Alok is a wonderful doctor - one of the best dental experiences I’ve had. He’s kind, nurturing, attentive, and takes his time with his patients. He found time to give me emergency gum surgery when I was in severe pain, even when he had a packed schedule of appointments.

I work in healthcare and am consistently impressed not only by the quality of patient care, but by the thoughtful design of the patient experience. There is clear communication around appointment scheduling and health plan coverages -- and an eagerness for patient feedback. Dr. Arora and staff are all very professional and take good care of my teeth. I had an infection and was in great pain. Dr. Arora was able to complete root canal in one session and gave me a temporary crown. I am now healing well and the pain finally disappeared! Thanks so much Dr. Arora!

Had my teeth looked over and cleaned. Dr. Lee was just excellent. On the liking over part he was just superb in going out of his way to explain exactly what his thoughts were and what that meant for me. On cleaning, the key thing for me is how much pain I felt. Nearly none at all. Perhaps the best cleaning experience I have ever had. Doesn’t get any better than this.

Just a regular teeth cleaning but my hygienist, in addition to doing a very good job of cleaning my teeth, alerted me about a year ago to some significant recession around the gums of several molars. As a result, Ive been flossing more and using a Water Pic to do a better job of cleaning around the gum line. Todays report: gum tissues are looking healthier and recession has been reduced except around a recent implant. Dr. Arora explained that this is expected for implants and may continue, hence my need for the Water Pic will also continue. Nice to have a very competent and concerned team helping me and my teeth age gracefully.

I absolutely love Dr. Arora. He is always so welcoming and friendly. And he knows exactly what is crucial and what isnt to work on. His staff is, by far, the kindest people Ive ever had the pleasure of working with in terms of medical/dental staff. It isnt just that though. I dont dread going to see him because I know regardless of what I need done, my comfort and health is his top priority. The atmosphere of the office is always pleasant and relaxing. Im also never concerned about COVID related consequences as he works extremely hard to ensure his patients safety during these difficult times.He loves to share stories about his own family while hes working, which I adore because Im currently missing my own due to being on a business trip. Im definitely going to miss being under his care when I have to move back, though. So if youre unsure of which dentist to use, please seriously consider Dr. Arora! You wont regret having the chance to at least speak with him and his staff.

I will try to give a very thorough review for people trying to decide where to go. It is so hard to choose when so much money (and, most of all, your health) are on the line.This is a really great dental office. I have been going there for almost 4 years, and came in with a lot of tooth problems I had been putting off dealing with. It was embarrassing to go in in such a bad state, but they never made me feel ashamed about it. They have helped me with everything from cavities to arranging to get my wisdom teeth out (but never with an emergency, so cant comment on that).I never felt like they were pushing unnecessary procedures - sometimes this means they have a wait and see attitude that could be frustrating for someone who wants to be in and done immediately, but it makes me feel like they really get a good understanding of the problem before trying to fix it. They also give you options and ask your opinion very respectfully, so you feel like you have a say in your dental care. This might be intimidating to someone with little knowledge who just wants to be told what to do, but if you have strong fears/preferences or a complicated schedule, its great to know that they will take this into account.Everyone in the office is very nice. The hygienists especially are talented and friendly. The receptionists are very helpful with insurance questions (as a foreigner in the US for the first time, this was invaluable!!). Dr. Arora is both professional and personable (sometimes the switch from casual friendly guy to serious dentist is abrupt, which I guess is putting some other reviewers off, but it is such a minor thing and doesnt affect the quality of service at all). It feels safe to be honest with him about my teeth, which I am usually embarrassed by. That alone makes him one of the best dentists I have been to.As of today (May 2021) they still have very strict, very safe covid restrictions in place. Everyone is vaccinated, wearing tons of PPE, and the rooms are all sealed off so air doesnt circulate between clients. I felt safer here than in the grocery store or even the stanford medical clinic.

STAY AWAY1 About the fake rating. This clinic continues to buy rating. To deal with the low rating, they will threaten to sue you if you dare to leave low rating!2 About the clinic. The experience is extremely bad. Patient has to go somewhere else due to the terrible surgery. The dentist just does not have the skill.SHAME

Read the story on-line. They asked quid-pro-quo for the patient to take down the 1-star review and then ripped the patient off after. They even mocked the patient and told the patient that they are not afraid because they have lawyers in the family.STAY AWAY THIS PLACE IF YOU DONT WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF!!!

Dr Arora is a great Dentist. He is a very nice man.The ladies at the front desk, Adriana and Vivian are wonderful.The scheduling for appointment is very flexible.The clinic is clean and safe.The lady assistant thatput my temporary crown didnt give me instruction ( Dr Aroras asked her to do) of what to do after.She just said youre done and dont floss.So I did Google search and was able to know of what to and not to do.I will still come back to Dr Arora for my future dental problems. I highly recommend him.

Here is the story how Dr. Arora threat my friend and threat her that his wife and father in law are lawyers! I would give 0 star if I could! I got mistreated here. Furthermore, my friend got infected here and lost her dental cap after 7 months. If you got good treatment here, the. I’m glad. If something went south, Dr. Arora will contact with you and promise to give you refund by signing some fishy papers. Who would know these contracts have full of traps. And Dr. Arora threat my friend that his wife and his father in law are lawyers and warned her don’t mess up with him. I want to tell you Dr. Arora. This is America. You maybe rich with many networks, but me and my friend are not going to bow!

