I was on a business trip and had an emergency dental problem that needed some serious work. I found this dentist on Google and they took me in for an emergency appointment without hesitation. I feel 100% better, thank you! The staff was friendly and the dental office was immaculate and spotless. I cannot recommend Dr.Daftarian enough!!!!!!

Unexpectedly, and with no warning, one of my front teeth broke and fell out and I needed prompt attention. My family dentist could not see me so he sent me to Menlo Park Smiles where I was treated promptly, kindly, and efficiently. The staff took X-rays and molds, and made an appointment for me with an oral surgeon. The dentist explained clearly what happened and what needed to be done. I was sent on my way with a temporary fix. I was truly pleased with the service and the competence of all concerned

Dr. Daftarian kindly fitted me in her busy schedule after I complained of some tooth pain a few months after a root canal that she had performed. She looked for any possible infection and explained what the cause of the pain might be filing one of my teeth and adjusting my mouth guard to prevent any further pain, all of it for free.

I genuinely cannot recommend this place enough! I never thought I would enjoy going to the dentist! All of the staff are so nice and never fail to make me smile. They are personable and intelligent and prioritize patient care. I put off going to the dentist for many years and was embarrassed about the state of my oral hygiene. When I finally came in to Menlo Park Smiles (as a new patient) they were thorough and explained all of the work I would need done free of judgement. They work with you to ensure you’re comfortable throughout the entire cleaning / procedure and send you off with your next appointment already scheduled. Arleen does excellent set up/follow up and Veronica makes sure you feel right at home when she gets you ready for Dr. D. I have never trusted a dentist the way I do Dr. D, she has a real command over dentistry and goes above and beyond for her patients. 10/10 would recommend, I wish I could give more than 5 stars.

I recently switched dentists and am delighted I found Dr. Daftarian and the lovely hygienist Diana. They along with their staff were very easy to work with. I like that all the intake paperwork is online (no exchanging of cards and things necessary). I have very sensitive teeth and Diana was very gentle and aware of my past discomfort. It was a great experience, and I no longer will dread getting my teeth cleaned. They also follow excellent COVID protocols.

Dr. Daftarian and her staff are amazing! I have been going to this office since Dr. Yob (30 years ago) and I couldnt be happier with Dr. Daftarian and her service. She truly cares about her job and her patients and I have recommended her to anyone I can without hesitation. If anyone who reads this is looking for a dentist you will be in great hands with Dr. D!

I had an excellent experience at this dental office! Dr. Daftarian is so caring and meticulous in her work; she was warm and friendly and answered all my questions with patience. At her office they go above and beyond to ensure safety of patients and take all the precautions w regards to the pandemic. They disinfect very often and thoroughly, they check everyone s temperature and oxygen level right when you enter the office, everyone wears masks at all times and they have sanitizers everywhere. Can’t wait to go back for my next cleaning

I felt very safe and relaxed going to my cleaning appointment.  Patty did a fantastic job cleaning my teeth.  I truly appreciate all the extra precautions they are taking and felt they are taking all the necessary steps to protect me against the Covid 19 virus.  To start they had me fill out a Covid 19 questionnaire prior to my visit.  They had curbside waiting to minimize contact.   They take everyone’s temperature and oxygen measurement prior to walking them back into the rooms.   Something I truly appreciated and had never seen at other dental offices is that the all their operatories are enclosed by sliding doors and equipped with hepa air filtration systems to minimize the spread of any aerosols.Dr Daftarian herself is the most gentle and caring dentist you will ever meet. I highly recommend her and her staff.  Hope to see more businesses like this in our neighborhood.
