I recently toured and was not disappointed. The property was beautiful, the staff was friendly and accommodating, and the price was the lowest Ive come across for the same quality units and amenities.

I’ve been living here for about 6 months. All my neighbors are extremely polite. The amenities are awesome. I was skeptical about moving here because of the other reviews saying you can hear your neighbors and the walls are thin. But that’s definitely not the case in the 6 months I’ve been here I haven’t heard any neighbors. Vanessa in the office is super helpful.

Horrible experience !!!! They took $50 from us by providing wrong information and never refunded.We were looking for a Single/Double bedroom apartment for a 4-6 Months lease. They have a website which THEY OWN but dont seem to claim the responsibility for the content posted in their website.We were browsing over the internet for apartments which offered short team lease and landed on their website I can browse through the selection of apartments available for a given lease period(screen shot attached) where I specifically selected 4 Months option and since we were a couple there was a 25$ fee for each lease owner and submitted the application and fixed an appointment for a visit next day.We visited the leasing office the next day and and were given a virtual tour due to COVID. Since we liked the place and the place offered 4 months as per my application I made the 50$ payment for a new lease.WORST PART:I got a call few days later from the corporate office saying my application was accepted but the short term leases are not accepted.1. Why would someone have a short team option when filling out the application charge 50$ for it and then call back and say they do not offer short term lease ?2. If you do not offer what ever is mention in YOUR application then why do you accept payment for it.3. If there was not short term lease then why did you have it in your website in the first place ?I only asked for a refund of my 50$ which was taken from me as mentioned in the application to offer me a 4 months lease.But I was NEVER REFUNDED. In fact I was told it was my mistake that I should have double checked in-person during my visit. Seriously ?? the person at the leasing office confirmed my application number and phone number before fixing an appointment. Is that information not in there ???Its not just Junction apartments I lived for 2 years at Jade Apartments with is owned by the same parent company. Its a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE BEHIND THE newly constructed apartments and colorful paints.

Vanessa, the leasing manager at the Junction, has been amazing! She is very knowledgeable and was able to make moving an easy transition. She was extremely helpful and did her best to work with us and our schedule. This has been one of the best leasing experiences and we are so looking forward to moving in soon!!

Have lived here for 9 months and cant leave soon enough. Very poor construction. The apartments are very tiny. The walls/ceiling/doors are paper thin. I can hear the lady upstairs open her shower curtain in the morning and stomp about her apartment all day. The property itself is filthy due to lack of cleaning and the landscape is not maintained. Property Management is selective about maintenance requests and how they apply the community policy.

No longer a tenant, but this company files an eviction if you don’t pay rent by the third. They do this to give you a record in CCAP so you can find other rentals. Put The Junction LLC in the CCAP business search and see how many evictions they have even though Wisconsin now has a law purging old closed case. This company right up to corporate was so nasty I moved to a different state and bought a house to get the hell away from them. My home is worth $320,000 and my mortgage is $2100 which is more than I was paying in rent, but my mortgage company doesn’t have half the bull that dealing with Fiduciary and The Junction LLC did.

Vanessa has been wonderful during the move-in process. Leases can often be lengthy and boring to read over, but she gave us plenty of time and encouraged questions during the process. She was extremely easy to reach, as I never had to wait more then an hour for an email response. These folks are great at their job!!

Lived here for three years. A bit expensive, but I never had a problem living here. Understanding staff.

This place is absolutely amazing, Vanessa the staff manager is very helpful and have made my move super easy. I really love the location and everything about this place. The only negative thing i have to say that I would recommend changing is the size of the dog park is a little small, especially for larger dogs.

I am currently living here. I love it. Everything is so nice. The only problem is the walls being so thin and I’m living on top of someone all they do is complain to the office .. other than that, I highly recommend.

My sister and I will be moving into the building that will be opening in June 2017. We are so so so excited, and the staff have been very responsive to our needs, even before weve had a chance to sign our lease. The facilities are simply beautiful, and everything in the apartments are made with top-of-the-line materials. We are simply overjoyed and excited to be moving into this new community! Highly recommend it!

Lived here for a year and it was amazing. The neighbors were friendly, the underground parking was the best, and the location is awesome. We were so sad when we had to eventually leave. I hope we get another chance to live there in the future.

I am so impressed with everything about The Junction. Everything from the management team, the communication, their website, the ease of signing a lease, how well cared for everything is inside and out, and just the way they strive to make it a great place to live. Couldnt be happier that this is home to us while were building our new home. Thank you Team Junction!

