Great apartments and better staff! Drew and Sara were amazing every step of the way. Drew was able to answer everything quickly and intelligently, he really knew his stuff! Sara was also a huge help and very pleasant. Thank you again!

I moved to Jade this past winter, I really like it here its quiet, friendly and I nevered here a dog bark since I lived here, the hallways are clean. The Jade team was wonderful and works promptly. The office team member allow me to move in early considering my situation. I really like the design of my apt its soo cozy and I like the Falls area as well.

Very happy with everything. I had a light bulb burn out and maintenance got me a need one same day. Catrina was fantastic in her position before she left and I look forward to getting to know all staff. I got locked out of my place one night when my keys got stolen while out for the night, I placed a call and a guy came to let me in, in the middle of the night. Everything here is handled professionally, promptly, and I appreciate that.

Great amenities and staff was easy to work with!

We absolutely loved living at Jade. Katrina in the office went above and beyond to help us get into an apartment quickly when our lives were turned upside down due to the pandemic. Upon moving in the apartment was extremely clean as well as the rest of the facility. We always experienced wonderful communication from the office regarding any work being done, updates regarding procedures to ensure proper safety and cleanliness measures were in place etc. All the staff we encountered from the front office, maintenance, and the cleaning crews were friendly and personable. The move in and move out process was extremely easy and went smoothly. If we ever came back to the area we would love to live at Jade.

Application process is a joke!

I have lived at Jade for almost a year and love it! I moved from Michigan for my job (and BF - now my husband - and we were able to use the gorgeous party room for our engagement party!) I didn’t get a chance to see my apartment before I moved in and the leasing associate took pictures and measurements for me and emailed me. I love the underground parking and that they don’t allow smoking. I did have a problem with my neighbor smoking but the office manager took care of right away. I love it here. One of the best apartments I have lived in.

I will update this rating being completely honest.Prior to moving into the apartment complex, the customer service was really amazing. However, move in day I began to regret signing the lease.1) Elevator in my building is consistently down, or making a very loud noise that makes you feel unsafe. There are never any notices sent out to residence when working on elevators, the other day service workers were there before 7am cranking music and moving tools2) The entrance to the front door is off and requires a lot of power to open.3) I am unable to open the door through the door opener system - it doesnt work. Therefore, I have to use the stairs when opening the door for a guest.4) Terrible insultation, my apartment is always cold and the heat barely works.Consistent communication with the office staff. Jamie is wonderful however, I have lived in better communities with less problems. I do not recommend the location anymore.

We moved to Jade at North Hills 3 months ago after selling our home. It is a great place to now call “home”. We have a beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment . We especially love the open concept kitchen with stainless appliances and quartz countertops with dark cabinets. Looks just like a magazine. In apartment washer and dryer are very handy. Storage is plentiful in laundry room, both bathrooms and kitchen. Two walk-in closets are spacious with some shelving. Small storage area in basement is available. We appreciate the underground parking space with easy access to the elevator. Appreciate the elevator as we are on the 3rd floor. Must mention how safe and secure we feel with the key fobs for entrance to building and to our apartment. A security system with a screen and intercom is great. (similar to the Ring) Being a new building, it is immaculate and the halls and elevators are cleaned daily. The colors are modern and bright (jade green and white)Grounds are becoming more beautiful each passing day. Newly planted flowers, shrubs and grass make the grounds inviting. Parking is plentiful for guests. A grill station and community party room are available in main area. The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers. The workout rooms open 24//7 are rarely crowded. The apartment management is friendly (knows most of us by our names ) and responds to your request quickly. They can easily be reached by phone or email. They answered any questions and made our move in go smoothly. Although we do not have a pet, these apartments are pet friendly. We see many dogs and cats out for walks, but have never heard any barking or meowing within our apartment.Jade Apartments have a great location, close to Highway 41/45 to go to Milwaukee or Wauwatosa. Close to Highway 175 to head into Menomonee Falls. 5 minutes from Froedert Hospital in Falls and any amenities you may want. We would recommend these luxury apartments to anyone.

Great staff, very helpful when needed and quiet complex

This company does not respect nurses. They are inconsiderate that nurses work 12.5 hours at night.They are just looking for you money and will continuously harass you by calling you to show off your apartment and then laugh on the phone when they wake you up; even though they know your schedule. They enter your apartment and do not respect that your things are in there when showing a potential renter your apartment. Go somewhere else who respects tenants and nurses.