Dr. Arora and his office staff work together really well to provide great service as a team. Im really satisfied with my deep cleanings and crowns. I switched to Dr Aroras care about a year ago, with quite some work to do. Weve worked together through the entire year pretty regularly, and I have to say Ive never received such good dental care. From his administrative staff all the way through the care team, everyone has been extremely helpful, supportive and adapted to quite a few roadblocks along the way. Dr Arora personally takes all the time needed to make sure everything is done the best way, thoroughly explaining whats going on as it happens and the different options to pick from. They pay particular attention to the patients comfort and are very alert to any potential pain felt through the procedures. Im in a much better shape and would strongly recommend their support to anyone I care about.

After going to the same dentist for almost 20 years even though I’ve relocated 20 miles away... I stumbled upon Dr. Arora & Dr. Lee.The office is very clean and COVID-19 safety protocols are in place. They are very friendly, thorough, and gentle with you when you have sensitivity as well as when you have fear from prior negative dental experiences.I highly recommend this office and have even started my Invisalign treatment here.

Ive had a lot of dental issues and dental work in the last 20 years; I generally require a few office visits a year on top of routine cleanings. I recently switched to Dr. Arora because my previous large practice repeatedly cancelled appointments for urgent work during covid. I need a practice the can stay open, responsive, and safe during the pandemic. I had a great cleaning with Miranda a month ago and then this month had a dental emergency; Dr. Arora was personally responsive during off-hours, fit me in that morning to assess the problem and prescribe abx, and then found someone to do the surgical intervention same-day, because he had a full schedule himself. End of story; consummate professional.

I went to Dr Arora and Dr Lee to get my crown replaced and this was very smooth and felt safe. The crown fit perfectly.I had a teeth cleaning and deep cleaning with Miranda which was performed with perfection and kindness as well.They make sure they take care of Covid precautions and ask you to do the same.

Good office and front deskAlok did work on my teeth that I didnt agreed to nor was necessary. He drilled and filled a perfectly fine tooth and charged me for it. He was suppose to by appointment, on the same day, fill in couple quick cosmetic teeth but ended up wanted to come in another time. But had the time to grind on another perfectly fine tooth that wasnt on the agenda and now I have to live with the problem or pay another dentist to get it fixed. Oh yes, I was charged for this as wellHe did a OK crown job, but I had much better service and better crown done elsewhere.Felt cheated. I recommend going elsewhere

This man drilled the wrong tooth while working on my sister last year and claimed that the hole was from a different dentist. She had never had drilling done before visiting this man and her record shows that. She is now having multiple issues stemming from this unnecessary hole. Would not recommend. Very money oriented.

Alok Arora is an exceptional dentist. His fast grasp of the key problems and his ability to develop and execute on a plan are outstanding. I had looked for the right dentist to address my receding gum issues for over four months, and visited 5 of them, after reading countless reviews. Alok Arora combines the latest technology with strong skills. The result is that an orthodontic treatment that other traditional orthodontists said would take two years, was literally completed successfully within 5 months.

Alok and his ENTIRE staff are so friendly!! I felt right at home and relaxed. They are great at walking you through everything and are very informative. My gums have been hurting so i knew there was going to be some findings. He is NOT pushy sales at all, I dont know why anyone would say that. He came up with a plan to fix the 3 cavities and my gums but we are taking it one appointment at a time. The dentist is not my favorite but with a staff like this i am excited to get my teeth feeling better!!!

Waiting time was quite long this time...I had to wait for almost 15-20 minutes before I was seen by Dr. Arora. Overall, great experience with how they treat patients.

The staff was very friendly and the service was excellent. My hygentist was the best I have ever experienced. She educated me and let me know what she was doing the entire step of the way. The was also very gentle and caring. I wish I remembered her name but she is the hygentist that usually is in the far left corner of the office if you are facing the window in front of the fire station. Highly recommend!

I actually enjoy visiting my dentists office (Alok Arora). I always get a warm welcome when I arrive and an estimate of any waiting time, if any (usually no waiting). The staff is friendly and professional. They explain every step of what they do and they are very mindful when doing anything that might cause pain or discomfort. They constantly check in to see if I am experiencing any pain. My visit always concludes with a thorough explanation of what services were performed, the status of my teeth and gums and what additional steps I may need for self-care so that I can maintain or improve the health of my teeth. Best of all, they seem to tolerate my corny humor well -- they have a better sense of humor than I do.

Floss got caught between 2 teeth and had to go to Dr Arora’s office and they quickly and painlessly solved the problem and found the underlying cause: 3 teeth with rough decay catching the floss. Got drilled, molds made and crowns real fast. Beautiful! Now it’s so easy to floss!!

Dr. Arora and his staff are in a class of their own. To say they are the best is an understatement. In addition to obviously being very well educated and trained, there is a kind and moral approach to the needs of their patients. I travel 3-5 hours roundtrip just to get to this dentist and staff even for just a cleaning! I have tried other dentists closer to my home. But.....let me just say that Dr. Arora is presently diligently and patiently and without complaint cleaning up the damage of another dentist I went to. I would also like to add that I chose to purchase an additional dental plan to insure I could be seen by Dr. Arora. And, this alone speaks volumes as I am retired and on a very fixed income. But, it is worth it to me to do without something else in order to pay for that extra dental plan.
