Absolutely the worst service ever. The company does not care thing 1 about their customers or employees for that matter. Be prepared to spend countless hours on hold to resolve simple problems that never get resolved.

They really try to solve each problem. We had a problem with WM about placement of the receptacles by the truck driver. We called and complained and they fixed it. We had a bin get hit by a car, they replaced it. We couldnt figure out which week was recycling pickup, so they emailed us a color coded calendar. So yes there have been issues but theyve been really great at solving every time.

Mayor rip off. $68 dollars for a 2 yards of branches. The problem is that I had already dropped them when they game me my price. I believe this should be illegal. In Milwaukee I get charged $20 for a lot more branches. The only reason I came here is because they close an hour later and because you dont have to place brush into a bin. Just drag it out of your trailer. But I am not coming here no more. They are thieves

Worst company Ive ever worked with. No way to contact local service centers. I have three commercial accounts and theres no way to talk with anyone local about my service. Looking for new trash company.

I had an unfortunate encounter with one of your drivers today and felt I should share my experience.I was returning home from an appointment today (7/3/19) around 1 PM when the driver of one of your trucks (#212989) made a right turn onto Brown Deer Rd (westbound). The truck veered into my lane as I was traveling westbound as well.I blew my horn to alert the driver that his front end was in my lane and he flipped me the bird which is totally unprofessional!To make matters worse, I followed the truck to get the number and at that time he proceeded to berate my with the F word and when I told him I was calling the cops and his employer he responded go ahead F you N Word!Not cool at all!!!Im not sure if he was having a bad day at work or something carried over in his personal life, but this made me so angry that I felt you should be made aware of how one of your employees is representing your company when out in the public while driving in one of your trucks!In closing; its too bad that my village selected your company for garage collection!! However, when it comes time for renewal our neighborhood will speak loudly about our concerns regarding the level of professionalism and courtesy we receive from your company.Sincerely,Harold Speed

I cant say anything bad about their service. They were typically here the day they were supposed to be. Its how they have their contracts. You have to sign for 3 years and the bills get higher and higher with no reasonable explanation. If you want the bill reduced to the number closer to what you agreed on you have to sign another 3 year contract. At the end of said contract they hit you with a $150 pick up fee. Its funny how a company like this has to lock people in to a long term contract because they know their service alone wont keep customers. They have to trap people in order to have any customer base whatsoever. If you want a company that will actually take care of you, find one that doesnt require contracts. I did.

Wrongful termination of employees. Facility is dangerous/disorganized. Equipment is completely unprofessional and dirty. Doing oil changes w/out filters. A complete civilian clusterfu[k at a first glance. MASSIVE oil runoff from lot to grass/water bodies. Leaking gallons of hydraulic fluid throughout routes. Fire hazards in bldg. Holes in floor-trip hazards. DOT Brake Issues on commercial vehicles.

Terrible, dishonest company. Requires a 3 year contract wherein, during the last year, they screw you to the wall. Your rates go up 30% and when asked why, its market costs. There have been NO shifts in market costs. Im hiring a new company, having these AHs take their bins and let them sue me. I cant wait to get them into court. It will be their worst PR nightmare in years.

Horrible from start to finish. Bad customer service, deceptive negotiation and contract process, hidden fees, and they are far more expensive than competitors.This is the worst company to go in to business with.To top it all off, I watched year after year as they dumped garbage and recycling in to the exact same truck.Crooks.

Trying to having your extra recycling is redicuolous. Called the company 3 different times because the driver would not get out of the truck to pick it up. Was told 3 different things each time. Guess they want you to throw your recycling in the trash. Would be easier thay waiting 2 months for them to MAYBE pick it up.

District Manager is subpar with employee relations. Site Management is broken, which prodominantly derives due to a lack of Management retention. Route Managers are treated like garbage, consistently going through the cycle of being hired only to be released shortly thereafter. Its relative to a broken Detroit Lions football franchise, cycling through numerous head coaches over the years. The Lions have yet to win a playoff game since 1991, even if theyre lucky enough to obtain that fortunate wild card opportunity. The nugget here... going through nine head coaches since their last playoff win, still doesnt make the Lions a victorious team! Take-aways??? Anybody?

I live in a condo complex they service...trash cans are never replaced by the garage but left out in the middle of the parking lot. Lazy...I would not personally hire them.

Just horrible