I have lived here for 2 years and can’t say enough good things about this place. The apartments are luxurious and well kept. The management is outstanding and takes care of any problem with urgency. Highly recommended

Cheap construction with thin walls so you can hear everything.. The entire complex smells like pot. The manager is rude and she is borderline unprofessional. At this price, you can get a lot more for your money.

This is the place to live! I have always hated one thing about apartments and that is hearing everything that goes on with the neighbors! I am so glad I got this apartment because the soundproofing is phenomenal!!!! Only thing I hear is my own snoring! These are brand new apartments with all the amenities I expect from a high end hotel!!!! Pool, gym, guest area, and outstanding staff are just some of the things that are offered. Plus its in such a great area I dont have to travel much to get my errands done! I love my new home!

I would give a negative number if given the choice. They did nothing about consistently noisy tenants despite complaints from multiple other residents. Management will say anything to lure you into a lease, but GET ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING IN WRITING or it will mean nothing despite witnesses. One of the worst decisions I have ever made was choosing to live here.

Lived here for a little over a year. The original free month of rent promo was nice until, i signed another year lease and the promo disappeared (obviously) and then management told me they will be raising rent an additional 40 dollars to cover the new 2-month-of-free-rent promos for new renters. On top of that, people are disrespectful, they litter, they let their dogs poop and pee wherever and most tenants just leave it, and the landscaping is mediocre especially in winter. Walls are thin, everything is cheap with a fancy wrapper. All in all, not worth the money for the square footage or the community.

I’ve lived here for over a year and couldn’t get out fast enough. The apartment was low quality for the price and maintenance requests took several follow ups and weeks before addressed. You could hear everything from the tenants above or beside you, very low grade construction and materials. In addition, I’ve had several unpleasant experiences with the leasing staff and management, unfortunate events that led to much frustration. Only positive was being in a convenient location off the highway and underground parking.

First month has been great here!

My buddy lives here and I gotta say, this place is really nice. They have a great facility with great workout areas, and a pool. To gain entry you enter their code in the keypad and it rings their phone so they can buzz you in even when they arent there (great for if they need something when out of town). When its all complete I am going to be looking at getting myself in there as well. The bathrooms are huge btw!

I’d like to extend my sincere appreciation to The Junction Apartments team. I’m only in Menomonee Falls through August. And I noticed an add on the Apartment finder from an existing resident who wanted someone to take over their lease. So, I took advantage of this and moved in on February 1st. I didn’t realize what a poor decision this was. The apartment was dirty and the walls had holes. I was extremely sad and disappointed. I mentioned this to Nick and the management team. And they offered to come in and clean the apartment and repair the walls while I was away in Atlanta. Well I came back and the place is like new 😊! And they didn’t charge anything! This speaks to the integrity and care of the team. I’ve had nothing but top-notch service since I’ve moved in and I couldn’t be more grateful. I highly recommend The Junction Apartments!

The apartments are gorgeous from the outside and spacious. Location is great, and management is friendly. We have had numerous issues since moving in 2 months ago, however, thus the 3 star rating. These include a broken shower door (was broken when we moved in), broken closet door, leaking sink, and a broken fridge (management did pay for our food replacement, but we still lost everything including the grooms cake from our wedding). The overall the fit and finish of the complex is just not what I expected given the high monthly rent cost.

Stayed here a while ago, and they opened a We energies account in my name on top of the utilities I was already paying. I wasn’t informed of this, nor did I ever get a bill from them or WE (Likely because Info they gave we energies was wrong). Ended up having over $100 in late fees and credit report hit without ever knowing I had an open account.Contacted them to resolve multiple times and never got a call back.

Just moved in this year and I regret the decision! The walls are so thin and the front door to the apartment is pretty much useless. If you’re in the living room having a conversation anyone standing outside can hear every word! If you’re unlucky enough like me to have neighbors above you, you’ll dream of the days when you got to sleep. If I could move out today I would in a heartbeat!

Super cute apartments! I loved the open concept and granite. Management is cool too! This place is at the top of my list!!

Too pricey for a 2 bed room apartment. Not worth paying 1600 $ when you can get something similar for 1200-1300 $ in the nearby locality.

Sketchy neighbors- there are a lot of shady ppl here, also super rude too!Terrible management- they don’t take your problems/complaints seriously. We complained about another tenant in the building for months and they didn’t do anything about it.Leaving this place after a year lease!!
