not being fair to the employees at the weight station by not changing HOW hours are listed on their website. It should read:Monday - Friday. 6:30am - Gate Close at 4:15Saturday. 7am - Gate Close at 12pmSunday. ClosedNo persons will be allowed beyond gates at gate close.We showed up today, with one large piece of furniture we loaded to dump, as the gates were closing. We were among many who read the noon closing on the website. The weigh station employees were not in a position to hear constructive device as many customers were not happy. Help your employees have better days and customers leave happier.
